They do a fast job but not as efficient. With as many people as they got to clean one car, they should do a more thorough job. Today the inside of my car had a lot of dust. Something that should have not been overlooked. I still tip really well because they are out here working in the heat but come on, with as much as one pays for a simple car wash, I should not have to go home and finish the rest. Ive given this place many chances but no change.

Took a VA police vehicle here to get their $70 wash and detail....All they did on the inside was vacuum the floor and seats(barely) and throw armor all over the black surfaces. INCLUDING THE FLOOR! which is rubberized, so it was like having your feet on ice. Very unsafe while driving.Didn’t even clean/vacuum the guage cluster or instrument panels/components. Left all the dust and debris the car was brought in to have cleaned. 70$ for them to vacuum the seats floor and douse the wheels/inside with grease to make it “look good”.Still bewildered as to how they thought putting all of that armor all on a rubber floor was smart.All pictures show no change from when the car was brought in and after a 70$ “detail.”

I have only brought my car here a few times since its the only full service car wash in this area but Im definitely going somewhere else next time. I paid for the works and it was barely dried. I dont blame the workers as they are doing a lot for very little pay. My car windows are filled with water spots, the interior was not wiped down, and the tires werent cleaned. I would advise to take yours car elsewhere.

This place used to be way better. Not sure if ownership changed but after I leave the cost isnt worth the service or result. Seems like it costs more and less is done. But they do ok. I would just make sure if you dont like something, mention it, they are pretty good at taking care of concerns. Three stars because they do listen if you voice a concern.

Was pretty good for the price. The basic wash and vacuum was $23. The cleaning of the inside could have been better and more detailed. There was some crumbs and dirt left. And they didnt vacuum the trunk which I thought was included but I guess not. But otherwise it was quick and worth it for the cost.

The employees at super station car wash damaged the screen in my car. The incompetent assistant manager Francisco Rojas refuses to accept responsibility for any damage. His suggestion is for me to call my insurance and they can file a claim with him. AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS!!! They are not willing to accept any fault for damage. They will destroy your car and you get nothing!

I wish I could post a photo a of how they damage my from end and did not take accountability. My whole front end paint is coming off from the high pressure machine and they said take it back to the dealer so I can pay for it out of my own pocket and told me to go away. Without customer’s bringing there car there that we pay to drive and use and PAY as well to take to them to wash and care for our cars that work so hard for and instead they damage it and tell me to go pay for it. Do not recommend to use them instead find another location that will clean ur car not damage it and say “you go pay for it!”

So I brought my car in yesterday for a $80 including a tip, and my windshield is still extremely dirty with water spots all over the front of it, the dashboard still has lint and this is after I called to let them known my car was dirty after the initial wash. When I first called I was told to bring the car in as soon as possible, when I brought it in the workers seemed upset and questioned what I thought was dirty about it. All of this was mumbled in Spanish despite the fact they knew I spoke Spanish. Even the manager was upset that the car was back. First and last time Im coming to this place.

Theyre fast, but lack some serious efficiency. Like most car washes nowadays they want to crank out the cars with speed. Yet leaving the quality mark something to be desired. Almost every corner of the vehicle was untouched. If it required more than a swipe of the hand it wasnt going to get cleaned. Hard to get pictures of the glass, but the corners of every window were also untouched. Went for the top tier wash, $40 after a $5 discount will still leave something to be desired. Value price and value cleaning, unfortunately. Hard to keep pointing things out to the detailers without getting frustrated. Got frustrated and decided to just leave.Edit - I originally gave this 3 stars for the value. After 1 day I was even more frustrated with the poor job. Changed to 1 star. Youre honestly better off saving your money, washing your car with gutter water and wiping your car down with a dirty dish towel. 0 of 0 chance of giving money to this place again. Ridiculous.

Fast service but not thorough. When my car was ready I saw that the rims were not clean. I asked the tech to please clean them. He did but didnt get all the dirt/grease. Then told me the alloy was oxidized and required professional cleaning. I went home, took an SOS pad and cleaned them. Dirt and grease came right off. For $35 I expected more.

This is the second time I come here for a car wash and interior cleaning, vacuum and dusting of dashboard, well it was not cleaned, I was still dusty and they used a greasy rag now not only was it still dusty it had some gunk all over. Never going back, waste of my time and money.

It was fast, thats all. Paid for the works. Dash not clean, doors and center console is dirty still, dirt all over the bumper. Ive paid children $5 and have gotten a better job. Not coming back here.

This place should get zero star due to unprofessionalism. They did a horrible car wash on my car, I paid for shine and protect, along with seat cleaning inside. They manager told me. He cant help me clean the car any better because, its not like I paid for a detailed wash car, And if I paid more money they would clean the rims better for me. $5dolloars for each Rim.also he made a statement I was picking out on every little mistake.when I told him I paid money for all this, he said he cant help me anymore. This car wash used to be very good but lately has gone down in service. Now they are just interested in getting as many cars completed as possible as fast as possible.They treat every car with the same level of service wheather you paid the base line $10 or $60+ dollars. I have excepted the cost of getting my truck cleaned thats why when I pay that cost I expect some level of service that comes with it.I would like to just wash it myself but I just dont have the time.I am not expecting it to be immaculate but I shouldnt have to contemplate having to wash my truck after taking it to get it washed.I am not looking to bash this spot I am sure they do well with smaller vehicles. However, if your looking for a place that wont make you feel like youve wasted your money this is not the place for you.

Decent job was done on my new truck. Had to take it home and wipe it down from all the spots that were missed.

The outside of my car is clean, poor job on the rims and lower bumber. Im not even sure they cleaned the inside, floor mat was dirty and the passenger side dash was still dusty. My car is brand new purchsed only 6 weeks ago so its not like it was that dirty anyways. For 32 bucks I was not impressed and wont be back for the works wash, but if you need the exterior only cleaned its around $15 and is very quick.

Ive been going to this Super Station location for years. I take my company vehicles as well as my personal ones. The overall car wash service is fine. The vacuuming is good, cleaning of the interior is good and washing of the exterior is ok. I find that on busy days many cleaning details are missed on the interior and exterior. I guess it depends on who cleans your car and how busy they are on any given day. The coupon price gives you basic cleaning, but I find you have to pay over $75 to really have them clean everything. This car wash is good with a coupon if your car is fairly clean to begin with, but dont expect perfection if your car is really dirty. The staff is nice and Ive never had an issue with them being unfriendly. I continue to return to this car wash because of the coupon prices and I know what to expect.

The business needs to be organized with their employees took my Hyundai sonata to get washed and cleaned and they left my driver window stained like if it was glue from a sticker or something and another female complained about her Bwm vehicle also not satified with the service. Friendly, fast. Seating spacing well marked. No waiting inside - good! I got exterior only, and noticed later they left mirrors and windows with water spots - not well dried. Wash equipment didnt quite get the back of my SUV clean. That left the back up camera lens dirty. Also not wiped off.

It was great. Maria was very helpful, answered all my questions and worked with me to get the best value. The workers did a good, thorough job.

Do not take your car here if you value your vehicles paint. Brought my wifes minivan in for a detail. Upon completion of the service I noticed an approximate 8 long scratch with fresh paint transfer. The wax haze wasnt even removed. Vacuuming wasnt completed, black trim was half way touched leaving dull finish. The windows still had grime and haze film. The bumper wasnt cleaned of debris. This is by far the worst service that I could be imagined. My parents used this place to clean their limousines back when this place first opened. I thought I would visit this place to give it some business and save me the time of washing it myself. Never again!

Overpriced for the job they did! They missed a lipstick smear by the drivers door. Its a black car and the lipstick was red. They should have seen it a mile away.

I am from South Africa I drop my Prius there and I ask for maximum cleaning they ask me to pay $ 189.00. And I paid and left when I got the car it was not clean interior and door panel and boot was very disappointed wanted to put bad reviews but I went back and explain to the supervisor he was very kind and he said bring the car back we make sure we re do the car again for you so I was happy with his behavior the way he apologize and assisted. I will go back again always wash my care there just one person can change ur mind with Good behavior.

Had some bugs from a trip down to LA on my front bumper that didnt look like they even touched and didnt seem to do a very thorough clean the rest of the outside either for $23.99. They vacuumed the inside but for wash, might have better luck at a gas station car wash

This place is now trying to make me pay $24.95 to wash my car. Even when I have coupons they say they dont accept them anymore. Today I gave them my $16.99 coupon and was told price was now $18, when I got to check out they tried to charge me $24.95. Also I asked specifically to make sure they cleaned the inside of my panoramic moon roof and was assured that was standard practice and would be done, but again as always before, not done. I did not leave a tip. This place is a rip off joint, they do the least amout they can get away with.

This car wash place has become a really bad business place. I was there yesterday to get my car wash and the lady who was writing and giving the slip asked me what kind of wash I need. I told her just a car wash. So I went to the cashier and paid for the car wash. The guy out there said that the car is ready. I went to the car and noticed that they have not done anything to the tires. So I asked the guy what about the tires. Then he looked at the receipt and said that no tires are not included. I said WAHT?? i have been to this place for over 10 years now and you have never separated the tires from the car wash. tires are part of the car. Then he took me to the lady who wrote the slip and she said the same thing, Tires are not included . I said to her that I have been getting my car washed over 10 years from your place and this is the first time I ever heard this and it is not right not to get the tires done and asked her if something has changed. She said No, that is how it has been..that is a total lie. Then I told her that I have been a very loyal customer and now I am considering to take the business to some other place. She replied that is fine I will not go to this place again!! It has become a horrible business place.

Wonderful place to get your car cleaned!! They bend over backwards to make sure everything is perfect. I brought in my brand new BMW 228i, which had minor scratches on it already. I dont know if it was from the cats in my neighborhood or another car wash, but needless to say I was very upset! They took care of the scratches and put a wax on it. My car looks better than new. Truly. I will only be coming here for cleaning. I also want to add that everyone is extremely nice and patient. They really do care about doing a good job.

This place is okay. Nothing special. For a $30 wash they could at least put some tire shine. Even a basic $20 quick wash place will do that. Theyre not bad but definitely not good

Had my 1997 Volvo completely detailed inside and out. They did a fantastic job. They removed all traces of cigarette smoke, got the stains in the carpet out and brought back the molding to a new Luster. Could not be more pleased.Randy

Place is awesome. Showed up and the line was well handled. The gentleman at the front broke down the prices for me, and then mentioned he would be able to do a special price for a detail. Did the deal and proceded to watch a team of car washers go hard on my car. Soaping and cleaning every inch. Very impressed, will be back !!

Its hard to justify spending any amount of time or money with this business. They were consistent in one thing in my last 3 (and final) trips: Poor quality. Door jams are not dried out, water drips from all crevices of the vehicle and there is no quality assurance before delivering your car. Also, there are patches of dirty spots in various areas of the body. Every trip.

Best car wash in Contra Costa County! The staff are friendly and professional, and my car looks awesome afterwards. They vacuum your car first, then run it through a machine car wash, followed by a hand dry after. There is a great little convenience store (with AC) to explore while you wait - usually 5-10 min tops. Even the local police get their cars washed here!

Super pushy sales tactics and they didnt do anything that they promised they would do.They cut way too many corners, They said that they would shampoo the carpets yet theres dirt all over them! They didnt even lift stuff up to clean under it! If you go here dont upgrade your options at all because they wont do any of the work they say theyre going to do.

Not the best but for $20 its ok. Nobody quality controls anything so if your picky like me. Then make sure you check it out before driving off. 4 out of 5 times there is some issue like not vacuuming everything up or leaving bugs on the bumper. Even not cleaning the inside windows . They do offer you option to come back with 2 days to get it fixed but I just dont have time except for the weekends so its not good for me.

Terrible job washing my car. I will never return. The inside was left dirty, there was absolutely no attention to detail. I walked around my car and saw wipe marks streaking unwashed dirt around the detail areas of the car. I wasnt going to say a word, just drive off and never return but I stopped to wipe off a small blemish and some guy said with a crack thats a scratch, getting defensive when I had said nothing. I replied it wasnt and he continued to argue saying over and over its a scratch. I easily wiped it off with my fingernail... One employee, maybe a shift manager, did his best to rectify the other guys ignorance by cleaning 2 of my windows with a special hard water stain remover. I tipped him...then noticed the weasel running up with his hands out as though he deserved a tip.

Always come here when I need a quick wash. Cash station is easy to get into and the wash always gets the car clean!

I would put -1 star but I cannot. I asked the lady at the vacuum area that I really want the vacuuming to be done correctly today. She assured me before I bought the wax package that it would be done how I want it and that I should just tell her if they don’t do it right. I did tell her. Twice! And then she makes excuses why they can’t do it. Crumbs everywhere on the floors in the cup holder area. I call the assitant manager and he makes excuses and hangs up on me during our conversation because he can’t come up with a compromise. Terrible customer service and terrible service. Do not go to this car wash.

Will NEVER go back. They put a dent/scratch right near the drivers door handle and when I pointed it out to them all they did was deny, deny, deny. It was a very obvious scratch and I know it wasnt there when I dropped the car off. At the very least, they could have tried to buff it out, given me a free wash, anything even without admitting guilt. Very unhappy with their customer service and will NEVER go back again. If you dont want your car damaged, you shouldnt go here either.

Had several bad experiences there in a row. You will not be happy with quality of their work. Dont recommend going there. Car is never fully dry, smears and watermarks always present, even windshield is not fully wiped and clean. Vacuuming is ok. They have lost me as a customer whos gone there for couple of years.

I got the $25 wash and they gave me the car back full of ashe and dust. Took it back to vacuum and I this time I watched them do it just to see how the guy took out my floor mat, put it down on the dirty concrete, and then he dropped it on my drivers seat. I asked him what was he doing and he didnt see what was wrong. Never going back there, the wash on Monument Blvd is much, much better.

Came here by recommendation of a client.The person who vaccuumed did not vacuumed well there were small pieces of trash in the carpets, as well they didnt vacuumed the trunk. They also didnt dry parts of the car. For $29.99 its over priced for not washing and vacuuming the car.

On August 29, 2015 I went to super station car wash around noon. I asked for their best service option for $29.99. Before I gave them my car I told the employee I did not want them to touch the inside of my car with any rag that had any chemicals on it. She proceeded to tell me that they did not use any chemicals on their rags that they used on the interior. She told me they just used dry towels to dust off the dashboard. I said if thats the case then go ahead anddust it off. I then sat down and began to watch them service my car. They washed the outside then began to clean the inside. They were using blue towels and window cleaner to clean the windows of the car. They then used the same rags to start wiping off my brand new leather interior. Then I seen a employee spray the window cleaner directly onto my leather dashboard and wipe it off. I instantly walked inside and walked up to the counter. There was a man at the counter, which if I had to guess was certainly either the owner or manager. I explained to him that I told his employee very specifically what I didnt want to happen and that she assured me that it wouldnt happen. Then I told him what I saw and his first words were dont worry it wont hurt your car. Then I explained that I didnt care what he thought, I told them that I didnt want them to do this and they did it anyway. He apologized but continued to try and convince me it was ok. I then asked for a refund and he laughed and said no way. He then started trying to convince me that his employees never use chemicals on the interior. So he went and talked to the people taking care of my car. He came back and said yeah they didnt use any chemicals on the interior of your car. So then I asked him if he was calling me a liar because I sat and watched the employee do it. He said I guess I am calling you a liar. I started arguing with him and he began to just repeat that he was glad I was happy with the service. He then told me my car was finished and I cloud leave. I have never took the time to leave a bad review about any business, but their service and the way they handled the situation was appalling.
