Holy cow!Ive put my car through the wringer over the past five years and I forgot how good it could look with a little TLC.George and his crew have my car looking better than it looked new off the lot, and at an incredibly reasonable price.I cannot recommend Concord Auto Spa enough if you want to treat yourself and feel proud of your vehicle again

Dropped my car off at 8am, and was able to pick it up around 6 hours later. A little on the expensive end, but certainly worth the money! Everything is clean, treated, and in perfect condition! They informed me of an issue with brake fluid on my rims causing damage, which I wouldnt have caught without bringing it in.

Very personable staff who greeted me in the morning and when I picked up my car. They detailed my wife’s car and made it look like new!

Both cars were completed on-time and they exceeded my expectations for dog hair removal and the overall appearance of the car was LIKE NEW!! Very happy with my experience using Concord Auto Spa! Concord auto spa left our older model car in the best condition after being detailed we have ever experienced. The staff were courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend them especially to people who are critical of the care they receive for their vehicles.

I brought in my Camry for the first time last week for the 45 minute service to have the exterior and interior cleaned for my car. When the service was complete, I couldnt get over the superior service I had just received. Im very picky about how my windows get clean, which I find a very tedious job, and they were perfect. Thank you for providing such an excellent service. I will definitely be back along with some of my friends.

Dropped my truck off for an external detailing. When i picked my truck up they charge an extra $50 for being a truck. I was not happy about not being told, upfront, that the price was that much higher then the starting at price. Just bad customer service.Horrible wax job, if thats what they call it. White residue all around my logos, water marks all over my hood/roof and the side view mirrors hadnt even been touched! It didnt even look it had been waxed. My own wash and waxes looked better!I went home, used my McGuires wash/conditioner and then McGuires Wax. It looked MUCH MUCH better then their professional detailing.So basically i just paid $150 for a buffing.I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Waist of money!

If you want the best, this is the place to go, although more money car is as good as new when done

Fantastic job! I dropped off my SUV for the ultimate detail. I had a lot of beach sand to winter salt from the roads. My car looked brand new! They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the service.

I’ve had my car detailed a couple of times there. Very reliable and friendly, exactly how I wanted it to be done and even better than I had in mind. More affordable than other places I’ve been in Concord. Definitely will be going back.

I had my 2016 Hyundai Tucson detailed at Concord Auto Spa. I was amazed at how wonderful it looked; it was I was getting a brand new car back. I have a long hair German Shepherd that rides with me all the time: you couldn’t even tell I had a dog when I got it back. They were excellent and I would highly recommend them. My 2007 truck goes in next.

Got the full inside and out detail. Their work was amazing!!! They shampooed my suede seats, cleaned all cup holders, all leathers was treated and cleaned, carpets shampooed, got rid of a light scratch outside, cleaned my rims. Its an 80k SUV and they did an outstanding job. The whole process took 5 hours to clean add every nook and cranny was cleaned. Also they were nice enough to put all my stuff (change, car chargers, sunglasses) in a bag so I could re-organized everything. Will be taking it here from now on every six months.

Update: I was told I had to take down all negative reviews in order to receive a refund for services. I did so, and it has been 2 weeks with no word from them or check in the mail.Dan paid $400 to replace the stereo screen in my car bringing the total cost of this terrible detail experience to nearly $600.Original review:Wading through options of repair and small claims court filing. Looks like it will cost about $600 to replace or repair the water damage done to my stereo / reverse screen by this terrible shop. They refused to take any accountability for the damage because I didnt report it to them until the next day and electrical damage can occur at any timeI was busy and their policy (they have obviously put in place because these things have happened in the past) worked against me. What about a policy of customer service and satisfaction?This is simply a bad business with no ethics and I recommend anyone and everyone look elsewhere for a reputable shop.I will continue to post these reviews and updates. Social media can be a powerful tool. I have also added reviews on Yelp, Yellow pages, and Google.

Worst experience ever!!!! We took our 2008 F450 to concord auto spa last week to get a professionally detailed, not only did they detail the truck, they flooded the entire engine bay by pressure washing the engine. The pressure from the water tore off all the seals and caused water to get into every bit of electrical work under the hood. Our truck ran perfectly before it went to get detailed by concord auto spa. We have not been able to drive our 2008 F450 since, they destroyed our entire computer system, wiring harness, and ECU; this will cost thousands to fix!!! Our truck has been at a ford dealership since last week getting looked at, there is no electrical communication at all so they are fixing everything associated with electrical throughout the entire truck. This is a business owned truck and as you can imagine this is really hurting our business.Don’t pay them to destroy your car or truck. It will probably be close to a month before we get our truck back and can resume business with it, everything that needs to be replaced is backordered. NEVER GO HERE!!!!! I called twice asking for a call back from the owner to discuss how they plan on handling this, never received a call back. They will be hearing from our insurance company and a lawyer, they will not get away with the damage they caused to our work truck!

Ive been to Concord Auto Spa twice and both times have loved the results! First, it was my wifes car before we were putting it up for sale, and last week it was the van I use in my business. The results were spectacular. It was like a new vehicle, and thats saying a lot for an 8-year old minivan that frequently carts my yellow lab! I could not recommend this place higher!UPDATE: Jeeesh, I wish I could give these guys more than five stars! I just used them for two vehicles again...including a pickup truck that I dont think had been cleaned in a decade (literally...it was my elderly Dads) and once again, they did an amazing job.

No stars! This new owner used to work for the old owner. Obviously he didnt learn enough from previous owner. They were great! So, I had to take one of my vehicles back to show them what they missed which was back of my seats, & in the seams, few more items didnt get touched. The seats are way to slippery. The 2nd they never cleaned drivers side window. All my mats were in the trunk dripping wet, plus my car now has a horrible smell. Wont be back.

I went here with my 2006 Subaru impreza and I paid for a full detail and when I got my car back it was disgusting. I wiped my hand down the side of my car and there was black all over my hand. They got water inside my radio and refused to fix it! And they did something to make my airbag light come on and refuse to fix any of it! 1000 worth of damage. Im sueing them so I will let you know how it goes but please nobody come here they will destroy your car !!

I took my Mitsubishi to be cleaned today. The appointment process was easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule change with short notice. The car took approximately 6 hours before it was done, which is a reasonable time. I was not extremely satisfied with the service due to a lack of attention to detail. The cleaner left several dirty spots in the car and never even picked up the change container (aka the ash tray). They also failed to clean my sun visors and the mirrors with them. I would not say this service is worth $100 and I will most likely look for another detailer the next time my car needs a deep clean. I could have rented a rug doctor for $20, used my household vaccum, and purchased some cleaning supplies from Wal-Mart and I would have gotten the same result.

Concord Auto Spa does really nice detailing!

Very poor job on the exterior cleaning. They also lost a interior trim piece which is no longer a manufactured part. They took no action on either complaint. Will never use or recommend them again.
