HORRIBLE SERVICE This business is very well put together accept for the people running it. Horrible customer service! If you enjoy talking to your self stay home and do so. They dont make you feel welcome at all. You get better service at waffle house. They dont even deserve the star I gave! The barber told me he was to busy to cut my hair as he sat down in his chair and played on his phone. If you dont do walk ins then advertise that you dont! 👎👎

I waited 15 mins for them to open so I could get a cut. The place is still locked up and no one is there. Highly disappointed.

Walked in. Two barbers are there cutting clients hair. Neither say a word to us. Not a hi or we will be with you soon or anything. We wait for 15 minutes without EVER even acknowledging our existence. We decide that we are going elsewhere. Get up to leave and again not a single word from these two barbers. Speechless. Found our way to The League Barber Shop 5 minutes down the road. Night and day difference. Immediately greeted and great cuts.

Drop in without a appointment was greeted by barbers. They were busy and end up get a appointment which was a 2hrs later no biggy. Arrive for my appointment with John and was extremely pleased. Will return again but this time with a schedule appointment. Thanks

I went to this Barber Shop today, and they made me feel not welcomed. Creepy! So I went to Sports Clips Inc, where I was very welcomed, and they made me feel like a King. I even got a Military discount.

I’ve been going to Barbers at 54 for about one year and every time I go I throughly enjoy my haircut. I’m only 15 and my uncle has been taking me here and showed it to me, and I really love it. I always get a fade with a comb over at the top, Jason does a wonderful job!!! Jason is really talented and I would recommend him to anyone. Make sure you have an appointment though because they are very busy.

Brittany does an amazing job. Initially I got a beard trim from my wife for valentines day after she found out about this place through mutual friends. After 4 decades on this planet and going through all the major chains and occasional higher end places (never were worth it) -- I can honestly say that Ive never had haircuts and beard-cuts this good. The attention to detail is fantastic; straight razors to really define lines with precision, top notch product (beard oils, and tonics), the hot shaving cream, the after shave treatment -- it really is the works. Ive got my entire family going here now and was greedily hesitant to do a review as I dont want my favorite barbershop to be overbooked, but I have to give credit where credit is due - Brittany has earned this place a customer for life.

Been begging my husband to get a professional hair it. He researched places for days. Found this one and was excited per the reviews. Rushes to make it there all the way from uptown after work. Website says they close at 7. Walks in at 6:30. Was told they were closed, points out hours say 7. They told him they stop taking people at 6:30. Now he refuses to go back due to the rudeness. The business should change their hours to reflect this policy, if it is actually the shop policy.

Have called multiple times about making an appointment for a beard trim. Every time the same young woman answers the phone but doesnt identify herself. As soon as I say what I want, immediately she replies were all booked for today, call back tomorrow, maybe well have an opening.Never tries to offer a day or time just call back and maybe well have an opening . I get cut off and brushed off every time.I give up. Apparently they are too busy for new clients and the best way to get rid of them is to give them the cold shoulder.So I called another. They said they only take walkins. There were several men ahead of me. The owner asked me to sign in to keep everything fair. I signed in and 20 minutes later I was in a chairWont get the brush off again. Ive found my new barber.

Jason is amazing and he owns the shop. I got a cut from his backup who is also amazing.Reasons why I love this place:I just get a buzz cut with a number two. Sounds easy right? Wrong! People have screwed this cut up time and time again and jason takes his time and nails it every time.They use straight razors on your neck.Its a barber shop. This is not sports clips or honey cuts.Its local and I love supporting local shops.I cant recommend this place enough. He also does appointments.I dont even live that close to there but I will always make the drive.

Every time I come and see these guys I leave happy. Relaxed atmosphere, professional staff, and a great haircut (along with a free beer that earns a star on its own.) Five star experience every time, would recommend to anyone.

Great job with the haircut and good staff; however, the shop was understaffed which led to them falling 30 min behind with appointments. It was not particularly busy either. I was still satisfied with the atmosphere and for the quality of service the price was fair. I will go back again, I feel it will be more lively the next time since I went on a Monday morning. Also they stock yuengling in the fridge, it was canned but still beer in a barber shop is a nice touch.

I was dissatisfied with my experience concerning my sons haircut by the female stylist but one of the gentlemen reached out and offered to fix the problem. It was very thoughtful and I greatly appreciated the offer for them to fix the problem. I have nephews that go there and their haircut turned out awesome and they saw a male stylist. Changed from one star to four!

I walk in, and Im looked at like I have 3 heads. One of the barbers asks, “can I help you” with a bit of attitude. I say I’m just looking to get a haircut. Again with a bit of attitude, “oh walking in...”. He proceeds to ask if anyone has any time available. Two young ladies who are sitting and playing on their phone apparently look at calendars on their phones, and one advises she may be able to at 10:30.Left with a poor taste in my mouth. Nothing about their set-up says appointments only/appointments recommended. Based on reviews, I was excited to try the place out; based on my experience they could benefit from a receptionist/business manager and a modicum of customer service skill on the front end.I may go back and give them a shot, or I may just keep looking.WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT JUST WALK IN.

Went in asking for a clean up with a fade on both sides, and the back of my head. Barber was uncommunicative on what she was doing, and chopped the top of my head a lot. Im very disappointed now that Ive lost months of hair growth. As of now, my hair will not lay in any position to look good. I really dont know what else to do at this point other than to let it grow out. Beware.

He asked questions, listened to my answers and came thru with a great, professional haircut/beardtrim. I have recieved a steady stream of compliments ever since. I highly recommend this business.
