Best place in Concod/Kannapolis to get a haircut. These beauticians are experienced and they do a wonderful job. I always tell them to make me look like Brad Pitt. Sadly , they can cut hair great but they cant perform miracles. Thats OK. My wife still loves me.

Great Customer service Amanda is a great stylist very much an all around stylist if you get a chance to see her go check this place out very new but great Outlook for the future.

This was my first cut this year due to covid so my style was non-existent. Stephanie listened to what I wanted and cut more when I changed my mind. I usually have to re-style my hair after visiting a salon. This was my first time here and Stephanie did a super job! It looked great when I got home- I did not have to touch it! Thanks, Stephanie!

People there followed every safety protocol for the pandemic, was super easy to check in, took no time at all to get my hair cut, they were incredibly quick and friendly. Will most certainly be coming back from now on.

Wonderful tallent

I came in to get a bad haircut fixed (the original haircut was not from them). The lady who cut my hair was quick to do her job and did fix my hair, but the service was honestly not that great and I was honestly not satisfied with the job she did. I had to come in to get a bob fixed (I knew that my hair was going to be cut extra short which was fine) but all I asked was for her to fix the messed up layering. I have really thick asian hair which I love, and without asking she started to thin out my hair. I understand that its the summer time and people like to keep things light but I really did not appreciate this and while getting my haircut she caught my cartilage piercing four times. Not once did she say sorry. I saw good reviews on here so I was expecting for them to do a good job but I was wrong.

I went today to get my eyebrows and the girl did a terrible job. Eyebrows were out of shaped and not trimmed well. She and another girl were working alone and had a hard time managing the incoming clients.

I sat down told this women that i wanted to keep the length to fade and undercut my sides well now im miss four inches on top. To late now. Wont be coming back. She could at least listened to me.

Made an online time reservation and when I arrived they told me they didnt have enough time. They could have called instead of me wasted my time driving there.
