The service was pretty quick. In less than an hour, they replaced engine oil and transmission fluid. I dont know the pricing comparison of these service options at other repair shops. To me, I personally felt kinda expensive. The waiting area could use some cleaning up and maybe basic amenities like coffee/water options.

First of all, everyone needs to realize when you take your vehicle into a repair shop it might not get fixed on the get go. I know this can be frustrating but as a born technician this happens. Most places will try something simple first. It might not fix it but bring it back for another shot and it will get fixed! This place is honest and they don’t want to rip you off.Being that I am a woman that didn’t stop them from telling me what was wrong with my SUV and they took me into the shop and showed me what broke. I like that in auto repair shop. Shows they care and don’t discriminate. You want it done right go here. They don’t monkey around. Honest folks here.

I have used this location for years and still find it convenient and they do good work. I got tires and alignment and they discovered some serious problems with my rear brakes I didnt realize. I appreciate their dedication and desire to do it right.

Please save your money and go elsewhere! First of all just dedicate a whole day to get your car fixed because that’s what it’ll take. I took my car in because of a screeching noise (which means the belt needed to be replaced). It’s the second day and my car is worse! I think this place is a scam. I am never trusting this place with my car ever again.

I’ve been going to Midas for 3 years now and I am always satisfied with their work. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I paid for there special $24.95 lube, oil, and filter change with a tire rotation and vehicle inspection. What I got was a oil and filter change. Dont know about a lube job, and very little vehicle inspection and NO tire rotation. I am thankful they inflated my tires up from 30 lb but now my tires are at 39, 37, 35, and 34 lb. Oh yes the price was supposed to be $24.95, but in reality it was $38 and change with their disposal fees and other fees. Ive never had bad service at a Midas but Ive also never had good service at a Midas. Theyre always middle of the road. So I give them 2 1/2 Stars

After 2 places said that they couldnt help me, I went in to Midas 45 minutes before they closed and Vic fit me in and fixed my car right then and there. I appreciate that so much😊 I will be back for the rest of my car repairs.

This shop has done my rear brakes twice in the last 2 weeks and they are still not fixed.

They were fast on my oil change and was really friendly they did a awsome job at a good price

The Mechanic that worked on my truck did a great job but i went in to get my headlights adjusted and i thought they had the machine to adjust your headlights but the mechanic used the wall to adjust them. Again he did a great job just didnt have the right tools or they would have gotten a 5 star

They took a week and a half to figure out they cant get a replacement tire for my truck and they won’t honor the midas road hazard warranty from another store

I needed a new catalytic converter for my Jeep and have known about Midas for many decades. I had no plans of going anywhere else when I knew what needed to be done. And, you did not let me down. Great people and great service - - A great combination !! Will go back if the need ever arises.. Thank you so very much.

They even helped me when I had to deal with a very disgruntled Car warranty Company, Jessica, one of the ladies at the front (shes quite re-memorable, as all customer service reps should be). WARNING:I would not recommend you taking your car for an oil change. Techs do not have any experience and totally unprofessional. Took my car back said they would fix it and then backed out. Admitted it was there fault. We. Are taking it to corporate now. What a disappointment. People just have no morals or values in their jobs anymore. Pretty sad.

I am a frequent customer. Stevie at the front desk is a rock star! I came in on a busy Saturday with a scheduled appt. The techs were having technical issues with the lifts that day. Stevie explained the situation and apologized because they could not rotate my tires. I explained my tired are brand new so it was not necessary. She kept the whole waiting room of customers informed and updated them accordingly and professionally. I will continue to be a grateful customer of Midas in Concord!

I had a relatively simple need to get a protective cover re-secured underneath my car so it wouldnt hang down on road. Stevie and crew took excellent care of me immediately and they had the parts to make it work. She even let me look at what was needed physically under the car and said it didnt need any expensive work. She and team fixed it up and sent me on my way 30 mins after arriving on a busy Saturday. She also had some great advice about TPMS sensors and insight about repair shop business. The kicker is that she didnt charge me a penny! Bravo, Stevie and the Midas Concord team! You made a new customer do life and you made me smile!

Horrible place the wait took over an hour for a non busy place this was unacceptable. Not to mention they do a half ass job. They forgot the screw back on the plate to the bottom on my car when the did my oil change. They were constantly come up to me and my husband say that we needed to change all filters and change the battery. My car is new and is not in need of a battery. AVOID THIS PLACE.!!!!

After researching shops all over the Contra Costa area, I set an appointment with Midas/SpeeDee oil change (at 2525 Monument Blvd near Costcto) in Concord, CA to replace my tires with 4 NEW TIRES and do an ALIGNMENT. They were prompt and seemed honest with a competitive price. After paying nearly $400 for the job, we packed the car the next morning and hopped in to drive off for our Easter vacation ... but couldnt go anywhere because one of the BRAND NEW TIRES WAS FLAT.An unaffiliated shop was kind enough to check the flat tire and determined that the valve stem had not been replaced even though I paid for the works which included new valve stems. We had the flat tire inflated to get us to the Walnut Creek Midas (different ownership than Concord who did the poor work) to see if they could help.The Walnut Creek Midas informed us that the Concord Midas shop had not replaced any of the 4 valve stems (despite my paying for new stems), the old stems were pinched and cracked, and the lug nuts were torqued so much that they Walnut Creek Midas had major trouble getting the wheels off to install the new stems that the Concord shop failed to replace. I also heard that the Concord Midas is known for over-torqueing wheel lug nuts.I will also have to replace the rim that Concord Midas bent which will cost me $382 … so the Concord Midas tire replacement/alignment ended up costing me twice the nearly $400 quoted price.After 3 hours and broken original lug nuts/locks, the Walnut Creek Midas had us on our way (thanks to Ryan the repair tech, Daniel the cashier, Rod the manager and Sam the owner).I appreciate that the Concord Midas covered the repairs done at the Walnut Creek Midas ... but the 3 hour delay definitely adversely impacted our vacation (we missed one activity and nearly missed some very expensive tickets for a second activity). And the extra $382 I have to now fork out for a new rim (that Concord Midas bent) means their work ended up costing me twice as much.Concord Midas needs to do the work you pay (including valve stem replacement), not over-torque the wheels nuts and not bend your rims to the point of making your tire leak air.

I have been here twice for repairs now and absolutely LOVE the great customer service! Fadi, the owner, explains everything so you understand the problem and the solutions to fix your car. Plus, the prices are reasonable. As a woman, I am tired of all the repair shops that try to sell you repairs you dont need. This is not the story here. They have the customers best interest at heart. Midas in Concord has become my shop of choice for oil changes and repairs. BTW...they do so much more than just mufflers. I recommend you give them a try. Linda B.

They always recommend extra work for my cars but not the other independent mechanics I visit after. They do change oil but I would not do anything more than that in a Midas. Keep it only for essential service and maintenance. 3 stars may be too much though...

Liked the service alot they took the time to explain things that were wrong and how I could make them right I did not have the money necessary for the issues that I needed fixed at that time but will of course look into Midas again in the future when I do.

Dont take you car there. I had to take mar car there to fix it. They told me its $500 to fix it.next day i got a call they said its gonna cost more because there are more part to order so they said its $654 and the car will be ready by noon , and now I got another call they said there is another part to order again and the car will be done by the end of the day. These guys dont know their job. Go somewhere else.

One of the worst services that have gotten in a long time the guy took forever when there was no one here, I was told the fluids in my car were refilled which turned out to be a complete lie not to mention the guy got all upset just because I asked once how much longer its going to take and then when he hands me my car keys he informes me there is a nail in the tire but since I asked him how much longer they no longer have time to fix it since they had to bring the car out I asked the guy one question once wow like I said rude customer service extremely long wait and just bad in general.
