I took two vehicles there today for an oil and filter change. You stay in your vehicle while they change oil and filter. It took about 15 minutes for each vehicle. No pressure to buy anything else. Price was $63 for each vehicle. I highly recommend Express Oil Change.

Great service. I have used them multiple times, Last time I went in because my Mazda dealership told me I needed tire balance and alignment, but they are charging too much. When I came here, they actually check my balance and said it was perfect and nothing is needed. So I walked out without paying anything. Honest people here and thats how you run a business. 5 stars all day!

This place is amazing. My brake pads were completely wiped, and my rotor got hit. These guys offered me a quote, but when they realized I wasnt going to be able to afford it, the manager Kevin (who is an amazing human being) talked to the higher ups and was able to lower it to a price I can afford. I was shaken by the professionalism and compassion, it is refreshing to see that. I recommend this place for everyone, and KEVIN IS A G!!!. (obviously in a good way)

The Mooresville location is a couple exits away from my house but I always rather driver 20-30 mins across town to this location. Great service and customer service everytime, always prompt and clean, and no matter what service I’m getting from oil change to new tires, rotors, and brakes I never have had to wait too long they get you in and out.

These guys are The Bomb. I had to have a gasket put on my car because of a oil leak, I also had a oil change done. I took my car on my lunch break and they provided a way for me to get back to my job, because they weren’t finished with mine yet. Brandon was the Mechanic that worked on my car. Had my starter die on me 1st thing in the morning. I had my car towed to Express Oil. They took my car in right away around noon and when I arrived I was greeted right away. The car was lifted for diagnostics. Within minutes I was given a quote of the work to be done.It was Customer Appreciation weekend at the shop and I felt welcomed. There was Chik Fil A, potato chips and drinks. The waiting area is clean and cool in this hot weather. Since the part I needed had to be delivered I decided to get a ride back home. I didnt have an appointment so I knew it might be a little while.I returned to the shop about 4:25pm and my car was being worked on. It went passed 5:30pm and my car was just getting finished. For my patience, I was presented with a gift card for Subway in the amount of $10 and a car wash bucket with supplies. I had a nice experience here.

My experience here was excellent.I arrived with a large bolt in one of my front tires. The team assessed my situation and helped me understand all the options available to me including prices and benefits/drawbacks for each. They went above and beyond by checking multiple other parts of the car and making suggestions for additional repairs. And again explained the purpose of each option. I ended up replacing all 4 tires and getting my wheels realigned.The team was everything you want in an automotive repair company. They were professional, informative, and honest throughout the entire process. My car was ready on time and drives better than ever. Over the weekend I got my oil changed at this location for the first time. It was quick and easy. As soon as I got on the highway I notice my car was very loud. It was no longer a smooth ride. Unfortunately I ignored it and keep driving. I figured it was all in my head and it would go away (my ignorance lol). Today which is Wednesday my car started to shake and cut off on my way to the daycare center. I very quickly got my car to Mavis to see what the problem was. I told my guy what happen on Saturday after I got my oil change. He popped the hood and my caps and “cover” was not on. He fixed the problem and told me I should let Oil express know what happen. I called and told the manager what happen. Ken, I believe his name was, was very calm and cool. He was too calm and cool. He could care less what his employees did. He could care less that I spent my entire morning at the car shop nervous my car was broke just to find out it was their fault. We all make mistakes and it’s all good now but I will never go back to this place again. The customer service was not worth the price and headache I was caused.

After 3 yrs of trusting my car only to them, they are very professional, they communicate authentically and transparently, they always show me evidence of the work they have done, and have built great trust, especially Jeff who explains and warns me of things to be aware of, which is very helpful for me.

Went there for the first time after they took over from Mini Extreme. Their techs over 30 mins to get the oil plug off my daughters vehicle without updating me. After charging what I thought was an extremely high price for an oil change I discovered that my daughters vehicle was leaking oil because the oil seal/gasket was not properly installed. Wont be returning there for any more work!

This place gave me the best experience that Ive ever had at a oil change place. I parked my car thinking I would have to get out and tell someone what was needed for my car. Someone actually walked up to me and was super sweet and asked what I needed. Then I got my oil changed and I was able to sit in my car during. They advertise that it takes 10 min for an oil change and that is 100 percent true! I will definitely be going back to this place for my next oil change and I highly recommend it!

This is my favorite place to go for routine car maintenance. The mechanics are honest, professional, and hardworking. It truly is an express place, as I’ve never waited very long. They can also replace headlights, which I’ve discovered is a service that not all quick oil change places offer. I also love that I don’t have to get out of my car for an oil change, which is always an added bonus with a toddler in tow!

Always a great experience at Express Oil, and their mechanical capabilities extend well beyond Oil Changes. Highly recommended, especially for Jeeps in need of a 5-wheel rotation.

Kevin went above and beyond after getting my inspection done there and the DMV was having issues recognizing the completed inspection. He contacted the DMV several times on my behalf when I couldnt get through to them. He was able to resolve the issue.

These guys are great!!! I moved to NC from New York and I was always used to there being a mom and pop type garage on every corner, this place makes me feel right at home. Quick service I’ve never been in the waiting room longer than 30 minutes for anything. My Oil changes have never taken them longer than 10 minutes. All the guys are sweethearts! We went in for a transmission flush in our Odyssey. Jeff and Kevin explained what Honda recommend which was a drain and fill. (Cheaper too.) They took the time to do a thorough and good job. While there I saw the guys interacting with a lot of other customers as well. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous is hope I would describe that. Definitely a top notch place to get your vehicle serviced.

If I could give it no stars I would. This place is misleading with its name. It took them 45 minutes to put a tire on my car. They dont communicate with you, and tell you that there is a delay. Trying to find someone to give you a time estimate is a hit or miss.

This is the second time I have had my oil changed here. They are extremely fast and very courteous. Kevin was very busy during my most recent visit and his level of professionalism was superb. He was running nonstop and definitely needs to be commended on his level of service. Great job guys.

Superior customer service! The team always takes great care of my Jeep Cherokee. The team is very friendly and always helpful. They even added air to my tires (all nearby gas stations air pumps were out of service) at no charge. I tried to leave a tip but they wouldnt accept it. I will continue going to this location for my oil and tire needs.

We had an inspection done here. In and out in less than 20 minutes and they charged us less than the place we had gone in previous years. Will definitely be switching to this spot for our future car service needs.*edit*After great service the first time I came back to get an oil change. They told me I needed a new belt which I agreed to. It’s been over 3.5 hours and I’m still waiting. They said it’s because the belt “took a while to get here”. Either way I paid $150 for an oil change and a belt ($22 at Walmart) After the manger (really nice guy) gave me a discount. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would have just had a car friend change it for me.

I’m a college student who was on the way to school when my car began to shake! I took it right to express oil. Kevin greeted me and ran through everything with me. They changed my oil and checked my engine light. Turned out that I needed repairs and replacements within my engine. He was awesome about recommending what needed to be done. I told him I was tight on money (I hate being a college student!) Needless to say, I didn’t make it to school but he worked with me and I didn’t spend a penny more than my budget! And it made me very happy to find out that the mechanic who was working on my car drove a similar model as me! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you guys!

My wife went here once. When we went to pick up the car the clowns working in the bay couldnt even remember if they changed the oil. Pretty sure the manager was on drugs and had a hard time putting together sentences and properly clarifying the situation. Would never go back.

I showed up very close to closing time after work, and I know that it was a long hot day but Kevin and his crew we’re all very efficient and professional throughout my oil change process. Everything was done very thoroughly, timely and correctly. Could not ask for better service for such a ride anywhere in this area!

Jeff and the guys here at the concord location have been fantastic. I was able to get in quickly to have my breaks inspected. They gave me a quote for what needed to be done but also took me into the bay to show me what was going so I could see and know what he was talking about. When I came in a few days later to get my breaks changed they were very kind. They noticed I was in need of tires so again they brought me to the bay and showed me what they are talking about. They gave me a quote for new tires but were not push about a sell which says so much about the business they look out for their customers above getting a sell. I feel that the guys here were more concerned with my safety than selling me on a bunch of car parts I don’t necessarily need. I am so pleased with the care and the pricing was very fair. I will continue to return here for all my car needs!!! Thank you all so much for your genuine care

GREAT, They were fast, friendly, and engaging. A bit pricey as oil changes go (close to the amount charged by the dealers) but it was well worth the visit. I will come back the next time I need an oil change.

Kyon and Kevin were so incredibly helpful and kind. They did such a great job changing my oil and replacing my oil filter and headlight quickly and efficiently. Replacing a headlight on my car is a tedious and requires several steps, they thanked me for my patience even though they were doing a great job and I had originally expected to be there much longer. Quick and easy state inspection

Even though it was a really busy day, all the staff were amazing and a pleasure to work with. Jeff managed to take care of me and explain everything about my ac system really well. I would really recommend this place.

Went here for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. The service is quick, easy, and affordable. The men who work here extremely friendly and were great at answering any questions I had. I’m glad I had the pleasure of doing business with Jeff and Ed.

My boyfriend and I stopped in after we noticed a strange sound under the car while driving home from vacation. It turned out the underskirt had lost 3 screws and it was dragging. Our search to repair this lead us to Express Oil Change & Tire. We pulled in and Kevin asked how he could help. He had us pull into the bay. Another associate found the appropriate screws and we were back on the road in 5 minutes. They were helpful, friendly, and generous as they wouldn’t take a dime for the service they provided us!

Good experienced mechanics

Went there yesterday and gave them a list of upgraded brake pads and rotors. They ordered them and put them on today. 1 hr, 10 minutes was all I had to wait and they helped others in between. I even saw the parts boxes so I knew they were straight up and honestly got what I wanted. I have been going to them for tires and tuneups since they opened. Always excellent service. Give me discounts whenever they can and I appreciate that!

Stopped to get an oil change and they didnt completely tightened my oil pan bolt back causing oil to leak out and spots in my driveway which is concrete...l could actually turn the bolt by hand it was so loose...it was working its way back out they could have cost me a engine had the bolt come out completely not stopping there again

I go to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for ALL my Truck Repairs. I have had everything from simple oil change, to brakes, struts, heating core and even a putting another engine in the truck after mine 17 year old engine blew up just after Christmas a year ago December. Truck has run great ever since.I have worked with Jeff Squibbs many many times when he managed the store here in South Charlotte and have always found the work to be exceptional, priced fairly, and best of all they treat me and my roommate(who also has all her mechanic work done there too) like family. Seriously, the Sign on the Building may say Express Oil & Tire Engineers, but they can do so much more.If you need work done on your vehicle, whatever the job, give Jeff and his team a chance to earn your business, you will not be disappointed.
