Once again, since I drive quite a bit, I had to get a couple of new tires, and this place rocks. Great prices, very good customer service. The only thing is that, you must be patient, thank GOD they have more customers now and so you just have to wait a bit more. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs, used or new. I called in after I had a flat and they were able to see me same day on a holiday weekend and get the tires I was looking for. Affordable prices, good customer service, and had the new tires on and spare back in car in 20 minutes. I’ve used them before and had similar experience, and will be using them for any future tire needs.

This is a five-star shop, the service is top of the line and very quick. It is the only place where I was able to get an alignment done very efficiently in less than 20 minutes. the tech here is transparent in his work and explains everything along the way I could not have asked for a better location to have an alignment done in the East Bay. I will be coming back here again for all my other cars whenever they need new tires or an alignment.

BEWARE!! If I could select ZERO stars I would. I got ripped off when I went to get an alignment on my car. The mechanic claimed he aligned my vehicle but nothing was done. When I received the computer print out that displayed the before and after alignment measurements I questioned the work but was assured the alignment was completed. After driving my vehicle for a couple days, it was very obvious that the alignment was not completed - the car continued to pull to the right just like before. I returned to the shop (with my print out) and asked for the alignment to be completed properly and was told there were no guarantees on the work performed. I explained that I did not receive the service I paid for and wanted the alignment completed but the mechanic refused to complete the work. I attempted to contact the owner several times to discuss the issue but the only person that answered the #s listed was the mechanic. Then I contacted the City of Concord to obtain the owners information and was told that the owner was alerted about the issue and would contact me. I even tried to contact the owner on Instagram but my message was ignored. To this day, I have never been contacted by the owner and will never return to this shop again. I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Honest guy, could have aligned my front end but showed me my tire was bad. And I might not need an alignment.Ill definitely go back!

Really good experience, they fixed all tires for a cheap reasonable price. Also they are really nice, and finish the job quickly, only takes half an hour and when they tell you that it’s promised and guaranteed they don’t take any longer than that for new tire installations.

I will definitely return to Concord Tires next time I have a tire issue and just wish they were a full auto-mechanic shop so I could take care of all my car needs with them.
