Easy place to getting

Drivers are rude and wont follow rules. They think they own the place. GP is so so rude. But I guess he owns the company the way he acts. Cause no owner would allow this guy to represent them the way he does.

Great place in and out in no time friendly people

Reddaway LAX is one of the worst LTL carrier terminals for customer service or accurate information. Their dispatchers are incompetent and should be saying would you like fries with that.Working in this industry for 15 years and have found little to compare to the lack or professionalism shown by this terminal.

THE WORST AT HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS.SCHEDULING DELIVERIES. CALLED FOR A WHOLE WEEK WITHOUT GETTING ANYWHERE. APPARENTLY THERES ONLY 1 PERSON (CAROL) WHO CAN SCHEDULE DELIVERIES BUT I NEVER GET A CALL BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO CALL NUMETOUS TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
