I found an amazing ring that was nature themed but wanted to add my own little touch to it and they were able to make the customization to it (extra cost but thats expected ) I kept in contact with them throughout the whole process and everything went perfectly.

Great product but shipping was SLOW. Won a necklace and a pair of earrings. Price was great, but shipping took it’s sweet time. On top of that I had to stay home to sign for the package, which was a pain. I understand that these are high value items, but the shipping could have been faster. Other than that love the items/quality.

I purchased a sapphire and diamond ring from US Liquidation. The ring was supposedly valued and appraised at 9100.00 US dollars. I paid 1202.40. I received the ring and a so called appraisal (not AGS certified) First, either the person that did the proposal was either legally blind, a fake or just plainly didnt know what they were doing. The ring pictured doesnt even match the appraisal. It has horrible inclusions across the ring. I took it to a local jeweler because you could tell immediately it wasnt worth what they said. I was shocked. The ring has a retail value of 600.00 at best. The stone is totally low grade, the prongs dont even match. On several of the stones there are replacement prongs in yellow (the ring is white gold).So I got totally ripped off and didnt even get a ring worth what I paid, let alone more. It really saddens me that people are so money hungry. I saved for over year to buy this ring. These guys should be ashamed.

This auction house charges you a “Buyer’s Premium”, as if it is somehow a great privilege that you are allowed to buy from them. Just think about it. Would you go into any other business and pay this. Go into any major or minor retailer. Pick say $1000.00 in merchandise. You get your sales slip and they want $1250.00 plus any applicable taxes. You show them the mistake and they tell you it is a “Buyer’s Premium”. Would you pay it? Why pay it here? The hammer price is the same as the price in a retail shop. Why are you paying more?The bidder has $1,000.00 to spend on an item you have consigned and must take into consideration the buyers premium. Say that premium is 20% that means on the $1,000.00 dollar item there is only $834.00 to spend before the rest is eaten away by the premium. The higher the premium the less the bidder has before the rest is eaten away by the premium.Just something to think about.

I purchased three pieces of jewelry--two rings and a pair earrings. When they arrived, all I can say is they looked like childrens jewelry. The pictures online were enlarged greatly, totally misleading me to think the stones were larger. I spoke with someone who said to return them. I did and have yet to get refund or credit for the returned pieces. Neither has happened. I now get the run-around from everyone involved. I would never order anything again through this means. This company is MultiAuction Services through U.S. Jewelry Liquidation. Please beware if you see this merchant.

Such a pleasant and great experience. I bought a presidential rolex watch from their online auction through Invaluable and I was initially a little nervous to receive it. I got the watch for a great price. I called in a few times to check on my order and their phone rep was very curteous, patient and polite. I received my package a few days later, signed for it and all my intial worry was thankfully put to rest. Original links were all attached, bezel was shiny, watch was polished and no scratches.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!I got into their live auction because their items are featured on eBay main page. I thought I may get some good deals. A pattern emerges after a long hard look into the items.1. Spot price for gold today is $1237.35 by JM Bullion. Their 1 oz gold bars are going for $1100, $1295 and $1300. Adding their 20% fee, those comes down to $1320, $1554, and $1560. If purchaser is in CA, a 9.5% state tax applies, and the prices become $1424.5, $1677.03, and $1683.5. JM Bullion is selling a comparable 1 oz Pamp Suisse bar for $1,268.34 as of now. The bid amounts ($1100, $1295, $1300) keep showing up over and over. Clearly shill bidding is going on.2. A 1 oz Platinum Pamp Suisse goes for $1000. The end prices are $1200 (no CA tax) and $1295 (CA tax). APMex sells the same thing for $1,056.49 as of now.3. Alarmed, I try filing reports to eBay. Lo and behold, many of the items I still have on my browsers became unavailable. These people must use Live Auction to cover their tracks. Once the auction is over, the item is inaccessible. No way to easily expose their dirty secrets. I still managed to report some of their items.4. Many of their jewelry items are strangely similar to one another. Past items listed on their Facebook show stark resemblance to current ones.5. Their live auction on April 16th 2016 starts at 5:00 AM PT (California). Who will be up at that hour to join auction? The 1oz gold bar and bullions again go for $1300 and $1320. Some people are consistently stupid, or they have arranged bidding on their items to beef up the reviews.6. The favorable reviews left here may be paid for.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Bought a Rolex watch from them from an eBay live auction. They listed on the pictures a new model Datejust and when I received the package it was a model from the 80s - 90s. The way this crooks work is that they sell lots of items thru eBay, when it is time to pay they will send you a direct invoice thru Paypal (so they jump over eBay that way you are not protected as a buyer), they get paid and if something comes up your only option to fight is Paypal. In this case I returned the watch to them (had to pay for return) received the refund and left them with a negative feedback...surprise surprise they filled an unpaid case item that way they wash their hands and the silly eBay does not realize that these crooks are using the system to their benefits. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I was surfing around on ebay in the past few weeks and I came accross the live auction area. Ive never bought anything from a live auction on ebay and I didnt honestly know how it worked. I saw a stunning amethyst ring and a few other beautiful pieces with the us jewelry catalog. Bidding was fairly easy and straight-forward just like an in-person real live auction except all you have to do is click bid.I won 4 gorgeous pieces for a very reasonable price, now I just had to wait to see them in person and make sure I recieve items that actually resemble the images. Turns out live auction is a little different from normal ebay auctions but it was still easy to pay with paypal just following the email I received after I won. I spoke with Michelle over the phone to confirm everything went through and she was very helpful and polite.I just received the items a few days ago but I am very pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Especially the amethyst and garnet rings which were both stunning! Smooth transaction, great pieces, super happy!Happy Holidays
