I did the live auctioneers auction with us jewelry liquidation. Very simple process, signed up, bid, won a few items, invoiced the next day. Made my payment online and received all my jewelry items + a silver bar about 2 weeks later.It was a bit of a wait but they let me know ahead of time on the invoice and when I called in they were very patient and helpful. They also upgraded my shipment to overnight shipping for free.Love the items, impressed by the service.

The diamond was excellent quality, exactly as described, and the price was great. They shipped it very promptly to my local jeweler, and the service was courteous and extremely professional. My local jeweler tried to tell me it wasn’t worth a lot, luckily I didn’t tell him what I paid and then he told me it was ONLY worth $2000 MORE than what I paid for it. Lol! Usually why I stop going to jewelers since they’re overpriced. I shopped a long time before deciding on Multi Auction Services, and I could not have been more pleased. I will definitely shop here again.

Something about the items coming from consignment, which makes sense for a live auction.Wish they could ship to a different address as I needed to sign for the package but I understand dealing with high value items you have to send it to the billing address. If I could give them -4 stars I would. I would never let my worst enemy do business with these crooks. I bid on a diamond ring and won, only to receive it in the mail and see that it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the image they posted on their auction site! To say that I was disappointed is a gross understatement. They ring they sent me was not AT ALL the same ring represented on their website - it had yellow center diamond, was in a completely different setting, and not to mention the appraisal they sent to me was completely fabricated. I’m shocked at how crooked this company is... I mailed the ring back (on my own dime) and they only gave me a partial refund. After 6+ months, they still owe me $1254 dollars. Please save yourself the headache and do NOT do business with these people!!! They are running a scam, and I would hate for anyone to be victimized by their criminal behavior.

Everything about our experience with Multi Auction Services was great! First of all, I am no pro at selecting the right ring - Ill be the first to tell you that. My girlfriend was all over the map when it came to the style of ring she was looking for.
