Spec claimed to be unable to repair wheel after quick inspection. Another nearby shop was was willing to give it a shot. 5280 Wheel was in fact able to quickly repair my wheel after Spec said they were unable.

My SRT wheels were so chipped and cheaply painted. After taking it here they look brand new!

Brought a cracked wheel for repair. And they said they couldnt do it because of the warp and its a liability.. Im a technician i get it. But when a customer comes to you with money that he wants to spend and knows that its warped (I mounted and balanced my tires), youd expect a company to take that money.You should at least make them sign a paper for liability issues instead of turning them away.. seems very unprofessional and lazy. Ill be taking my wheel and business to 5280 rim go round. I wont be recommending you guys to any of my customers any time soon.

I don’t leave reviews often AT ALL but I just got off the phone with Don and he had excellent customer service! He answered all of my questions politely and with confidence which feels good to hear when you’re in an unknown situation like a damaged wheel. Everything from pricing to turnaround time was stated.. again with confidence, which provides a sense of comfort to the customer. I will be writing a second review as soon as my repair is finished! Spec-Wheel took my money and didnt do the repair. I took my rim to this company out of a referral knowing it was out of my way because I believe referrals mean they do good work. 3 days after I get my tire back, I get a low pressure warning. I decided to run it by a different shop that is much closer to me to double check the rim and thats when I found out the rim was never worked on. The new company actually walked me through and showed me how there was no evidence what so ever that the wheel was ever worked on. Now maybe if there was a failed weld, I would maybe consider taking it back to Spec-Wheel. Since they didnt do the work in the first place, I just asked for my money back. Now they just want to argue that they did the work and they dont owe me anything. Really, does even make any sense that I would go through all this trouble if I didnt truly believe that they didnt do the work. This isnt buyers remorse, this just someone who wants a reliable wheel on there car. I attached photos to show the post Spec-Wheel repair...you be the judge. Does that look like a repair to you? Come on Spec-Wheel, just give me my money back.

Spec-Wheels checked out the wheel for free and determined it could not be repaired...and they did not charge for the assessment. Really appreciate the solid advice of an honest, skilled trade professional. Next time I bend a wheel, this place will be my first stop.

Spec Wheels recently did the wheels on my BMW 340i. I have an alpine white car and they were able to powder coat the wheels a semi gloss black. I had another company do them prior and they started to chip. I took them into Spec and they did the best job. I found out about them through my auto body company. Id highly recommend them as they were timely, fast, and did great work. When I picked up my car from BJs Auto Theft and Collision, my wheels were done. Thanks Donald and Adrian!

Had some extra AMG wheels sitting around. Was referred to Spec Wheels as an outfit that buys wheels. They were friendly and efficient. Had us text pictures of the wheels in question, made an offer (in person condition dependant of course) and my wife was able to drop the wheels off right away. Finally getting my ass in gear to fix my car and get it on the road again. Step #1 was getting the bent wheel fixed and at least 2 new tires. Got the tires and took the wheel to Spec Wheels of America. If any of you have expensive after market wheels or even just stock wheels that are damaged be sure to take it to these guys. This wheel was dented so bad it wouldnt hold air anymore and had some curb rash. After inspecting it I noticed they actually completely repainted this thing, on top of fixing the damage. Now this thing looks like the day I bought the wheels. Very impressed by their work and will probably take any current and future wheels to them. Very affordable as well

Did a great job on buffing out a curb scuff on my wheel - looks like it never happened and they had it done in nearly one day! Super friendly and helpful!

Sent a wheel in to be checked for a leak. They found a hairline crack on it and said they would repair it. Got the wheel back put my brand new set of Bridgestone tires on the wheel. Tire went flat while driving and ruined the tire. I used to use them for my customers as well as my own personal vehicles. After the owner said that he would not warranty their work and reimburse me for the tire I will not use them again. What if that happened to one of my customers. I would have to eat the cost because in my line of work customer service is key. Buyer beware

They could not repair my custom machined bent wheel, so dug in their inventory for a replacement. They found one, machined and powder coated it to look like my original wheel, and had it back in two business days. No suprises, on time, and at a reasonable cost.

Customer communications and services is horrible, they are rude, condescending and just dont seem to care if you come in or not. I first spoke with Lisa, and she was short and rude, spoke to the manager, Brian and he was just a bad.They will charge you the same amount for a warranty job as a non-warranty job, when I mentioned this made no sense, and that there should be some difference in price, this seemed to not make any sense to them. I did not even bother to use them-to many other place I can spend my money and not put up with cheap attitudes.
