My son and I were on our way home from the airport and we had a tire blowout. It was pretty scary because the cars on Pena Blvd. are going at least 65+ miles per hour. Luckily there was room to pull over to call forassistance. Marcel was so awesome! He pulled over right behind us and without question, came to change our tire. He was very nice and such a personable guy! Great customer service and such a blessing to us! We truly appreciate him and wish there were more great people like him out there! Keep up the awesome work Marcel!

Extortionist mentality, the most unprofessional employees I have ever had to deal with. My vehicle had been not only moved but driven, and damage cooling system. I never not once use my AC, the AC was on turned to max when started the vehicle.

Very unprofessional this business needs reevaluation from the top to the bottom. My car got towed on Friday. I went to get my car out on Saturday they were closed. I went to get my car out on Monday they were closed. Absolutely had no choice but to get my car out on Tuesday when theyre finally open. And they had the nerve to charge me for Saturday and Monday. Very bad for business playing out highway robbery. Like it was my fault they were closed. It didnt even start snowing until Saturday after business hours. Monday was shut down because of the snow storm. And they still had the audacity to charge me for their incompetence. Then the lady at the window takes my information my paperwork and forgets to even return it and she was very rude and very unprofessional. Then it took them 25 minutes just to get my car up front. Mirage recovery service by far the worst towing company on this side of the Mississippi. First of all they need to get somebody in there with good people skills with good communication and customer service skills. And they need to be honest and fair and not to be thieves.

It can be tough when you total a car or end up getting stuck in a snow bank. I ended up getting great service for the type of business this is. The lady with dark short hair was sympathetic towards my situation and helpful.They will charge by the day and is pretty expensive. I made the mistake of not calling sooner and ended up having to pay $420 to get my car out of the lot.Be responsible call early and you should be able to get away with a lot cheaper bill than I did.

Food tasted rewarmed used to be really good and fresh food now not so much. Was a great place for fast, cheap, tasty food

We got stuck in a blizzard on March 14th 2021. A driver from Mirage stopped and asked us if we needed help. We ended up being stuck with the driver for 4 hours due to a plow truck and wrecker being stuck in front of us. The driver never lost his professional and was very respectful and caring for all motorists. We got out of the car multiple times to help other people shovel snow and push to get them unstuck. The driver eventually got us out of the blizzard and to a warm location. 5 stars to Lalo and the Mirage Team!

Horrible got a quote to get a car and then when I got there the quote had went up 30 dollars. I told the person at 11:15 am I would be there in an hour she said no Ill see you then that makes it 12:15 she tries to tell me that the fee went up at 11:45 and tried to argue with me we dont know when you will get here. Good thing I record all my conversations. They had no choice but to give me back my 30 bucks. So be careful I understand theyre in the business to make money but to lie and not tell people everything is wrong so be very careful if you ever have to go to them to get your car out of impound

The lazy driver couldn’t be bothered to walk inside and get the keys to my truck when he towed it. I told him personally where the keys were. He said he would get them, and then didnt. Now I have to do this slobs job for him. Hey Mirage, do you have anything smart to say about that?

My son was in an accident Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. I called their number and the phone tree led me to a connection with dead silence. I called back and talked to dispatch and was told their office was closed through Labor Day. I called on Labor Day anyway, and even though they were still closed, I was told the charges were currently at $220 and the earliest I could pick up the car was Tuesday after the holiday.First thing Tuesday morning I came in to get the car and was charged $400: $130 for the actual towing, 4 days of storage at $30 day (the max allowable by law for a car of my size) and a $150 records fee to cover an imaginary expense they had no time to incur. And the lady at the front desk chewed me out for not bringing my insurance card and wasnt going to release the vehicle at first, until she understood that it was being towed out, not driven out, so insurance wasnt necessary and I had the title. I dont think sorry crosses this ladys lips too often.Ok, I get it -- its a towing company. They come to work every day with a chip on their shoulder because most of their revenue comes from unwilling customers or people who are on edge because a loved one has been in an accident who is possibly injured or dead. Boo hoo! Theres probably no towing company with high reviews. My expectations were already low and they met them. Out of charity, I give them 2 stars because at least the guy working the yard was friendly.

I was in a motorcycle accident and the polive called Mirage Towing and Mirage charge me $277 for the tow fee and two days of sitting while I was in the hospital I then sat at the yard for 2 hours trying to get it out of their clutches Id rather push a big rig up hill with no shoes on glass then go to this company again

If possible I would give a negative review. One older guy who’s name I didn’t catch literally threatened us and cussed at us every possible chance. The other gentlemen who’s name was Patrick was much nicer but overshadowed by the older guy. It’s your job to tow people and he acted like helping us was the worst thing he’d ever experienced in his life. Can’t say this is reflective of the entire company but whoever this older man is should not be working there anymore.

The young blonde lady in the office - Great and helpful. The young gentleman who helped me get my personal items from my totaled car - Great and helpful. The older lady with the dyed black hair - The most rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Having her on the staff seriously makes me question the decisions of the owner. If you are in an accident near/in Adams county and are able, call your insurance and have them how your car. If you go through the state patrol they will use this company. The actions of this woman alone ruined my perspective and review of this facility. To the owner: get her training, let her go, or lose business.

If possible I would rate them a zero they are very rude I am a disabled veteran and I have been trying to work with them through an organization with the VA to make payments to them and to obtain my personal belongings out of the vehicle including my medication and I am denied unless I put just as much down as what they are requesting in the early tow fees, they will not work with you they will not take a partial payment and start a payment plan so youre able to obtain your vehicle and be able to go to work or take care of your lifestyle outside of that. Thing is I wasnt even the one that got my vehicle repoed it was towed or impounded after a friend had borrowed my vehicle I have over a week and a half without my vehicle incurring fees daily and being a disabled veteran very disappointed in this company.

I givé them 3 stars. Reason being they towed my car. Not their fault but mine. They were civil and quick to release it once I paid the gazillion dollars to get it out.

Driver Willy was so amazing, came quickly, and not only jumped my car for me, but helped me figure out what was wrong and some ways I could try to fix it. He was right and my car is running again! Will definitely be keeping his contact info!

We had a motorcycle stolen and needless to say it wasnt driveable so we needed it towed. There price was reasonable and the tow truck driver was nice and personable.

We were broke in are work truck sat at gas station for 5 hours. This young man Matt showed up and was a life saver shouldnt have probably towed us but wasnt gonna leave us there and I just want to give this man praise and make sure he knows how great ful I was that he showed up.

Absolutely horrible! Pretty sure the State patrol and this company are in cahoots together. When I called to see if my truck was released after it being stolen and found abandoned, they were the rudest foul people, then dealing with them in person it wasn’t much better. Then once the truck was released they sent a certified letter in the mail letting us know, (no phone call) we had to get called by a random detective asking about something else to find out it was released 2 days earlier, and you know they banked of that and everyone else they’re doing it too!! You are at their mercy and they know it!!

Tried to get my car back they straight up said they was going to keep it even if I have the paperwork

This place services is not good, they take forever I waited for 30min and no one was at the window. When they came back to finishe what they were doing they had forgot and have to start over. Plan on being here at least an hour, for a simple car pick up.

Very professional team. Has always handled every job for me quickly and efficiently, and always called to update me about any difficulties encountered. Very reasonable rates for the 5 star service provided, and they have the equipment to do any job the right way the first time. First Class top-notch all the way! Highly recommended.

I just had the best possible experience with Mirage. I was late for a flight this morning, knew I was low on gas, but parked anyway. After landing, my car made it to the ramp in the garage before refusing to go further. While on the phone with AAA an airport employee stopped to help. He called the DIA parking authority (also awesome) , who came to wait with my car while they called a tow truck driver to come help me get gas. My driver was named Rogers, and he was the nicest, most professional and helpful person who’s ever helped me roadside. He took me to get gas in his can, drove me back, filled the car and sent me on my way. I had a really long day and the last thing I needed was to run out of gas, but he made the whole experience so much better than it could have been!

I’m guessing it’s too late by the time you look this up.... but DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. CAR. HERE!!If you get in an accident, ask them to tow it straight to your insurance company (or ask your insurance where they want it). In order to access the car or get our belongings, you need to:1) Drive to commerce city2) Wait in a line that takes 20 min per person.3) wait 10 additional minutes to “process paperwork” that allows you to access your car.4) Wait in line at the gate to get to your car where you can only grab your paperwork.5) Grab your registration and go back to the first line. (Again, 20 min per person and you start in the back)6) Show them your registration that you just grabbed.7) Go back to the gate and wait in line again to access your car and get your belongings.But wait! If that’s not terrible enough, your insurance company has to approve the usage of their “services,” otherwise it’s $40/day and an extra $145 after the second day. That’s in addition to your deductible.You’re better of leaving your car on the side of the road than you are living through this nightmare.*Important side note, the tow trucker driver was very polite and nice to work with.

Absolute horrible experience with the worst customer service. Car got towed . My fault. Mirage impounded. Got there at 9am to get my car out. Had to pay extra to have it towed out of impound on one of their trucks. Was 45 min to an hour . 3 and half hours later after 5 phone calls. One call I was told it just left the yard and that it would take the driver a half hour to deliver it a mile and a half from their yard. It finally showed up an 1 and half later. All my belongings were tossed around the car oul stain in the drivers seat. And an incredibly rude manager. Was told I was not top priority even though I payed for the tow in advance.

My car was stolen, was towed by Mirage. It was taken to a sub-station. Mirage was friendly my 1st few calls. After that they became annoyed with me checking in every day. Wanted me to call a different # but was only able to reach voicemail. Worked out in the end but they made me feel like I was bothering them. Too bad, I love supporting women owned business.

They charged me $145.00 to get my belongings out of my totaled car. The accident happened Saturday, I had a severe concussion and was barely able to make it down to get my stuff on Monday. If I didnt make it, they would have charged me more. The gentleman that helped me retrieve my items with the smart car was very nice, as well as another gentleman that was working in the back.. I profusely apologized for taking so long and that I was thankful for the help. The women inside are jaded, used to people blowing up being angry. I was upset but I was very polite to them as I know its not their fault. However they were very rude to me assuming that I was going to be an a****le like the rest.

Since I had to take a loss on all the money I put into my car I’m gonna have to put 1 star. I would put 0 if I could.

Great people, great service!!! they have the BEST security & i know not just anyone will be able to come pick up my car without my approval. It is only common sense to have the correct paperwork to pick up YOUR vehicle.

I called for tow truck for a semi. They showed up really quick. At the same time I resolved the situation to the point I didn’t need their service. I was expecting some charges from them, but they gently says that I owe nothing. Usually there is a charge , no matter you use the tow truck or not, but this time I was lucky and they let me go free of charge. Thank you !

Yikes! My car was with them for less than 10 hours and they charged me almost $250, not counting the actual tow. Told me They charge by the day despite my car being there simply overnight. Two days charge for about 8 hours! Also they stole money from my car. Slimy slimy slimy. If you have Triple A, call them and dont let the cops call these scammers after an accident. One of their younger, newer guys was a nice dude, only reason I gave them 2 stars.

I just watched someone get nearly run into oncoming traffic by one of these drivers. There was construction and we were merging the right lane into the center; everything was well marked and all the cars ahead of this truck proceeded to merge without difficulty. All of a sudden this truck comes surging up to my right and starts coming into our lane! He didnt slow down or wait for an opening; he just pulled to the left, shoving the car directly behind me into the center turn lane, honking the whole time. I am absolutely certain that if the drivers behind me had held their ground, the Mirage driver would have hit them. Incredibly unprofessional, reckless, dangerous driving.

They rob people for there belongings

Vehicle was towed from a legal parking spot admittedly at the direction of the Commerce City police, but when we picked it up my mother witnessed them moving cars out of the way of my truck by pushing them out of the way with other cars in the yard. My front passenger blinker light was busted out along with my bumper being cracked.

I showed up 5 minutes before closing on crutches to get my medication out of my car after an accident, and the lady looked us in the face and locked the door and walked away. Closed early and didn’t say anything else. Maybe my fault for showing up late, but thought it was rude.

Had to go to this place to inspect my stolen scooter. Fast and friendly service.

My roommates car was towed here after he got into an accident with a hit and run driver; his car was totaled. They charged him $300+ to retrieve his belongings! Unbelievable. Also everyone was rude and service was incredibly slow. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Had my car stolen, Mirage went above and beyond to get my car back and fill me in on the next steps. Appreciated this courtesy after my bad experience. Driver was clean and so was his truck. Will be using this company in the future if myself or family breaks down. Great Job!!!!

Forget the Haters, you guys came to the rescue late at night. Im a bondsman and I was on my way to arrest a defendant when my car started overheating, not only did you guys make me a priority,your driver did what he could to get to me, and he delivered my car to my mothers house , and they charged me accordingly. I am not a person who likes to give bad reviews but this place deserves it. My vehicle was stolen and Commerce City PD had it on hold at Mirage for a couple of days. I called because I received an invoice saying I needed to go pick up my vehicle, the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude saying I needed to go get it but it was on hold so I couldnt. She then said I needed to follow up and ask when it was going to be released. Thankfully my insurance took care of that, a couple days later I called to see if my vehicle had been released to my insurance and the lady who answered LIED, she said an adjuster never went to see my vehicle when I was on the phone with him when he was there and that nobody had given authorization to be released when I DID, she seemed irritated to even pick up the phone to do her job. I hate the fact that this place still got my money. Whoever owns this company needs to hire new staff, we are already going through a bad time getting our vehicles stolen or getting in car accidents to then have to deal with employees with no sympathy or any customer service skills. Thanks for nothing.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. My wife was in an accident and Commerce City PD called Mirage to pick up the car. I was on the phone with my insurance company arranging a tow that would be covered by my insurance when Mirage arrived and put the car on a wrecker without talking to me or giving me a rate. The tow driver pulled into the parking lot where we were and figured up a rate to go to the shop we needed to take it to and told me the price. I told him to bill my insurance. He replied they were CASH ONLY. I told him I couldnt do that drop the car and I would have it towed. He said that would cost $75. I had to tell the driver the car would be reported stolen if he left and have the police come back to get the car off the wrecker. These people do not disclose there rules and prices before they pick up your car and hold it ransom for payment of services not authorized. They are criminal! Commerce City should rethink there contract with these common crooks.

Really freaking suck! No customer service. No personality. Id get better service from a depressed suicidal person than the girl who was at the front counter. My husband had to go there on business (we didnt even have our car towed or nothing like that) so I was sitting in the car but Im pregnant so its hard to hold my bladder and they wouldnt even let me used their restroom so I almost pissed in my pants. My freaking bladder hurts because of holding it.

However, today wendy, Im assuming by her demeanor that shes the owner, was nothing but professional and polite and she offered an acceptable resolution to our problem. I do hope that she does something about the attitude of SOME of her employees. Because they tow for the PD, they should be trained on how to defuse the situation rather than make it worse.(just my opinion🤔)They dont deserve a star ! They said they were open until 5,when we arrived at 10 till they said they close at 4:45. This will earn them another $150 dollars. CROOKS that falsely advertise!

My truck was recently stolen when the police found it they had it brought here to Mirage Recovery when I called them they were completely rude made me feel like I was the criminal. There whole operation is just wrong my truck was stolen was impounded here & I had to pay $260 to get it out felt like I was getting robbed all over again

My car got towed to this horrible establishment after my accident, so I had no choice in the matter. They stole everything of value I had in the car. Make sure to take your possessions if you ever get your car towed to this place of thieves. Also they will not release any of your things if you dont pay their outrages fines.

This company is run by thieves and con artists. Avoid entirely if you have any choice in the matter.Our daughter was in a vehicle accident and we were given no choice or voice in which tow company was utilized. Mirage said we needed to pay $230 (!?!?) for the 5 mile tow and we still were not allowed to get all of her personal property out of the vehicle. The rude employee speaking to me refused to tell me why, just shrugging and saying its policy. I guess this allows them to keep whatever valuable property is present in the vehicles they tow off as they see fit, exploiting other peoples misfortunes. Stay away if you can.
