Chris Bell of Barrett Towing was excellent! Got a flat tire on my Model Y around 9 pm on a Saturday. Chris was there within an hour and was very knowledgeable about all things Tesla. I hope I don’t have to use him again due to a flat, but I know if I do need a tow I can count on Chris and Barrett Towing!

Absolutely great! Service, pricing, response was all wonderful. Driver was earlier than expected, professional and friendly. They really saved the day towing my sons vintage dodge truck. This is the only place I will call.

Got a flat tire on my Tesla around 1030pm at night and at first the Tesla roadside assistance said there were no tow trucks available but then got a message a couple minutes later saying that Barrett Towing was able to come. Showed up right on time, took extra precaution hooking up my car securely and dropped it off at the local Tesla service center. Adam went above and beyond with his service, professionalism and attitude. A+ and highly recommend them for any towing situation!!

Husbands car wouldnt start and he left it for me to take handle. Christopher Bell came out and had it running in no time. He was very nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend Barrett Towing to anyone, especially ladies who, like me, might not know exactly what to do.

Throughout my tow experience Barrett was professional, super friendly, and prioritized customer service. Barrett was exceptionally accommodating despite a lack of information from our rental car company and helped me work around the company’s (incorrect) directions to successfully tow the vehicle. Wish I had called Barrett directly initially to tow the vehicle. They completed the tow well ahead of the anticipated eta. Hopefully, I don’t require a tow again, but if I do I’ll call Barrett!

We locked the keys to our rental car in the trunk. After a lot of run-around with the rental company, Barretts was able to get us into the trunk and retrieve our keys. He went above and beyond expectations to get us into our car and on our way again. We are so appreciative of his service!

Could not recommend enough! I blew a tire on the highway late at night and Teslas roadside assistance dispatched Barrett Towing-- with an estimated arrival time of 90 min (ugh). Christopher not only came early, but he suggested I lock my keys in the car and call my ride so I wasnt waiting on the side of the highway alone. I couldnt have appreciated the thoughtfulness more. Throughout the ordeal, Christopher was communicative and friendly. His attitude made the whole situation better. Great service all around!

These guys were awesome. Locked out of a rental car because the parking garage I parked in was too thick to allow cell signals for me to unlock the car from the app (valuable lesson learned). They showed up and saved the day. Thanks again guy!

Chris had a great attitude and fun personality for a very stressful time. Helped me take my Subaru home after breaking down (surprise surprise) on an intersection late at night. Efficient but also had great customer service, which is unfortunately hard to come by in the towing industry. Thank you for coming to my rescue!

My Tesla was stranded in Downieville with a shredded front tire from a rock slide that I was unable to avoid. Mark and Chris were very professional and prompt and were able to tow my model x back to Arvada before the tire shop closed which was amazing as it allowed me to get a new tire on my car so that I could get back to the mountains to celebrate my wife birthday. Terrible Service!!The truck driver lost my keys! The manager tried to blame it on me and was rude and unprofessional to say the least. A claim was filed to replace my keys and she personally offended me saying terrible untrue things making accusations and hung up on me. Now my lawyers will be handling the situation but this is not the place you want to use for any service that they offer!

Fast and friendly every step of the way. The dispatch was understanding of the situation, gave an accurate estimate of time and cost.The driver, Neil, called ahead, was on time and was able to adapt to the situation. I would highly recommend.

Called 2 other services that our insurance gave us and we waited for 4 hours and they never came, called Barrett towing and they were there within the next 25 minutes c: would highly recommend if youre in a hurry for a tow!

Barrett Towing was the one good thing about a terrible experience- we were about an hour and a half outside of Denver when our rental car began to smell like smoke and make weird noises. It was definitely not drivable and the rental car company was not helpful at all. Chris with Barrett showed up to pick up our broken down rental and offered to drive us to a safe place to wait for the rest of our group. He was beyond helpful, kind, and all around the best tow truck driver we could have asked for!

I called for a tow tonight. I was stranded in a bad part of town and expressed my nervousness to the dispatcher. She had a driver to me IN 18 MINUTES!! Driver Neil was super professional and helpful, and I made it home safely! Bonus, I expected to pay three times what they charged. Thank you guys!!

We were on our way to a camping trip and the motor blew on our truck. We left the truck on an on ramp and went on our way. They came right away towed the truck back to the house backed it in the driveway liked we asked them to. We were able to go camping And enjoy our weekend. Very professional and felt safe

Chris and Kristie were extremely polite and friendly, always a plus when youre down and in need of a tow. Chris was very well versed in dealing with motorcycles, and took every precaution to ensure my bike had a safe trip with great attention to detail such as putting cloth over straps that would touch paint, and keeping straps off of my tire stems. Very excellent service.

I called to request towing service for my husband who was stranded in an area with sparce cell phone coverage. The gentleman who took my call was very courteous and was able to give me a quote right away. Before we hung up, he reassured me that he would call me back after he had contacted my husband to set up the towing details. He did call me back within a short time. I really appreciate great customer service and will keep their number in my contacts list for just-in-case. I would recommend Barrett Towing to others.

My son decided to buy a car from New Mexico and turned out that it needed to be towed home. I called Barrett and within 30 minutes they were on the road. They tried to help get it running but still needed to tow it. They hooked it up and headed home. Kept in constant contact with me on the 350 mile trip so I knew when to expect them. When they arrived they were able to put it in a bit of a tight spot with no issues. Payment was super easy to process as I knew the total before they even arrived! I always call them first if I have any needs!

They came and saved us! My husband is disabled due to a motorcycle accident and he was stalled in the middle of Colfax. Chris came very quickly and towed us home to Kipling and Coal Mine. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Amazing customer service from both the dispatch and the driver.

We had gotten our car stuck in a ditch in the middle of nowhere up in Frederick. As soon as they got the call, they were there and got us out in no time. Truly kind people. They made sure we were alright and got home safely after dropping our busted vehicle at the mechanic shop. 10/10 would call these guys again.

After finding a nail in my cars tire I was stranded and was not sure what to do. Barrett contacted me within minutes of making my call to my roadside assistance service and gave me an accurate and quick eta of arrival. They arrived and took pictures showing they had possession of the car and another showing it had been dropped off at the repair service station. Would highly recommend to anyone who is having car issues.
