I started the process with this office on Feb. 17, and after going through three employees who didnt get back to me by email or phone, and the inability to reach someone at the physical office, plus what was to me a surprisingly high fee of $650, I walked into their office today (April 15) and took my stuff back. Nowhere on the website could I find the fee breakdown, before I spent the time inputting all my information, and it was not mentioned when I finally got a personal meeting until I asked. By then I had spent weeks trying to get a response. When I protested the high fee, someone from another office emailed me, and then no response to email or a call. They have been very unresponsive in general. They did offer me a coupon when I showed up in person, but the fee was still high. I was then verbally given the opportunity to take my business elsewhere, so I did. The people who work there are actually very nice, but I think transparency about pricing as well as timely responsiveness would benefit this business greatly.

Lori is amazing she gets everything done and taken care of in a friendly and timely manner.

I can’t speak for the other people at this location. Lori Martinez is nasty and rude and unprofessional. I overheard her make an inappropriate comment about someone’s finances, I refuse to give this woman my business.

We trust the person that has done out taxes for the last 5 years.

Costs was not as lead to believe by the material provided.

Do not recommend! they put my information in the system and put my wrong DOB. Then they cant resolve the problem even though I have my SS# name address but wont give my money because they put the wrong DOB. I will never go back to H&R.

The tax professional was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. She gave great tips for next tax year and what possibly to bring to help us out.

My preparer has a Great attitude and great personality. She knew the law and made suggestions on how to prepare for 2020.
