I have been coming to this salon for years and I will have to say tonight will be the last time giving them my business. My daughter and I called and made an appointment for 7pm. I wanted a pedicure and my daughter wanted a full set. We got there at 7pm and walked in and they sat me right away and started my pedicure. My daughter was told to sit and they wrapped her fingers in foil to remove her shellac. Then she sat, and sat, and sat. 45 minutes later they asked her to move to another chair and to pick a color. She had picked a color long ago. Then the lady proceeded to leave her sitting there while she went to the back.My daughter walked out. The lady walked outside to convince her to come back in. When the lady came back in she told me to ask my daughter to come in and that she hadn’t had a break and I said you should not have had her sitting waiting in a chair for 45 minutes- we made an appointment. Then the lady went back outside to try to get my daughter to come in and told me she offered her a discount of 10.00. Wow big deal 10.00. I know the owner of this nail salon and I will not be going back. Tonight they lost my business and my daughter’s business.

This is the place to go if you need or want a mani and pedi! Very professional and I’m always happy with my end results! Everyone is always welcoming and very friendly!Trust me they do not disappoint!

I love coming here to get my dips done. Kim and Cindy are so great! I was there today and they were very busy but they still got me in at my appointment time and my nails look great!!

I will never go back again. i made an appointment at 2 and walked in right at 2. i told the lady i had an appointment and she didn’t ask for my name or anything and told me to go sit in a chair and wait. nobody helped me for 50 MINUTES. as i’m sitting there i see a lady walk up to the counter to pay for her nails and the man tries to tell her that she owes $80 and she proceeds to tell him that all she got was a full set and that he was way overcharging her. then he fixes his mistake and charges her the correct amount ON HER CARD keep that in mind. then i looked at the table and there’s a sign that says “due to high credit card processing fee please tip and pay in cash if you can” then a few minutes later a lady goes to ring out a young girl and tells her that she cannot pay with her card and she must take money out of the atm they have in the lobby because they don’t take card. i was so taken back by this because i watched the woman pay with card earlier so i knew that the only reason she made the girl pay in cash was so the salon didn’t have to be charged the fee. then when i was finally helped the man was super rough and was twisting my fingers aggressively and it was painful. then when i went to pay the man didn’t even tell me my total and took my card and swiped it. i was so sketched out the entire time i was there and i would not recommend this place to anyone and i will never go back.

Possibly the worst nail salon. would give no stars if able! I was ignored and push aside. I was the only person in the salon and was ignored he whole time. was more concerned about there own conversation then what they were doing. constantly stopping to finish talking or listen. received a shellac manicure and was rushed and no communication. she utter two words to me, wash and okay?she didn’t even file after painting my nails. has to go home and finishing filing them to a shape.then didn’t tell me the total and just threw my card at me when she charged it. I have zero respect for people who have no customer service. worst experience!

Zero stars. Charged me $20 for a terrible 5 minute manicure. Husband got a simple mani just for cutting nails and cuticles, they also charged $20! No color or anything. Rip off!

Horrible. I will never go to this nail salon again. I was cut up and not once did she say sorry.
