I went in without an appt and they were pretty busy, still managed to get me in within 30 min ❤️I went in asking for an ombré nail with a 3D sunflower and they far exceeded my expectations! I love them!Everyone there was very kind and welcoming to me! The quality of my nails are fantastic and well worth the price paid for them.I will definitely be back!

I always go here for any nails. This time I took my 7 year old daughter! They took care of her and the nice lady even offered to put a design on her big toenail! Totally recommended this place!

I asked for square and this is what I got. The manager is also incredibly mean so I would avoid them for all services.

Kelly G did a wonderful job on my acrylic set. Had a specific color in mind and she helped me find the right combo to fit. She was precise and took her time. Its taken me 3 years to find a nail tech I like in the Brighton area. Ill be coming back to see her for sure!

I had a 5:00pm appointment and wasn’t seated until a qtr to 6pm. There were people walking in going straight to the back for services. It wasn’t until I inquired about my appointment that I was told they were behind. My appointment was for a full set but after having to wait as long as I did I settled for a quick manicure ($34 + tip). I now have to find a place to do do my full set which is extra money I hadn’t plan on paying.

My daughters and I tried this place out and were pleasantly surprised by their service the first time. While you wait there is hardly any place to sit which is a bummer. The next time I called and left a message to make appointments instead of having to wait outside and no one called me back. I decided to show you do a walk in and they said they could not take us for pedicures today. To make an appointment needs to be more accessible if they are not going to call you back.

I had an appointment at 3pm, we where taken back as soon as we got there for our pedicures My daughter’s pedi began as soon as she sat down. I was left to set in a sink of cold water for almost 30 minutes, I ask and they said a few more minutes, I finally asked for a towel to dry my feet, as my daughter was almost done with her pedicure, waited in the lobby area for my daughter then left. There where 3-4 other employees there walking around but no one would do my pedicure. My daughter also said her water was cold….

Fantastic in their skill with acrylic. Their care in time and massage with pedicures are spot on! Even as crazy busy they do their best to fit you in!

I came and got a full set of acrylics the person I had was nice and asked me what I wanted and didn’t give me what I wanted. My nail shapes are all different length and shape wise. They gave a design on my nails I didn’t even ask for and charged me for it. I asked for square they gave me coffin and made me charge for coffin. I am a 15 year old and they basically took advantage of me I don’t recommend going here.

The service I received here was less than adequate for the money I paid out. I requested for the most expensive Mani and Pedi this facility had to offered and I was very disappointed with my results.For my pedicure:-my technician kept getting up and leaving during my pedicure.-my technician thought a leg massage meant massage the shin bones-scrubbing and exfoliating my feet was not on the agenda.-apparently rubbing hot stones on the ankle bones is considered relaxing.For my Manicure:-the worst filing job.-no cuticle oil.-no hand or forearm massage.-no clear/protective coat.For the environment:-supplies were not thoroughly stocked.-technicians who could of been sanitizing and stocking products were glued to their personal phones.-technicians were eating their snacks and lunch on the floor.-flies were a constant nag.-the setting is so crowded one cannot move without bumping into another customer.-when asked to make change for a tip the facility had no $1.00 bills.Again for over $100.00 paid for services the services given were not up to par!

I get a dip manicure with Anna. She always does such a great job, clean & cute! I love the natural, aesthetic vibe & she kills it every time. Highly recommend Anna!! 💛

Absolutely love this place and worth every penny. I have tried other locations and they are horrible. They rush you so they can get you in and out for the next person. Not here they really take care of you and take their time so you can actually enjoy and relax. Awesome place!!

This was my first time in, took my daughter as treat for her first time getting her nails done at a salon and for a holiday treat for the two of us to do something together. They were able to get us right in which was nice and the tech was very sweet and we were able to sit together. However, both of the colors both her an I selected were not available, so then I was going to do a dip color instead but they couldnt find it at all, so we had to select different ones that were not our first choices. We both chose to have simple designs on our nails and they are not good quality and not consistent or matching from nail to nail and on each hand. The tech should have been honest with us that she was not good with designs and I would have chosen a solid color instead. It looks like I painted the design myself, not that I paid over $40 (after tip) per person to have a professional do them. The UV lamp also malfunctioned when I was using it and got super hot and felt like it was burning / shocking me. Also realized that the polish did not go to the tip of my nail on one of the nails when I go home. Over all I was unfortunately pretty disappointed. Trying to support small businesses right now I dont think I will be returning to this one.Replying to the response below: We were in Wednesday 12/16 at 4pm. I was at your location. On your log, it will show one of us had an appointment and one of us did not. I appreciate you offering to fix them but at this point with the Holidays I do not have time for the two of us to get down there to get the nails fixed. I also wanted to let you know that one of my daughters nails have already peeled off and two of mine have already started to peel. Im not sure what happened or if this is common but it really makes me sad.

Waited for over 45minutes on my kids birthday so we could get pedicures after being told we didnt need an appointment. Everyone that came in after us went before us.At no time did anyone say anything to us and when we finally asked how long it would be we and were told it would be another 30min because we did make an appointment. I said I called yesterday and was told to just walk in they of course said I didnt call. Normally its no big deal but this was a celebration so its very disappointing...we wont ever return

I have been going to Beautiful Nails for about 2.5-3 years. I mainly see Diesel and he has always done a great job. I started off doing shellac colors with French tips but for the past year to year and half been doing dip powder or acrylic with fun designs on my natural nails. I will bring pictures in of what I was thinking of for that set and Diesel always does a great job of matching or slightly changing the design to look the best on my nails. I highly recommend Beautiful Nails and making an appointment ahead of time.

I don’t just leave here happy I leave feeling beautiful and I always feel the need to show off my nails to my friends and family. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I moved to the area almost 4 years ago. I tried all of the nails salons in the area, before I found Beautiful nails. They are the best. I call in to make apt and they know who I am. When I get there, they have all of my stuff ready to go. They make you feel like family.

I was not overly impressed with the nail tech I had the first two times I went (can’t recall her name) but the last time I went Tina did a phenomenal job! Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I had the lady at station #2. 9 of my nails look, ok. She had to replace my thumb nail. It is longer and not straight like the others. She was pushing my hands around and telling me to put my hand in the dryer farther, to turn the light on. My finger was already touching the inside. When she polished them, they all had to be grinded down and repainted again. There was a bubble of polish at the end of every nail. She got polish all over my fingers. She tried to clean it off but when I got home I had to finish. Ill have to fix my thumb nail also. She cant do pink and white either. How is she a nail tech and she cant do this technique? Or polish nails? I will not go back to her. Everyone else Is very good.UPDATE: That lady no longer works there.2☆ to 5☆

I was in today for a rebase. I had an appt and got in right away. My tech was at station number 5 and she was very sweet, however she spent only a half hour on my nails for a rebase. Usually it takes at least 45 min to an hour. I felt she rushed so she could get more clients in. My nails are a lot thicker than I prefer. This is not the first time this has happened at this salon. I thought I would give it another try. I am not pleased at all. I will be going back tomorrow to get them fixed (hopefully).

I have been going to Beautiful Nails for over two years now. I absolutely love my nails every time. I’ve recently been bringing in pictures of design ideas and they make them perfect and tweak them so the design is even better!

I’m usually very skeptical about getting my nails done at salons since I’m so picky but today I came in and Tina did my nails and she was so nice and courteous. She did a fantastic job and really took care of me. I will be going back for sure.

I went in with a specific picture in mind and showed the artist what I wanted. Everything went okay until he started on the design, it didnt look like what I asked for at all. I figured it was what it is and left. I sat in my sisters car and I cried bc I didnt like them. I called them and asked if I could get it fixed and they said I had to come back now bc he had a appointment at 4. I asked him to take off the design and the entire time he was telling me that he thought it looked fine and that I wasnt used to the style. I just left my nails black and had my sister do the design when we got home. They didnt offer to do anything about it, just rushed me in and back out. My sister ended up doing the design I wanted and she has 0 experience with nails.However, the artist who did my sisters nails (the assistant manager) did a fabulous job. If I go back Ill request him.

I was disappointed because the pedicure felt like the lady was scrubbing the floor instead of massaging my legs and feet. It was very technical, no care to what was being done and too much chatting with her coworkers. I came to relax but left feeling tense. I will not waste my time or money going back.

Prices are on par for dip mani, gel, or acrylic set. They offer a variety of pedicures, and they use quality products for your service. Additionally, they have hundreds of colors to choose from, so you never have to do the same color twice. Call ahead and make an appointment, theyre popular and walk ins may be required to wait.

I’ve always gone here to get my nails done probably since I was 8(I’m 18 now). I somehow let my friends convince me to go to other salons in my area to get my nails done and every single other salon I went to (I went to three) I was NEVER fully satisfied with my nails nor the service. My nails always either came out chunky, the shape was bad or the service just ended up terrible. Yesterday, I got convinced by a friend to try another salon and they refused me service because they didn’t want to do the designs on my nails and told me to come back another day even though they did my friends nails WITH designs with no problems. I gave up on trying new salons and finally made an appointment to come back to beautful nails again, and of course I was so in love with my nails. Kelly was so shocked to see my old set and how horrifying the shaping and quality was of the set I had gotten done at the previous salon, she made sure my nails were going to turn out the way I wanted them and was patient with me as far as changing the length and making sure I had them just the way I wanted them. these people always take their time and always make sure every little detail is perfect. I was stupid for trying other salons, my friend after getting her nails done at the salon we went to earlier that day said she hated them and she wished she would’ve listened to me when I said we should go to beautiful nails, also, my friend paid about $70 for her nails at the other salon, I had gotten the exact same nails as her only different colors and mine came out to be about $60, definitely worth the money when it came down to how mine looked vs my friends, and for cheaper!! I will never go to any other salon besides this one

Started going here Dec 2019 and I’ve been happy with the service every time. My tech is the best and everybody is always nice. They have the most color choices I’ve ever seen and new pedicure chairs. Covid safe with sanitizer at the door, everybody wearing masks and medical check in sheet.

I called ahead & the wait time was estimated correctly. Tiffany was professional as she helped me check-in on a tablet. I was in a massage chair soaking my feet in less than 10 minutes. Tiffany was quick & soft to the touch with my $28 pedicure which included the callous removal yaaaaas lol. Definitely will be returning the next time I’m in Denver. #SmallBusinessSaturday

I will never step foot back in this place and would not recommend it to anyone. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I had to give to even leave a review. Sloppy work, rude and VERY unprofessional!!! Always trying to rip you off saying you need a new set or trying to up charge you with different things or add-ons and when you say no or turn them down they get attitude and treat the paying customer like s*%#.

Had a real bad experience at a different salon... So in search for a new place I came across Beautiful Nails!!! I will absolutely be going back to them for all my needs. They were clean and pleasant. Took my daughter with me for a full set and a random pic on the net she wanted and they nailed it, literally.. fantastic job. I wasnt sure what I wanted and they gave so many ideas, I cant wait to go back. The prices are great and so are the staff.

I went here today and paid for the most expensive pedicures which are supposed to run an hour. I started my timer as soon as they sat us down and my pedi lasted 50 minutes and that includes the 10 minutes they let me soak. From sitting in the chair to out the door. They did my husbands and started 17 minutes after mine and he finished 8 minutes after me. So his pedi lasted 49 minutes and he paid for a full hour! Wont go back.

Tech tried to do what i wanted, colors were fine, French-type nails are supposed to have a THIN tip , usually white. My nails are almost 65/35 so not thin at all. Asked 4 squoval shape, ended up with oval, AND MY NAILS HAVE NOT BEEN THIS SHORT SINCE I WAS 10! Tech was pleasant enuf but kept looking @ watch. Had heard this place was friendly but saw no evidence of that. I was hoping 4 so much more 😣

I had been going to Tina for over a year. I guess she felt comfortable enough to leave me, in the middle of my nails getting done, to go wax another customer. I decided to give them another chance. I waited longer than advised, The last straw was when the next available manicurist took a lady before me. The clipboard stated that she didnt have an appointment, then she said she didnt have an appointment. We all make mistakes but the above are bad judgements. I wont be giving them a third chance.Response to KT one of the on-site managers-Your response was to attack me for expecting great service. Great service is focusing on your client, in that moment. The experience of getting your nails done is so much more than just nails, the experience includes a great atmosphere, a light hearted conversation and attention to detail.

I usually love this place and have recommended them often but today was not a good experience.I think they tried to take on too much work. In their defense, I was a walk in today but the business has a responsibility to stop taking walk ins when it gets too busy for them to do quality work. Im paying the same price as an appointment client and I would have appreciated being turned away if they werent going to do the same work.The tech did good on their top pedicure offering but they didnt even ask what type of manicure I wanted. She just went to work and acted very rushed on the manicure. So, I certainly wasnt going to ask for longer of this experience. My cuticles ended up looking like they were done with a cheese grater. This was even after I asked her to redo them.I’m not telling you to stay away from this business but I’d avoid Friday and weekends for sure.I welcome Beautiful Nails management to reach out to me.

Ive been coming here since I was around 10 and I was very happy that they were able to do my wedding nails. The acrylics are always perfect and Ive never had any sort of issue with them. They compensated our large group really well and they do very good on time and making sure that everybodys comfortable.

I go here all the time. Tom is awesome, he always does a great job! And he is quick too! I have been going for over a year and have only had one nail actually break, and two crack. I would say thats pretty good :)
