The night crew individuals on Tuesday are amazing people! I have never met people who are so kind and caring towards a customer. They went out of their way to find my package that was already prepared to be delivered. They could have just told me too bad, but instead they said let us try everything to help you and he went searching for it. Those types of people make a company great! They are such sincere and caring individuals. We can all take a lesson from them. :)

I will be leaving a review wherever I can for how terrible my experience was with UPS corporate, but I had to leave some positive notes for my girl Maria!I drove 45 minutes from my home in hopes to pick up my package (a laptop) that had 3 failed delivery attempts despite me calling to have them hold it 3 times. Needless to say, I was pretty annoyed, and I spent a lot of money on this laptop.I talked to Maria when I got there on a Friday evening, and she had bad news for me. She told me it was essentially stuck somewhere in the processing center and no one could get it out for me, and that I would sadly have to wait until Monday to pick it up. She took my phone number and assured me that she would call me first thing when she got to work.Heres the thing. I was not happy with UPS and the way things were handled till this point. I spoke with probably 5 customer service representatives at the call center, checked the website for tracking, and was following the delivery on Amazon. Every time I called, I got a new answer (they didnt actually put my request through, they would try it again, my package was lost, it was already delivered, etc.). The UPS website gave me conflicting information, and Amazons answers also didnt line up. This was the main reason I went in person, and I was ready to demand they find my package right then and there.The difference with Maria, is she took time to let me know that she understood my frustration, she showed me on her computer exactly what had happened to that point with the package, and she set clear expectations of how the problem could be fixed. She even gave me alternative suggestions in case what she would do didnt work. She gave me true care. She also gave me her business card at the center to call her directly if anything else went wrong. Then she called, Monday morning, when she said she would, to let me know they had tracked the package down. I left on Friday feeling disappointed, but reassured, and on Monday, I was able to pick it up like Maria had told me.UPS needs to improve their processes for sure, but the girls that work at this center are awesome. They are cheerful, efficient, and they greet everyone they see with a smile, even though I am sure people get ugly with them. I am so grateful Maria had my back!

Ordered a package for next day delivery. For some reason my driver felt it wasn’t important enough to at least leave it at the door, and left a note saying it’d be delivered next day. I spoke to an agent who said I could pick up my package that day, just to wait for the store to call when it’s able to be picked up.. NEVER HAPPENED. And no way to contact store directly. It’s now Saturday, and the store is closed until Monday. So much for “Guaranteed Delivery”

UPSs mission statement for 2021 is “Grow our global business by serving the logistics needs of customers, offering excellence and value in all that we do.” Please change it because none of that is being accomplished.I order a package a week in advance for a trip, expedited 2-day shipping. They lost it the first time, so the sender sent a replacement. The replacement kept getting delayed. I found out from the sender it was getting delayed at this facility. I went in person to try and pick it up. I waited an hour for them to try and find it. They told me it was on the belt and that it was too late for them to grab it, but it would be delivered the next day 100%. The next day was a Saturday so the customer center would be closed but they still do deliveries. The next day, my tracking number said it was rescheduled to next week on Tuesday and that it was still at that facility. I cant even call anyone to go pick up it because the facility is closed now.So now, I dont have what I need for my trip. I have never been frustrated enough to write a negative review or file a complaint about anything until I had to deal with this UPS center. I used to stand up for UPS, but man I just had a reality check today. Whatever is going on at this center needs to be fixed.

If there was a zero it was zero. They delivered 1st package to the wrong address then sent if back to where I shipped it from. When I called it was one lie after another. Lied about delivery of 2nd package too .Both packages where shipped from the same address at the same time and neither delivered. They said they would be delivered on separate days. I asked to have manager call me three times. I never got a call and I havent received either package. NO ONE will help me.

Wow!Mariawas super helpful in helping me get my package delivered to me same day. I ordered express shipping and paid an extra $50. My driver didn’t deliver it at my door and re delivery Was scheduled for tomorrow which I could not afford to do with my flight.. She contacted The driver directly and was able to have me meet him at an access point. TOTAL LIFE SAVER. This location truly has their customer service on point!

Apparently they hire illiterate delivery drivers who cant read a GIANT SIGN that states PLEASE DONT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE. Aside from the giant sign it would be obvious to anyone with an IQ even less than average not to leave packages at my front door. If being illiterate isnt the problem then its pure laziness! Regular delivery guy is great and gets it. I complained to the UPS store where my packages are left when they dont feel like delivering them to me. The opinion there is equally as disgusted as mine. Whoever is running this place should be replaced with someone who is capable of doing the job. From the reviews here its obvious this person could care less or just isnt capable.

My UPS driver delivered my package to the wrong address. Then fraudulently signed a document saying I received. I filed a claim just for UPS to close it saying the package was “delivered” I had to open an investigation twice just for them to be immediately closed due to their own UPS driver signing this document. No help No call backs not even from a supervisor like I requested.

I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday which was then pushed to today, the Friday before 4th of July weekend. Unfortunately, the package wasn’t delivered. I did not received an update until around 6:15 pm and what I did receive said it would have to wait until Tuesday, July 6th… yikes! I called the 800 number to figure out where it was and how I could pick it up. They were helpful and put a in-store hold (if you will) and have the store call me within the hour to confirm its location. I was not called back so in the off chance that they would be able to retrieve the package from the truck, I drove a cross town to this location hoping it would be there. There were several people in line by the time I got there around 8:20 (closes at 9:00 pm). The two employees (later found out their names are Maria and Veronica) were clearly working tirelessly to help the customers ahead of me. The man in front of me ended up being extremely rude and belligerent to Maria and she was so patient even when he was dropping f bombs at her. When she started helping me, she was so helpful and genuinely wanted to find my package. She made several calls and implored the warehouse folks to please find it. She was multitasking several customers, trying her hardest to track everything down. Veronica was equally trying to help others as well. At one point, Bob stepped in and went to look in the trucks for mine and another patient gentleman’s packages. Between the three of them, my package was found. Bob was out looking for my package in the dark as it was past their opening hours (9:30 pm on a Friday before a three day holiday weekend). They were all poised under pressure, friendly despite being visibly exhausted and sincere about trying to help. I am tremendously grateful to Maria and Bob especially for exhibiting professionalism and sincerity. Their jobs are stressful yet they powered through. They stayed almost 45 minutes after closing to help me.I realized dealing with any and all shipping companies can be frustrating. I’ve had my share of frustrations but when there are good people trying to do their best to provide exceptional customer service, they need to be recognized. I NEVER write reviews but I felt compelled this time because good customer service has been very hard to find lately. UPS, I hope you see this, hear this and do something to make sure these three employees are recognized and compensated for their efforts.To the head manager, Matt: please recognize Maria, Bob and Veronica for having outstanding customer service and helping a mom make sure her son’s birthday gift would not be delayed any further. So grateful!

If only you could give negative stars... to be honest if i did my job as poorly as this company, well i wouldnt have a job. i think UPS needs to change their name to the excuse factory because theyve got one for everything! was told i was a liar by two different customer service reps, only to find out after speaking to a supervisor that in fact i was correct, and my package was on a vehicle for delivery this morning. instead of apologizing for the issue just call the customer a liar, that will sure make them happier. i never wish for anyone to lose their job, i recently lost mine for most of last year. that being said, learn how to train your employees, and dont hire service reps who lack empathy. its fine, like the other negative comments this one will likely go unread. i will have to fork over the money for other means of transport to get to work tomorrow and UPS will continue to make more money and even more excuses. all because its not their fault. hopefully the companies i order from offer other means of shipping, because i know i will sure do my best to avoid using UPS to attempt to deliver my packages. to other consumers hopefully you can find another means of shipping. to UPS, learn how to train customer service reps to actually provide a service rather than hang up on a frustrated consumer. im sorry goes a lot further than YOU ARE LYING .

The delivery driver left the fully labeled box out in the open at my apartment complex mailboxes instead of at my apartment stoop. The item was a 400 dollar laser printer/scanner and the label was stuck on the box the printer came in. Anybody could have driven up and took it and I would have never known if a neighbor hadnt left a note. This on top of it already being a day after the delivery window because it was shipped to Billings, Montana and back.

Well it seems my experience is not unique. I was supposed to have a package delivered today. driver left sorry we missed you note I contacted UPS before 3 PM and asked to have the package held. I was told when the package arrived they would contact me. I waited until 5:30 and contacted UPS again via chat. Was told they could not contact the local office again. To just wait for them to call. So guess what they never called so now I cannot get my package until sometime on Monday. To make matters worse I live near Centennial Airport. There is a UPS location there. Is my package located these NO it is all the way across town in Commerce cityTo sum it up powerless support people. Package is miles from nearest UPS location. Not listed in UPS my Choice application. I plan on asking everyone sending me packages not to use UPS.Oddly enough I had a computer delivered by a different company shipped by Dell. It was in the online app so I could track it. I was notified when it was delivered everything went as it should.UPS today nothing goes right and I dont have my package and they are not even open on Saturday. No help no support at all.I was able to get my package on Monday, when i came to work they had called my work number at 6 PM on Friday to tell me package could be picked up. I had included in the chat a different number to call me since I knew I would be leaving work. Again if the second chat person had contacted the office i would have picked it up Friday.To add insult to injury I was sent to the wrong UPS location so I drove about an hour out of my way. When I went in to the office the person there was super nice and apologetic. It seems lots of people are sent to the wrong location. The new location is not easy to find as the signage is pretty small, probably due to city codes. When I finally picked up my package my UPS frustration level was off the scale.if their own APP had worker properly i could have had the package held at my local UPS store and all of this could have been avoided!So overall a fail in many ways all compounded and caused by UPS.

I paid extra money to get an important package here today before the storm hit. Now I track it and I can see it’s been sitting in this facility since noon yesterday and they changed my delivery to Tuesday. I even offered to drive over and pick up the package and they said they don’t allow that. And when I asked for a partial refund they said the weather was a factor. We got like a half inch of snow last night which is nothing for Colorado. If I could give negative stars I would.

Cant reach anyone by phone. All automated. You have to drive to ups to get to talk to a real person. Once there, they were helpful, a little argumentative at first because they go by what the computer say and repeat it several times.

Absolutely horrible. They have employees on site that steal Nike shoes and sports card to name a few. Package theft is rampant. Their loss prevention needs to be checking those tapes and charging the thieves with felonies and conspiracy to commit racketeering

This facility is garbage, my package just left commerce city for no reason, that is the final destination. OH NO!! It just got sent to aurora for no reason and an extra day added. Now its probably going to get stolen, or it will end up at commerce city again tomorrow and back out for delivery. Just garbage people working for this company.

Worst service ever. They never seem to care, nor are they helpful. I had two major packages that were scheduled for delivery today, so I went to their office yesterday to pick them up since I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to deliver them which I was correct. The lady said she couldn’t give them to me since it scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Sure enough, I waited all day the following day wondering where my packages were? Then I check the tracking number once more to find they couldn’t find my building number.Moreover, I saw the UPS driver, and I asked him can I please have my packages, and I provided my information to be told that there isn’t any packages on his truck.Finally, I think I have had enough of UPS, so I will take my business elsewhere. Worst service, and a total waste of my time and money smh!!!

I live in a gated community with a poorly worded sign on the front gate, so some delay is expected when it comes to my deliveries. My first box was thrown over the fence, which luckily it was only cloths so whatever. The drivers have been spoken to by management and told to call the number on the sign. Now I have watched this delivery driver sit out front for 3-5 minutes with me keeping the gate open, and then drive off and mark my packages “undeliverable” not once, not twice, but THREE times and all of it one camera. Haven’t even gotten out of the truck, just sat there and then driver off. I will never use this joke of a company ever again.

Working with UPS is a consistent disappointment. They don’t even pick up the phone to lie to you anymore. They just take your money and provide at best mediocrity and expect you to be thrilled. Ups has used Covid to their advantage to not make transit times and small businesses suffer and pay the cost of their mediocrity. Ups sells services they cannot provide and have no intention of even making any effort to provide. This company prioritizes profit over customer 100% of the time.

Drove 45 minutes to get a vital package. Once I arrived the CS rep tried to ring a supervisor multiple times. No answer, they sent a runner who obviously didnt feel like doing their job. They called after 5 minutes to say they couldnt find my package. So now I have to return the next day, and hope they can find it. The CS rep was nice at least.

Excited to get a package Id been waiting four months to get from manufacturer. Our March snow delayed, understandable. I called to do a pickup instead of wait for delivery, drove 40 minutes to get there, waited over 1.5 hrs and they couldnt find the package they said theyd have waiting for me. I went home empty handed.To my surprise later that evening my package was delivered. Alls well that ends well 🙂

I was dreading going here because the reviews are so bad, but my experience was wonderful. I waited for less than a minute to talk to a rep, and she brought out my package in just a couple minutes more. The rep even helped me take my giant box out to my car and helped me maneuver it into my trunk. I wish I had gotten the rep’s name, she went way above and beyond. I saw other reps offering the same level of customer service to other people.

I wasnt going to let a review but I saw the Customer representative do read them.For the love of God, get the company to actually communicate together.I got a person on the phone offering me to hold my package at this location after a missed attempt so I can get it same day. Awesome!They never did. Had several people on the phone of global ups, just to know if I could get my package, and I got confirmation at 5pm.Well,what any of the 5 people on the phone failed to check/know was that on the 24th the center CLOSED at 5pm.If the representatives knew it they should have never offered to do that. Now Im scared my package is lost.Oh yeah, also we find out it was closed that early when we arrived in front of the door after a 30min drive. I couldnt for the life of ne find the location number, global ups told me they closed at 9pm and website same...So please, communicate with your locations ups. I beg you.

Every single time I have a package transit through this facility, it adds 2-3 days to the overall delivery time.Pay for two-day shipping? Great! That package will get to Commerce City within 24-36 hours, then it will sit here and rot for 2-3 days. Without fail, and pandemic notwithstanding; its been like this since well before 2020.

Horrible delivery staff; several times my package was taken back to the facility because it “couldn’t be delivered” for ludicrous reasons. There was never an “infonotice” left any of the times a delivery was attempted. Having to pick up my package across town was what I was aiming to prevent. Don’t trust this location and especially if you want good customer service. Awful experience all around, adds to my disdain for the UPS.

After not getting accurate information from the 800 number for two days I went directly to this service center where I encountered an extremely helpful employee who went out of her way to give me the information I needed to receive my package. Got hired for a driver helper position. Drove down from Fort Collins for my orientation day only to be told that they hired too many people and basically was told sorry not sorry. Completely unprofessional. I have an email from 24 hours ago confirming my appointment date and time and was told nothing about this until I drove an hour for nothing. The guy tried to offer different positions to me instead. I didnt agree to a job bait and switch.

Jody was incredible! Shes such a delight to work with. For working at UPS for 35 years, you would think she would be sick of customers....but she helped with a huge smile on her face. A big enough smile you could see it through a mask. I didnt get a ton of help the previous day from a supervisor, but she made sure I was taken care of promptly. Big shout out to Sharon for helping me find my package. Definitely turned a bad experience into a good one.

Usually have to come here about once a month to get the stuff they cant seem to get delivered. Its a typical business office. They usually make you wait while they go find you box in an adjacent warehouse which typically takes about 30 minutes. Its a dirty grungy place and I hate having to go here to pick up the items I ordered to be shipped to my home address.. Very frustrating that anyone of their customers would ever know of this location. They drop the ball the moment they ask you to come pick up your items. Wheres the delivery refunds counter?

UPS is, by far, the worst courier you could possibly use. Each and every time, without fail, something is wrong with the shipping. Ive had classic car parts shipped that they said were lost, only to have them arrive 2 days later absolutely destroyed. To that, they said it wasnt supposed to come to me, it was supposed to be sent back to the shipper, followed by literally blaming the shipper for the damage due to them choosing to use UPS as the courier. Currently, I have two packages ordered from the same vendor, shipped the same day, shipped the same way (2nd day air). One arrived on time, the other is coming who knows when. Theyre costing ME money at this point. You have to do a dance and find a back door way thru the automated system to get ahold of an actual human on their customer service number, only to be told itll be there in a other 3 days. So paying extra for 2nd day air actually means youll get it in a week...maybe, if it isnt damaged. And despite the identical problems occurring for many years, theyre now using the pandemic as an excuse for their inferior service. Theyre simply a joke of a company. Need to ship something? Stick with FedEx or USPS

We dont really deliver to apartment complexes. - This line from the UPS phone support half a year ago stuck with me after the delivery failed two times due to a wrong address label (it was, in fact, correct). I finally had to drive ten miles to this distribution center to pick up my delivery in person before it would be returned to the shipper.To be fair, the staff was very helpful and managed to get the delivery off the truck after hours (well past 9pm) for me.Every time I see a UPS truck now Im reminded of this very unpleasant delivery service experience. Why is it that a package sent from San Antonio Texas gets to Commerce City Colorado in less than 24hrs but then it takes 3 days to travel less than 4 miles to the delivery address in Denver Colorado?How is it possible 750 miles in less than 24hrs and 3 days to go 3 miles?This seems to be the normal thing Ive experienced with UPS shipments, doesnt matter where the shipment originated from.. i dont have some unusual hard to find address, or impossible delivery instructions.. Im still waiting to hear back about a lost package that was supposedly delivered 2 months ago that im paying the sender payments on but I didnt receive the purchased item. UPS customer center is useless for anything but scripted excuses.. Shipping is one thing, receiving is the issue. I cringe when I see UPS is the company chosen to deliver my packages, most of the time the package im waiting for contains something very important to keep my business operating and making money, so its very important that these deliveries are not sitting in a warehouse or on a truck for 2-3 days when the package is 3 miles from me. Or completely lost and nobody has a clue what happened.. Ive heard every excuse possible from UPS for why. Excuses dont get the package in my hand. Action does, get it together UPS...

***This review is for the staff I spoke to today. UPS is absolutely awful.I had an AWFUL experience with UPS today trying to receive my package. I typically send any ups package I receive to a nearby UPS store but today for some reason, the request was rejected and so began my wild goose chase all over Denver. Unfortunately after 3 separate calls, no one really knew where my package had ended up and I was sent here by the main customer service line to try to retrieve it or I wouldnt receive this overnight package until Monday. With the help of Danielle, Maria and some of their warehouse staff, I was able to receive my item. They went above and beyond to locate it and fetch it (including calling the UPS store it might have gotten rerouted to and ultimately locating it within their warehouses).

An absolute joke of a company. I had a couch scheduled for delivery on Saturday and they rescheduled for Monday, then for no reason rescheduled again after delivering packages to all of the neighboring apartments all day and didnt bother stopping at my complex. They also delayed a Hello Fresh box by a day which caused all of the contents to spoil since they had been in the box for over 72 hours! Their only contact number is the automated message system so you will never talk to someone at the location so good luck trying to figure out why drivers keep skipping over your residence. Donate to the USPS now to keep this terrible company from obtaining a monopoly!!

Sweet workers, but NO ONE was wearing a mask. One of them even came up to me with no barrier between us while not wearing a mask. Please update your employee policies here regarding COVID-19 safety. Otherwise, everyone was really nice and helpful. No long wait either.

Ups driver never called to ask how to deliver my package nor even bothered to try and leave it past the fence. I called the service desk to setup a pickup after work at this location and was told it would be here by 530 pm. It is now 612 pm and I have been told they have no idea where my package is. This is absolutely rediculous and unacceptable. Very unhappy.

More than 50% of the packages I get through UPS are mis-delivered or just missing. $10,000s of dollars of medicine has been repeatedly left 100 feet from my house in snow drifts...packaged in white styrofoamcontainers to keep them cold with big labels that say do not freeze on them.The driver delivered a computer monitor yesterday noting that it was received at yhe front gate...I dont have a gate.Repeated promises to call me have not been fulfilled and UPS customer service people have repeatedly lied to me about the situation.Since they have effectively blocked customers from contacting any local office, and they dont follow up...good luck in dealing with them.

I drove to the UPS customer pickup after receiving 4 emails stating my package would be ready for pickup today, waited for 35 minutes when I was told to come back at 5pm.I paid 176 dollars for 3 day delivery, today is day 6, UPS rips people of by not refunding the price of rush delivery tjat doesnt happen, never again will I use a company that ships via UPS.

I had ordered a large amount of ammunition from a company in FL. UPS was the shipping carrier and delivered my package to a wrong address. I was home and as I got a notification for packages delivered, I immediately checked my front door, yard and by the mailbox. No package. 10-15 minutes later a UPS truck came zooming by and never stopped or slowed down. My street is low traffic and this was the first truck all day in my area. I filed a claim and never heard back from them. I contacted the company and they didn’t have an update. Called UPS today and I was notified they sent the shipper all the info and my claim was closed due to package found/delivered. 100% bulls***. My concern is not my money, but a large amount of ammo is floating around somewhere and UPS is not taking any responsibility for their lack of care or negligence. This is a dangerous issue.

UNLESS YOU OWN STOCK YOU DONT MATTER TO UPS. I had a package going express to a charity golf tournament. It missed the plane due to a sorting error. Ups refused to take any action to remedy the situation. i actually had to pay 17$ to have the package returned. During covid ups has taken advantage of its customers they have no problem taking your money but good luck getting any assistance after that they dont care they have already been paid and you cant make a claim . UPS has shown their only real concern is shareholders. They are costing their customers thousands of dollars and making little to no effort in making timely deliveries (no claims). To big to be ethical. BIG THANKS TO FEDEX EXPRESS FOR SAVING THE TOURNAMENT!!

Most useless facility ever. Made plans for the facility to hold a package for pickup, three days later I am still unable to pick up the package since it’s still on the truck! Was told I could have it sent to the facility, when I try to do that they are unable to. Absolutely ridiculous useless place.

My package was sent 2nd day air and was supposed to arrive before Thanksgiving. Not only did they delay this shipment past Thanksgiving seemingly for no reason, they also made several errors that ended up delaying the package even further, turning a 2nd day air shipment into a 6 day shipment. On top of that the local office was supposed to call me to rectify their mistakes and did not. Will never in my life use UPS again.

Twice now that a package has been delayed. First time my item ended up being lost. Currant package .... sent to the wrong post office?! I scheduled my work week to be home to receive my item, so that its not left on my doorstep and stolen. I dont have a porch! There aint nowhere for it to be hidden. I tried to call and get a status but got hung up on from an automated system. Last time Ill use UPS for sure.

Called ahead of time to make sure they would be open, lady said they close at 9 so i got there at 8 to find that they closed early because they left a poor worker there alone to cover by herself, and people called off i guess. The doors were locked and lights off but she saw me and told me why she had to close but STILL helped me get my package delivery to the guard station close by.. she had her 2 small kids there waiting so she had to close early from no fault of her own. The place needs reliable staff to work there to make sure this does not happen to a sole employee again..because they lost business and money. Not the girls fault.

Im a business owner. My local delivery driver in Brighton is grossly incompetent. He has left my (extremely valuable) packages with the neighbor 2 doors down and marked it as left in the mail room at the church (its not even close to being a church), he has ignored delivery changes to deliver it to the local UPS store, lied about packages being signed for by me (I wasnt even there), and tonight he literally left a package worth FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF MY BUSINESS AT 9PM AFTER WE CLOSED.

This UPS facility has got to be the most lax and unprofessional in the whole USA. I have yet to receive an order on time or get any useful information about my order from this hub. I am often told that a delivery attempt was made, when in fact, it did not. I was home all day and my security cameras never showed UPS ever showing up. I recently received the same BS after opting to have my package delivered to Whole Foods. Delivery attempted at 7:33 pm. Only problem is that Whole Foods is open until 9:00 pm and my delivery is delayed another 2 days. Useless Lazy Lying @#$!%

Supposed to have a package delivered yesterday, they delivered my wifes package and requested more information about my address. They had the same shipping address. Ther next day, a different package was supposed to be delivered Friday. It was out for delivery then back at the ups center well before they stop delivering. I needed that package to do work over the weekend. Now I have to wait 3 more days to have it delivered. Horrible delivery service from this location.

Last two times my package got delivered to the wrong house. One where the last neighbor brought to my house. Second time wasn’t very lucky. My package got Delayed days just in Ohio not moving no updates pushing my date back. Trying to get through to someone for help got no response and was very frustrating. I get huge company and COVID 19 but people still gotta work and pay for things. The customer service isn’t there at all or appreciation. Working with a company that you cannot get a response from or consumer that can also get a response from them, is the most frustrating thing. This is why people order more from pick up at store or amazon drivers don’t have the same issues. New ways of ordering I guess. as a business consumer I am probably not gonna pick them for my delivery and frustrate my customers.

This UPS has been one of the worst shipping experiences i have dealt with in my 20 years dealing with logistics. We had mailed hemp samples out to a lab in CO, and this location would tell me a different story every time i called to see what is going on with my package after UPS said it was seized. This has been a 3 week + ordeal trying to locate these samples to get them to our lab we use out there. We shipped them VIA ups store and they cleared the allowance of us sending them. From our end we were 100% compliant, these folks out there are completely clueless, lazy, and liars. I can’t believe UPS even would allow a place like this to exist. It is the scum of shipping warehouses.

My package status was out for delivery 2 days straight. Twice the UPS driver pulled up in front of my house, sat for 5 minutes and left without delivering my package. I now have to burn $10 in gas to drive to the UPS center to pick up my package. I will no longer be shipping with UPS or purchasing from any merchant that ships with them.

This UPS center supposedly attempted 3 deliveries, before sending my package back to the sender.They left no delivery attempt notices. The only way to even change delivery to picking up a package is with the number on the delivery attempt notice, so that wasnt possible.To anyone reading this, do not send anything to this part of Denver via UPS, unless you want to waste your money sending stuff out to simply get it back.This has happened to me twice.To those in the area reading this planning to use UPS for an online order, DONT! Literally anything else is better.

Danielle the supervisor was by far the best customer service I have ever received. I do a lot of shopping and I hate returns because usually UPS and there associates are so rude. But Danielle went above and beyond and made what was a nightmare from hell into an actual okay experience. UPS would be smart to keep her as an employee and in leadership.

They dont care at all bout your paycheck. Supposed to of been paid Friday. Drove down to pick my check up and nobody was there after I was told to go and pick it up. Spoke to my supervisor and he could careless that I wont get the money I WORKED FOR till Monday. That was Christmas money for my 3 kids... But ya know, who cares right?? Then was told Christmas Eve day was mandatory.. it wasnt at all. Was told it wasnt mandatory all week. Im in the union. This is unacceptable. Ill be speaking to my Steward Monday.

This is the 5th time our packages have been delayed! The first 4 were “lost” and now wondering if the packages were waiting on that’s now 3 days late is “lost”. Let me ask this. Is the delivery driver taking what he/she pleases? Seems like ONLY our big packages get “lost” every time ?????? It’s so frustrating to even order anything online anymore if it’s going through commerce city Colorado because we NEVER seem to actually get our packages that are NOT cheap orders 😡😡
