Not bad. Prices pretty good. People are cool & my mail comes before 2pm, so i can get it before I need to be home. The only problem I have which brings review down are those after hours door key cards. Mine kept going out & I wasted time going there at midnight more than once. No idea what was wrong with card but I gave it up. No need for the headaches & wasted extra money. Other than that, good job guys

I had the best experience today with Nicole!!! I had to ship a vacuum back and didn’t have the box, she helped me find the box that would fit the best and even taped it for me. She was excellent, her customer service was outstanding and she was such a pleasure to be around. Thank you Nicole!!!

Mail XPress is so convenient! I have dropped off several packages/mail items with them and the employees are always quick and friendly. We have also used their notary service, no complaints.The only negative is that they couldn’t take Amazon returns, but that’s not their fault. They said Amazon and UPS made a contract so they can’t scan the return code and you have to take it to a UPS store for drop off.

Mail Xpress is an asset to our community. My father passed away in a different state so I have been going to Mail Xpress several times per week to mail, fax, and notarize documents. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is great having all of these services available at this one convenient location.

Came for prints and the copier kept gettingstuck was all I was told. It was cheap, fast and convenient so I was excited but I guess this is why. The girl helped the other customers causing me to wait longer didnt offer a discount it anything. I ended up waiting quite a while and only left with less than half of what I needed.

I have gone twice to ship packages because the location is so convenient but both times the prices seemed really high, and sure enough when I came home and checked shipping rate (with faster delivery) I was paying nearly 30% more at the store, using my own packaging. I will not be back.

If you are looking for customer service I wouldn’t recommend going here . I attempted to print off a 300 page document . They have no way for you to access online (customer computer ) so it must be emailed to the location . Document was too large so it wouldn’t send . I had no idea . Sat at location for nearly 15 min while the customer service rep laughed and joked with another customer about life . I finally asked after they were done and the store was empty had she received it and of course she hadn’t checked . Checked and of course it was not . She then Went out to smoke a cigarette. Came back in smelling like the entire pack and still no success . Offered no extra assistance . I would have even wrote user name and login down for her to print off considering there was no way for a customer to do so . Rep had an attitude as if she had better things to do besides helping a customer

Mail Xpress is an original, founding member of the Commerce City Chamber of Commerce. We rent a mailbox there, and they do the bulk of our light print work. We always get great service and fast turnaround times. Locally owned, the owners give back to this community in ways too numerous to count. They also sell clothing and other artsy items made by local entrepreneurs. Great store.

The customer service is always poor. I used to drop things off frequently here and buy stamps or other necessities to ship. They now have decided to start charging for usps drop offs because they are “getting charged”. So don’t drop things off here even when you have a prepaid label, you just get to pay more and get rude service with it!

Wonderful service. Out in Reunion there is no close Post Office, have to drive to Henderson. This place is close and totally worth it. They do everything you can think of office related. Girl working there is great. There was an error with my print job that I didnt notice. She called me later said the printer didnt complete the job and she made sure the job was completed to 100%. Will continue to go here for all my shipping and office work needs.

I believe they are a registered site with Amazon or something. I drop my returns off on Friday, refunds by Saturday. Thats awesome. Always have a smile, and Ive never waited in line to mail important items out. Support Local!!

So I sell on eBay print my labels from home and drop them at Mail Express well on the 15th my daughter took our dog for a walk and to drop off three packages well only two made it the third shows as if it was never scanned ( the camera the owner looked at shows my daughter drop three packages and my daughter asked for recipt she received a receipt showing she dropped one package so once she got back I call just before they closed to see why the receipt only shows one package the workers response the first six numbers of the tracking are the same so I let it go not thinking this would happen ALSO IF THE LADY DIDNT HAVE HER KIDS AT WORK MAYBE SHE COULD HAVE DONE HER JOB RIGHT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO LOSE $51.00 THIS IS HOW I FEED MY KIDS!! So I call USPS THEY TELL ME THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT THERE IS NO SCANN NOTHING THEY CAN DO. SO BASICALLY DUE TO THE FACT THEY DIDNT DP THERE JOB IM SCREWED I DID EVERYTHING I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO EVEN HAD HER GET A RECEIPT I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS THERE THEY TOLDE BASICALLY OH WELL NOTHIMG WE CAN DO I BROUGHT IN PROOF THIS IS CRAZY SOMEISOIN THERE HAD TO HAVE STOLE IT PACKAGES DONT HAVE LEGS AND WALK AWAY STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE THE WAY THERE BUSINESS WITH HONESTLY THERE THIVES AND NOW IM OUT 51 DOLLARS BE CARFUL TAKING PACKAGES YOU HAVE ALREADY LABELED THEY WILL STEAL CANT EVEN GIVE PROPER RECIPTS
