By far the worst organized and managed company of any business sector I have ever dealt with in my life! I have been promised and lied to multiple times. The Denver freight facility is a disgusting mess. I am shocked that they can get any shipment anywhere. It’s no wonder that they lost my shipment, which was an entire pallet of flooring. How do you lose a pallet of product?? They have pictures proving they received it, but then they couldn’t find it. I had another identical shipment sent and I’m running into the same issues. There is no communication between UPS’s customer service department and the distribution centers. Words fail to express just how frustrated I am. They place zero value on their customers and I would never purposefully choose to use UPS Freight ever again!

I have to echo the complaints that so many others have had with this particular terminal for UPS. Absolutely horrendous customer service! I am now on my 4th rescheduling of my delivery appointment. Not a single notification that it would be delayed that would have allowed me to plan my schedule accordingly. I have completely wasted 2 days of my life waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered and never showed up. I even offered to drive up all the way up to Commerce City from southeast Aurora to pick up the freight package and their response was they would NOT unload it from the truck for me. I will HAVE to wait for their delivery. I have ZERO confidence it will be made tomorrow.Update: The delivery was made on the day of the 4th appointment. The manager assured me it would be delivered AFTER 4PM as I had already taken 2 days off work to wait for it and 4PM was the earliest I could get home. She also assured me the driver would ensure someone was home to receive it before leaving. Instead, the driver showed up at 2:00, never rang the doorbell, and dropped it on the side of the house in plain street view as it was about to start raining. Luckily my wife came home early and caught the driver before he pulled out of the neighborhood so he could move the 150 lb package to the garage. If not for that a $4000 piece of equipment could have been stolen or damaged by rain. WHAT A JOKE!

One of the worst customer service experiences. They missed our pickup window, didnt call to notify us, and left me and the equipment outside in a snow storm with no update. Despite it being after 5pm and no driver in sight.The dispatcher is also beyond rude and condescending. She acts as if youre bothering her by asking her to do her job and get an updated delivery time. Threatened to cancel our pickup because we had a problem with it being late and our equipment being outside in a snowstorm waiting for pickup. Really top notch customer service.The delivery driver, on the other hand, was fantastic. Great communication, quick and excellent customer service. A+++. It wasnt his fault he was late--the dispatcher didnt do their job and send a truck with a lift, even though it was in the order.

Received one email stating I needed to call a home delivery of a large item. No second email or phone call requesting I call for to schedule a time. I did not call within 36 hours of the only notice I received s they just delivered the item to my garage door. They are only available by phone to schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. No option to schedule online or email. Just limited phone hours when most people are busy with work. Not a secure delivery. Bummer.

Terrible 1pm and complete warehouse empty no worker. Ask me how I know? I had to go pick up my package from there location after they scheduled delivery 3 days in a row and still hadnt unpacked the truck that had been.sitting there for a week!!!

Lost a part of my shipment. Customer service rep contradicted her self on the phone a couple time when questioned about shipments possible location. It probably fell off the pallet. Pretty sure driver forgot it on the truck.

This is a review from the point of view of someone who was just trying to ship a crate from Denver to the East Coast. This review only applies to the 5300 E 56th Ave, Commerce City, CO location.First there is no information publicly available as to if a person can drop off or pick up a LTL package here. Upon entering the facility, which says no private vehicles, I was lucky there was a nice Gentleman named Brian who directed me to an office across the yard. The nice woman at the counter informed me that I need a freight account to use that location and that because I am not a regular shipper that it would probably cost me extra. She sent me to the 5700 Quebec location which was just a regular UPS store. There I was able to get all the paperwork completed in a timely manner. A representative from the store took measurements and got me the BOL. Upon my return to this facility the woman was surprised to see me again. She said most people leave LTL loads at the UPS stores. Well, the store wanted to charge me a $75 fee to leave at the UPS store. One thing to note... My crate was 4ftx3ftx3ft and weighed at least 300lbs. I would have about killed myself unloading it at the store, versus them using a forklift at the dock.I took off 1 star because I had to leave the initial location I went to, and then come back.I took off 1 star because there is no information posted publicly about this process.If I need to ship LTL again I will definitely consider UPS, however I will start at a UPS store location first.

This is absolutely the worst company I ever made a delivery to. I arrived at 2 pm and it took them 12 hours(!) to unload my trailer.The worst thing is that they even managed to lose my paperwork!!!I’ve seen a young lady in the office playing on her smart phone in front of me, and the manager has no idea how to keep this place organizedDO NOT GO HERE air you want to get unloaded quickly, this place will only bring you pain!

UPS freight has called me two days in a row stating I should be home from 10am to 8pm and both days no one has shown up. Im not only disappointed for the lack of customer service but also due to the fact that I have taken time off work to ensure that Im here for delivery. I am very disappointed in your services and lack of communication.

Place should be shut down. I promise it’s not this hard to move boxes, maybe instead of replacing your phone support with robots you should have them push boxes. That way you can attempt to give an ounce of customer service while not having Humans steal or lose people’s property. Theives.

UPS Freight is by far the worst freight carrier in the USA. They constantly deliver freight late, even when you pay extra to have a guaranteed delivery. Their people consistently lie because theyre too lazy to find out the truth about your shipment. Use anyone but UPS and youll thank me.

Going on 3 years here in Colorado, UPS has kept me on the payroll thus far. A Unionized package handler/loader in Aurora, Co; to forklift operator at UPS Freight in Commerce City, Co; and presently a Part-time Preload Operations Supervisor at the Small Package hub also in Commerce City. A GREAT company!!

Picked up a UPS TRL via Oneway, had issues with information, once given was told to go to the southeast corner, do not go to the dirt lot like the office says, that the boneyard, the hostler laughed when I told him, but inspect the the trailers like crazy, most have issues so find what works best if your in that position.

And the fright supervisor who hung up on me after being on hold for 45min you sir are not capable of doing your job correctly, if you want customer service for your commercial facilities I would use another option for shipping your freight

They dropped the ball three days in a row on a simple delivery which costed my company thousands of dollars. I eventually took my truck to the terminal to pick up what I could and had a chance to speak with the manger. When I asked him to do something about it he simply told me to call a 1-800 number. One woman at the front desk was extremely apologetic but when you own a business it comes down to dollars and cents as well as relationships. Because of their poor operations we now have a poor relationship with one of our biggest customers.

The most frustrating shipping experience Ive ever had. Arranged a LTL freight pickup going from CA to NC. Scheduled it to be picked up on a specific date and time window. Get an email saying UPS arrived but there wasnt a freight. Call my storage facility and confirm my freight is in fact ready and waiting in the staging area. Get an email from UPS the next day, no freight. I spend an hour on the phone with customer support confirming the original address is correct, asking why they didnt call the contact number. Was told the drivers spoke to employees named Alex and Stephanie. No one by those names works at my storage facility. Call my storage facility again, they say UPS never arrived. After 6 days of this, finally UPS picks up my freight. It is supposed to take 5 to 6 days to get across the country. Here I am 10 days later after the pickup and it still hasnt arrived at the destination. Tracking info tells me basically nothing. Customer support keeps saying its going to be delivered tomorrow but it never is. Its been a total of 16 days past the original scheduled pickup and my freight still hasnt been delivered. Using UPS has cost my business already 20k in holiday sales and this number keeps growing as my freight is MIA. Stay away from them. UPS does not give a sh*t about your business.

Never use this service, used excuse to close on Veterans Day, saying adverse weather. They got 1 of snow and it stopped snowing by 9am. It is now 4 pm next day and still dont have shipment. Will never use them again.

This place is a disgrace to ups, and all other shipping company’s. I ordered a macbook from a man in southern Texas (I live in oregon) and he shipped it 2 days before it got here and it has sat at this place for nearly 4 DAYS. So I called in and asked if there was anything I could do because we are planning on taking a trip and my daughter needs it so she can go to school while we are gone I asked if we could fast track it or something and they were so rude and wouldn’t listen when I asked if I could make it get here faster, when I asked if they could find out where my package was or when it was going to leave, and even when I asked if there was anyway I could drive 16 and a half hours to go pick it up. Horrible will try to avoid using ups again

UPS Freight wont deliver to my address, so I have to pick up shipments at this terminal. First, you must drive through a gate with a sign that says No Privately Owned Vehicles Beyond This Point. You drive to the UPS Freight building, and locate a small CUSTOMER PICKUP sign. Youre just to supposed to know to go up the ramp, wander though a bunch of peoples shipments, find the employees office door, go through the back offices, and go through a door so you can wait at a counter. Then, when the person at the counter is done making small talk with all the drivers in front of you, ask for your shipment. Next, go back outside and wait at the CUSTOMER PICKUP sign. Someone will eventually bring out your shipment. Its a wonder UPS stays in business.

UPS Freight does not pay out on damage claims even with a costly legitimate freight claim. You may consider still paying for the insurance through UPS but preferably use a 3rd party insurance company. You always have the option of using small claims court for appropriate equipment values. Just keep good records and photographs AND above all, even if the driver insists he or she does not have the time for you to open a crate (as in our case), DO NOT SIGN the bill of lading.This freight company stacked a heavy item on top of our expensive machine (even though it was clearly marked DO NOT STACK) and crushed the top 4 inches of the metal housing. It took us a long time to repair in-house since we could find no one that would repair this. After 3 months we are close to being able to use the machine. What a waste of time and added insult to injury when the claim was denied.

For some reason when ups freight ships packages to Steamboat or northern Colorado they send packages 3 hours past us to grand junction and then junction ships them to us. They’re not timely as this shipping process makes no sense at all. I will never ship with ups freight again, lesson learned.

Avoid if you can. Scheduled a delivery weeks in advance, day of they decide to change their route and it will now be 2 days later. Took off work to coordinate this delivery. Infuriating.Update: said theyd deliver it Thursday of that week, called me Thursday to say they forgot to put it on the truck.
