MTS Freight delivered large pharmaceutical refrigerator 29 Sept 2021 in front of our 3-story medical building housing multiple offices/clinics. Our clinic was not notified of delivery nor to the fact the refrigerator was sitting outside of the building. After multiple calls to MTS Freight we were informed the delivery occurred at 10:57am - it was now 12:44pm . We spoke with the driver and inquired Why the refrigerator was left on the outside of the building and not delivered to our clinic - was informed by the driver thats not my job. We paid over $3000 for the pharmaceutical refrigerator that included delivery - no where on the order did it state the delivery would be dropped at the front door of the building on a pallet! We are a medical facility and were not prepared nor knowledgeable to know how to remove the refrigerator from the pallet and transport to the third floor. After 2-hours we were able to locate outside assistance to help transport the refrigerator. In total the refrigerator stayed outside of the very busy medical complex for 4 hours. We are grateful it was not stolen nor damaged. Very disappointed in MTS Freight Customer Service and Delivery Performance. 1. Delivered to outside of building 2. No phone call to advise of delivery 3. no instructions how to transport to the third floor. Will think hard before using or recommending MTS Freight services ever again.

This is now part of RAC North American great place to work need drivers, if you need a place to work great place to work for.

It is my first and last time coming to this place they take for ever to load your truck and no detention pay.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They made multiple mistakes on our delivery (never being able to delivery it when they said they would), never apologized or admitted they made a mistake. Michelle M, the manager, was the most incompetent, unprofessional person I have ever spoken to on the phone. She was ZERO help with resolving the issue, lost her temper and ultimately hung up on me. After immediately calling back, she had stepped out of the office. We ended up having to drive over 1 1/2hrs during rush hour traffic to pick-up our delivery ourselves. Upon pick-up, the warehouse man asked why we were picking up our order because they deliver to our area daily and were just there that day yet they were never able to get our delivery on the truck. MTS Freight didnt compensate us for our time or expense to come pick up our delivery. I sincerely hope we NEVER have to work with them again and no one has to deal with Michelle M.
