Worst place to go. It’s supposed to close at 8pm, went there to get an urgent Covid test at 7:40 and the guy said they’re busy and can’t do it, to come back tomorrow. I understand they want to go home but they still have 20 minutes of a test that takes no more than a minute to do it.

Went here for an x-ray for a severely swollen ankle. Fortunately it wasnt broken, but anti-inflammatory medication was supposed to be called in to my pharmacy, it never was. I called the next day and asked again, it still wasnt called in, the third day I called and asked once again and it still wasnt called in. I would never go back to this place. After reading other reviews I assume the only thing this place is useful for is Covid testing.

I went in for a Covid-19 test but it turned out I was negative and had a stomach virus. The experience was excellent. The staff was professional and compassionate and the facility was spotless. I am grateful for their help!!

The nurse practitioner Christina was absolutely amazing. Very thorough and attentive. The rest of the staff was great as well. Highly recommend!

I was rushed out when it wasn’t even busy and I don’t feel like I got a proper treatment plan for what I was experiencing. I do not recommend any urgent care honestly, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing ever.

Wouldnt let me in to share any details on my fathers illness when he was basically too delirious with illness to communicate, didnt ask me anything separately. Completely missed symptoms of pneumonia. He ended up in the hospital two days later.

Horrible patient service. Have to repeat yourself. PA doesn’t talk to medical assistant about your case so comes in the room clueless. Medical assistant not very forthcoming on what are your oxygen levels, blood pressure etc. PA checked my sore throat but then said nothing and just washed her hands? I’m assuming there’s no need to test for strep? What happened to good old fashioned patient care?!?

Came in at 7:25 pm and was refused service. They close at 8 pm. Needed a simple clearance for my daughter to go to school the next day.

Northwell Health GoHealth Urgent care in Commack >>> the team that care of me was the P.A Amy Bonilla, the M.A Karen and the RT i wish i knew his name :( , (starts with a J?,)i injured my elbow & they made my experience there GREAT. the Xray tech did a good job on my xray. I was hurting but he was careful all the way through. Karen cleaned up my abrasion and Amy banded me up and explained I was in and out with NO WAIT TIME. Quick and efficient. Karen remembered me from my last visit and that showed me dedication/care in her work! Definitely coming back. Kudos to this Urgent Care team!

I visited the center for the first time really friendly personal will definitely go back was there for only an hour, clean place highly recommend.

Great service, quick, efficient, friendly staff

Hated coming here, wish I would have went to City MD a little further down the road. The intake staff seemed unsympathetic and more worried about not making direct contact with you rather than your needs as a patient. They were very robotic and systematic. The Nurse Practician that saw me instead of an actual doctor seemed unphased about me having high blood pressure and wouldnt even prescribed something for it until I could get an appointment with my PCP. I will not being going back to this office again.

During my recent visit everyone was so polite caring excellent care and efficient I was in and out in in a very reasonable amount of time fast enough that it was efficient but slow enough that I found I got the care that I needed thank you

Went here yesterday due to requiring a COVID test to return to work (at a Northwell facility) related to a recent return from international travel. Had the worst customer service experience, even after informing them that I too was a Northwell employee. Was dismissively told that makes no difference by Karen. Karen the MA was rude, abrupt, and guaranteed me I would not have my test this day if I was put on a waiting list. Was offered a testing slot 6 hours later at a site 10 miles away. Seriously? Yet not 1 person in entire clinic with 3 employees sitting around doing nothing. Definitely not Made for this. Went to STAT Health in Smithtown 5 minutes later and had my test within 10 minutes with excellent customer skills. This place needs to get it together.

They do not allow covid testing without an appointment. I was told I would have to come back in 6 hours if I wanted to get tested. This is totally unacceptable in a public health crisis. I live with 4 other people and I didn’t want to go home for 6 hours and risk spreading covid to them without finding out right away if I’m negative or positive. City MD down the street allows walk-in rapid testing with only a short wait.

My wife and I are showing symptoms of Covid. As busy as the world is fighting it, Northwell has it covered. Using their website we got a virtual appointment with an MD, from there she sent us over to scheduling who got us an appointment within in hour to the nearest Urgent Care Center where we were tested with in a few minutes. No standing outside in a line for two hours like other walk in clinics. Super professional

Outstanding facility! All concerns were addressed and the office was spotless. Staff and Doctor Park was magnificent!

Avoid at all cost. Not very nice group over there. I was told that I would get a call over the weekend to see how my back injury was, I received no call. More importantly was informed that the person calling over the weekend would be able to setup an appointment for me to see a specialist that takes my insurance. I specifically asked if they can write a referral as my insurance requires this, they said YES, they will take care of everything. I also asked specifically if they would take my insurance and was told YES.If the answer was NO, I would not have waited a week to get a phone call for a doctor I could not see under my insurance. I would have seen my PCP immediately.A week later I still had no follow up. I called in to the Mayfair location and after being put on hold for a while was asked to call 888-321-DOCS. I was informed that this phone number would lead to a person that is able to help me with my back injury. Before calling them I also asked the receptionist at this Mayfair location if they would be able to assist me with the referral. I also asked the receptionist if they would know who I am or if I needed to give them a reference number to my personal situation.I called the 888 number. They had no idea who I was, why I was calling, and said they could not give me a referral to setup my appointment. They asked if I was in Staten Island.I call back the urgent care in Mayfair and tell them the situation. The receptionist had a different tone now as if I was bothering her. I explain the whole situation and am told that they do not write referrals. She then reads something off of my file that said something along the lines of if patient is still in pain, make a referral to see occupational therapist.I informed the receptionist AGAIN that I was told I would be getting a call over the weekend to setup the followup with the specialist. And that no further steps were needed by me. She said thats not how it works and that shes reading to me what I was told. She was not there, she does not know what I was told.I get it now that an urgent care cannot write a referral. I did not know that before now. I just wish I was treated with more respect then having me wait a week for a call I never got. I call that even if I received, would lead to a phone number of a doctor I could get treatment from because I had no referral to see them. Now, I week of waiting for no reason, I am going to go see my PCP.

Made an appt online for a Covid antibody test. Uploaded insurance info online and all paperwork was completed ahead of time online and over the phone. When I arrived, I called from the parking lot and was instructed to come right in. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted. Everyone was in masks and I was directed to a room immediately. The office and treatment room were both very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I was back in my car in less than 10 minutes and got notified the next day that my results were available through the portal. Very professional staff - I highly recommend this facility.

The staff was fantastic. The results of my test came back very quickly and the app is very easy to use. I highly recommend.

If I could I would put 0 stars. I visited that place 10 months ago. I really let it go and tried to forget about it but unfortunately I received a bill that reminded me what I went through!! Starting from the beginning when I showed my insurance card and asked them if they take it they told me they do.. But they charged me more for my co-pay. I reassured them that they were making a mistake but the lady on the front desk she was insisting that I was wrong and she was right. In a few words instead of paying the co -pay for $25 that I usually do Ive payed $60. I didnt argue with them because I was in pain and my foot was hurting a lot and really wanted to get relief as soon as possible. But instead of getting well I got worse. They gave me crutches and assured me that crutches will help and that were covered under insurance. Actually they just took x-rays and advise me to follow up with a doctor which I did. But until I go to the doctor my other foot was starting hurting too and I couldnt walk at all. I was giving weight on my other foot while using the crutches so now both feet were in a lot of pain.Eventually crutches didnt help me at all like the doctor said to me , I dont want to say her name, said the crutches will help me until I follow up with my doctor. Now after 10 months they are sending me a bill to pay for the crutches $53 when you can find the same ones at Amazon for $28. Very UNPROFESSIONAL people !! Better go to the emergency room . Worst urgent care ever !!

Thank you SO MUCH to this amazing team! My daughter had an accident at the store next to the walk-in. Her nose was badly injured and they saw us immediately, impeccably handled my very scared 3 year old, and calmly had us off to an amazing plastic surgeon within minutes! The surgeon got to the hospital before we could even get there and was waiting for us literally through the ER doors! “Thank you” can’t even express our gratitude to them. Would recommend this walk-in any day!

Bad Experience I will never return! I was not feeling well Tuesday night so I got up Wednesday morning and attempted making an appointment for Wednesday Morning at your Commack location. Your website was not working so I waited for the Commack location to open and I called to see if I could make an appointment via phone. I was told they could not make an appointment for me that I could just walk in. When I saw the PA I believe her name was Amy she told me she thought I probably had flu like viral symptoms and I would need to treat it symptomatically. Wednesday night and Thursday I stated coughing up green chunks of mucous. I called the Commack location and spoke to the PA I saw and asked If I could be prescribed an antibiotic. She told me that the only way I would be prescribed an antibiotic was if I developed pneumonia. She told me that If I had an upper respiratory infection, bronchitis, a sinus infection or ear infection they could all be viral and therefore an antibiotic would not be prescribed. I call up my regular Dr. who was not in on Wednesday went in and got the prescription for the antibiotic. I will never go to one of your urgent care centers again!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Drs explanation was clear and understandable and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend the Commack office to everyone, you must try them at least once then you will see what Im trying to say.They even called me after a couple of days to see how I was feeling.They sincerely really care for their patients.Be safe, be healthy, and have a great holiday. I’ve been going to this facility since it opened and I’m so grateful it’s here!I have been properly diagnosed and treated each time .There is a Dr Steele whom I have the utmost respect and admiration.She’s sharp as a tack warm and comforting !I can’t say enough positive things .There is a nurse or assistant ( not sure of titles there ) Natalie whom is also friendly , warm and comforting.If you need medical attention in a hurry go to GO Health at Mayfair in COMMACK

The office was clean & service was quick. However, the nurse (Torey) was not friendly & should receive training for customer service. She never introduce herself or gave my daughter (12yrs) clear direction on what she was doing. The nurse was very cold & I didnt find that very nice, especially for her occupation. The reason for 3 stars was for the doctor, she was very nice and gave specific guidance.

Excellent service! I couldnt get in touch with my primary care Dr. so I decided to go here. I have gone to another Urgent Care place a while back and they didnt do anything for me so I was leary about going to Urgent Care places but I decided to give this place a try and they were awesome! I was in and out and the PA understood how crappy I felt with my sinus infection. Prescribed everything I needed. Thank you! Now I dont have to waste a day visiting my Dr. during the week. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing service! The wait was extremely short and the receptionist was very nice. The NP was lovely and really took the time to listen to me. They really care about keeping your information/results confidential. The only downside is that they do not take workers comp if that is what you are in search of.

I’ve been going to this Urgent Care for almost two years now and the staff is incredible. Amy has amazing bed side manner and the rest of the staff is more than welcoming but today I was greatly shocked and disappointed. The man Shivik working reception was a bit rude during triage and then answered a personal phone call on his iPhone while also speaking with me. As a healthcare professional myself I expect better. Normally a very pleasant experience but not today.

Love this place, I go to this specific location because its conveniently around the block from my job. They are quick enough that if you walk in or reserve an appt for your lunch hour you will still have plenty of time. Very knowledgeable staff that offers excellent service and care.

I had to run in there recently and got in just 15 minutes before closing. They were courteous, prompt and polite. I was in and on quickly with my prescription called in right next door at Rite Aid. Would highly recommend.

The office is very professional there are several girls working behind the desk all were courteous polite and helpful. Upon entering the doctors office everything is clean. The doctor was very thorough and went over everything. It is an extremely professional will run office.

12/24/2017Dad is 85 - arrived in NY for Christmas visit and had a cough that sounded bad. No primary care MD in the area - so we chose Northwell Go Health to check for pneumonia. The MD was skilled and compassionate. She was very attentive to dads feedback to her questions. She did diagnose pneumonia - and also a dangerous change in his heart rhythm. She referred us to ER and Dad was admitted for the problem. She struck just the right balance of concern and optimism that Dad agreed to go to the hospital, but, felt confident that it could be addressed. Turns out the cough was a symptom of a serious heart issue which was addressed in a 3-day admission. He is home tonight for Christmas Eve and I am so thankful for the timely and accurate diagnosis of his health issue!

Horrible!!! I went in at 9am on a Saturday morning. They take your copay ($30) when you get there so the hour wait you have to suffer. Don’t worry they’ll be more suffering if you go here. I asked the physician assistant who saw me to give me a zpack... I had an infection and needed antibiotics. He stated “we don’t give that here” well my condition was worse and 4 days later I ended up at another ERdox.., only this time better urgent care that listened to my health needs and concerns. I will never go here again!!! I urge you to stay away if you’re sick or go to another walk in that’ll listen and treat you properly!

Great professional PA (Amy Bonilla) efficient diagnosis and amazing beside manner. The MA (Karen Flores) went above and beyond for me, felt like I was treated with the most upscale medical care.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Today takes the cake though. After dealing with severe ear pain all night I knew I had to be seen first thing. It’s saturday at 9am, I’m m waiting outside at 8:59 (bc it’s Saturday ya know I have things to do) and the doctor is walking in and he tells me to come in, my gosh he was so sweet. A few mins later he comes into my exam room and he was just the sweetest doctor I’ve ever had. He was quick but comprehensive and he made an awesome plan to get me feeling better. I’m so amazed with this place and grateful for it, I was in and out in literally 15 mins. My doctor was Brandon balabus. He was awesome but every doctor I’ve seen here has been great.

Dr Kimberly followed up the next day after our visit and sending us to the hospital. She was helpful, thoughtful and answered so many questions we had after being sent home from the hospital.

I had a great experience here. This location is very clean and nicely decorated. It also opens earlier than other urgent care places, which makes a difference if you feel awful and want to be seen ASAP.

The staff at Northwell Health are a great team. They are professional but they are also compassionate and kind. I highly recommend them and I will use them myself when needed in the future

My visit couldnt of been better !!!! The head RN and nurse there were professional and courteous and also very caring. They called multiple times after my visit to see how I was doing which leaves a nice feeling.

The staff was very nice, they got me in quickly to see the provider . The provider was excellent he knew exactly what was wrong with me and he sent me straight to the emergency room thanks to him I was able to get my gallbladder removed the next day.

I visited the center because of shoulder injury and felt like I was visiting facility that belongs to futuristic era of technology and service. My discomfort due to pain was alleviated thanks to distraction with the futuristic technology and decor and the courteous and compassionate staff members.

I would give Urgent Care 5 stars, however, the receptionist (blonde hair) is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. I could not believe how she spoke to me regarding my sons test results, and the nature of his illness. He was misdiagnosed 3 times and when his last test came back positive all I wanted to know was some answers to questions about his treatment....she huffed and said I dont know. I requested to speak to the PA who kindly explained things to me. The PAs in this facility are kind and patient, however, I will not be bringing either of my children or myself back to this Urgent Care. The receptionship should be trained in compassion and have some kind of social skills in this field. Every time I have come in she has complained in front of me about the equipment not working and other patients that have been there whom she considered to be rude. She seemed more concerned about her nails getting chipped than the job she was hired to do. Never again will I come here. Again, the PAs and other staff members are great. Its a shame one person has to ruin it.

No issue with the quality of care. The nurse practitioner / PHD is well trained and listens well, and did or dealt with everything asked of her. Only reason Im putting only 4 stars; when I realized I needed to go to an urgi care, we went to the web site, found and signed up for an appointment for a walkin in a short time. I arrived and they had no record of me in their system, told me Id have a nearly 2 hour wait in the nearly empty facility (probably due to an extreme lack of medical staff). I paid, did all the paperwork, then I got a text acknowledgement, clicked on a link, and discovered that the Commack location a couple miles away had a 4 minute wait. Signed up, drove over, had my receipt and records checked, and was then seen by the np.IOTW - good medical care, broken system online. Admins at EN had no interest in suggesting I switch to a location a 4 minute drive away to save a nearly 2 hour wait. Not cool. The front desk staff person at EN does work, but clearly wanted to be somewhere else - anywhere else. Commack was a lot better.

Horrible experience. A French man was completely obnoxious and the PA gave me cellulitis. Do not go there!

I went to GoHealth Urgent Care clinique and they took care of me very well, and the pills that they prescribed me medicine to help me and i feel great now like i have never been sick.

Honestly I wish I could give NO Stars I just went there with my 2 year old who was wheezing and having a hard time breathing this was my first time there not one said said hello and a man and woman were behind their desks not once person greeted us or cane up to the desk to talk to us see why we were there it seemed like they could care less, I never post reviews but I’m truly disgusted and will not ever return or refer anyone to them, if you see someone standing at the front desk you walk up to them and ask if they need help or check us in, I was standing there for 10 min with two littleKids and one who was wheezing VERY TURNED OFF

The saff is very friendly and experienced I had very bad burns on my hand and arms The Dr cleaned them up and bandaged them gave me prescriptions for cream and antibiotics Plus had me come back for a follow-up in a few days I would definitely go back again
