This is the WORST lab I have EVER been to. First off, the waiting room is very tiny. Only 6 people are supposed to be in the waiting room. When I got there I was the 6th person, but it was way too uncomfortable being in such a small room during COVID, especially when no one was at the desk monitoring the situation especially with masks under some people noses. When I inquired at the desk when someone showed up the lab technician had an attitude and was annoyed. When it was my turn, the same lab technician took my blood and I developed a hematoma! I also had an H Pylori breathalyzer test. I blew into the container and it flew across the room onto the floor. The lab technician picked it up and handed it back to me to continue blowing! I said I’m not putting that in my mouth. It fell on the floor! He said, “Oh, well, it’s filled up anyway.” Afterwards I found out I was taken in before another person whose appointment was before mine. It was very unorganized snd unsafe!! OMG! Do not go to this place.

Great experience, especially compared to Quest downstairs! Jeff made my nervous daughter comfortable and was very professional. Clean, not crowded air conditioned waiting room, also unlike Quest downstairs.

Keys to success here. 1) make an appointment. People with appointments will go before walk ins regardless of how long they wait. 2) bring all your paperwork. Write down your confirmation numbers, keep all the emails, know your doctor and why you’re there. The staff was nice and I was in and out.

Absolutely terrible front desk. Here now. The man was so nasty. Couldn’t be bothered to speak to me when i walked up. I just wanted an idea of time. Extremely rude. will never come back here again.

Easily the rudest front desk and experience I’ve ever had at a lab. Unfortunately forgot my mask and the lady at the front desk (ugliest human I’ve ever seen) refused to give me one…5 minutes later a man walks in without a mask and they give him one no questions asked. In addition all the employees at the front were sitting their with no masks on. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Quest they’re much nicer.

People there are so unprofessional and not friendly at all, they expecting you to know how their business runs and if you ask a questions is like you bothering them, unfortunately very unprofessional location

I am so upset after visiting this location today. I waited over an hour once I was seen the staff was extremely rude. The one tech was screaming I didn’t urinate enough and had to wait to do it again. When I responded I wasn’t waiting after being embarrassed she held my license hostage until I signed the paper. The other tech chased me down in the hallway to laugh at my that I forgot my license. When I went back in to get it she was still hysterical laughing. I lost a job because how bad my experience was. I had one more day to get my screening complete and left. Go elsewhere this place is horrible. The two employees working should be fired immediately.

Horrible customer service, completely rude & insensitive. Go to another site, the staff here are awful.

It was very difficult to find this location. Noone was able to provide me with proper directions on how to reach the office within the building. The nurse that drew blood from me was very impolite and unprofessional, and left a big bruise on my arm from where the needle was because he had difficulty finding my vein. I will never go to LabCorp ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location. Shame on you for having such rude and disrespectful nurses!

Bad service no indication on what floor or anything, I see why the whole building had low star ratings.

Horrible and rude customer service, long waits even with an appointment. I waited almost an hour to get one small blood test that can be done in 5 minutes. Don’t make the same mistake, go anywhere else.

I went to get lab work done and the door was locked..It seems every time I go there, sometime is not right.Your Commack office SUCKS.... I thought Quest’s was bad, you made them look good....

The staff that works here are completely unprofessional. They have no patient communication skills. I came in to the office, there was absolutely no one waiting, two people at the front saw me come in and went into the back as soon as I came in. About 20 minutes later I knocked on the window and one of the staff came in to the front with an attitude saying not to do that. The Hispanic woman that assisted me was very kind. The colored man was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Will never go back, terrible experience the staff was rude and unprofessional.

One tech extremely kind.. this is for the rude one who was stabbing at my veins so ruff I thought she wad gonna hit bone... sure do wish I knew how to speak Spanish so I would know what smack the rude tech was saying ... no more lab Corp for me

The staff is detached and you better let them know when you have an appointment. Just putting in the sign in form is not enough! They give you excuses as to why they ignore that.

Bad experience..I took my child here to have blood drawn and I could tell right away the technician we were given was not very experienced. She had to tie the band around different arms three times to find a vein and as she was putting the needle in told my child I may have to move it around a bit because your vein is small. She then proceeded to move the needle up and down and around while it was in her arm and the blood was coming out extremely slow. Sensing she may not have put the needle in properly I asked her to call someone over. The other person, clearly more experienced found the vein quickly in her other arm and had to restick her and then the blood flowed quickly as it should have. My child almost passed out through the ordeal and is now terrified to have her blood drawn. I would never use them again.

Firstly, Ive been sitting here watching the girl at the front desk talk to people. No one greeted politely, attitude towards everyone. Nothing but contempt and intolerance to people asking simple questions. Rolling eyes, huffing and puffing.Secondly, an ON DUTY suffolk police officer came in for labwork and was refused due to his firearm

Two hour wait for a 5 minue blood draw! Woefully understaffed.

They lost my sample. My doctor suspects a medical issue and needs results and they lost my sample and I gotta wait another 2 weeks and do everything all over again.How do you lose a sample?

2 hour wait for a 2 minute drug screen. Rude and unprofessional.

WORST IN EVERY WAY. Wait time up to 3 hours. Phlebs think they are brain surgeons because they can draw blood. I am an ER nurse and have never witnessed treatment of patients in the manner they are treated at this lab. I would travel 20 miles out of the way not to use this lab.

Rude and disrespectful instead of being polite. Crowded waiting room not enough seats. Why do you work for lapcorp if you don’t know that you cannot be fishing with a needle in a toddlers arm! THE LADY GOT MAD BECAUSE I TOLD HER NOT TO BE FISHING IN SIDE MY SONS ARM THEN SHE SAID OKAY SO THEN I CANT DO IT COME BACK ANOTHER DAY! IM NEVER COMING BACK AND IM CALLING CORPORATE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO TAKE BLOOD FROM CHILDREN THEN GET MAD BECAUSE ME AS A MOTHER AND NURSE TELLS YOU THATS NOT HOW YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO IT !!!!!
