This was perfect. Great service and communication. I drew an outline in sidewalk chalk on my driveway in case they delivered while I was in a meeting and couldnt come out in person ... and the delivery truck placed it perfectly on the outline ... Great Customer service and Great Price!! Just what I need for a house remodeling.

I never thought Id put dumpster and great customer service experience in the same sentence, but here we are! I called on a Friday morning because my basement flooded and I had some items that needed to be taken out of my house immediately. The people who answered the phone for pickup, and later for delivery, were professional and friendly. The pickup and delivery were both smooth, and I didnt even have to leave my house--they did it all for me! The pickup person even took the time to grab a few pieces of small trash that had rolled under the dumpster, meaning they werent visible until the dumpster was raised onto the truck. The dumpster was clean (well, as clean as a dumpster can be) and was easy to open/close with a good locking mechanism. Ive used a competing dumpster company in the past and only called Bin There Dump That because they opened 1 hour earlier than the competition--and Im so glad I did because BTDT earned my business for life! Would not hesitate to use them again, they were awesome.

Communication was outstanding. I have been using this guys for a quiet a while , and gave them all our business for all our properties. Only once they couldnt reach the tenant to pick up the dumpster they charged me 75$. I will never use them again. because if someone is giving you all that business and would have continued you should waive that fee if it is their first time doing it. Due to a long distance move with very short notice, my husband and I needed to purge quickly. We put in a request for a price quote online for their smallest dumpster and within half an hour, we got a call with a price that we deemed surprisingly affordable. Within an hour, it was in our driveway. We filled it and a week later, it was hauled away with ease. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and we still had some large items that needed taken away. This company is so excellent. The price is amazing and the service is exceptional. I started my order out with the 10 yard dumpster. Ally was in contact with me very quickly to verify my order. Because of my job, I wasnt able to talk on the phone so they were able to text me all the information about the order. They were able to set up my delivery the same day. When Pat arrived with the dumpster we quickly realized my driveway was not compatible with the 10 yard bin. Pat was able to bring me the 6 yard dumpster immediately after taking the 10 yard back as well as adjust the pricing the same day. Everything was so quick and efficient, and they were very adaptable to the changes that had to take place without complaint. Laid down wood plank for the dumpster to reset on and back enough away from the garage door, the doors on the dumpster could easily be opened. It came very clean and in good order.Thanks Bin There! Seemed to be cheaper than the other 2 companies that I researched. They answered their text or phone quickly (a person answering every time instead of a machine!). They dropped off and I called for the early pick up as I was done before 7 days.

They delivered the dumpster same day and after comparing them with other dumpster rentals I liked the fact that it was a flat rate for 7 days versus a price per day. They took my payment over the phone and sent a courtesy text before picking up. It was super easy and convenient!!

The price they say is what you pay no extra charges like I was expecting. I called they had a dumpster here in LESS than 40 min. I’ve had pizzas take longer to get here than that. Called Sunday to be picked up left a message they were here Monday by noon. Will definitely be using them for future projects.

Delivery was a snap and they even put down boards to protect the driveway. Pick up was also amazingly easy. They make sure the load is level and tarp everything off. These folks were the best. Who would have thought of the dumpster industry as professional and customer friendly? Maybe I expected too little. Got the big green bag first. It was too small and a pain to fill and there was a question if they could actually come pick it up. We tried Columbus Dumpster and ended up SAVING money!! Great service.
