Equipment in great condition. Equipment delivered in a very timely manner. Keith Harden was a huge help with everything. Very kind and courteous.

Equipment was delivered on time and in reasonably good working condition. One side of the mower blade system was not turning effectively to work correctly.

I had a weekend project and needed some equipment. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me chose exactly what I needed to get the job done. They were also very lenient with the equipment return time when I had a conflict at work. Highly Recommended.

I have been looking for a porta power to rent. Most folks dont know what it is. I have called all over Columbus, GA and have spoken to some folks that I would not consider acceptable to feed my dogs much less answer my business phone and be the person that I put forth in the public eye. United was totally different. A gentleman named Jim answered and was very helpful. He stated that his company did not rent them but... i should check at the other rental places and he called them by name. He also said for me to check at the auto parts stores because they had loaner programs as well and called them by name. He was aweful sweet and caring and said Good Luck Sir.(Everyone thinks that I am a man with this cold.)Works for me! Thank you sir!
