I got a great deal online and had an excellent experience with the courteous and professional staff at this location. The only hiccup was that our car carrier had a flat tire before we picked it up, which was not noted on their inspection but only seen when I inspected it after loading our car. We picked it up before the office opened that day, and Penske 24/7 roadside assistance came and replaced the tire efficiently for us. We will definitely look to Penske for our moving needs in the future.

I always have a good experience when reserving a truck from these guys. This location is close to OSU campus, so it does get busy between move out and move in, but Ive never had a problem when the vehicle was booked in advance. Attendant is pleasant and helpful, and Penske makes sure the truck I need is ready when I need it.

Make ur resvation online go in pick up ypur truck. Return is just as easy
