Absolutely cant say enough about the Columbus Truck location. These guys make you feel like youre their best customer from the moment you first make contact until you get in to go. Every time Ive made a reservation, it has been honored. If you rent with the non truck Enterprise locations you are well aware of what Im referring to. Of the past 8 reservations with Enterprise, zero times has their been a vehicle available at all. This most recent rental with Enterprise truck, I in no way needed a 3/4 ton Dodge Cummins diesel truck but knowing a vehicle would be ready,clean and would be on my way within 10 minutes max of arriving I did not even entertain making a reservation at a non truck location. Because of the Columbus truck location I finally feel like Im treated as a Enterprise gold plus member. Thanks to all the associates at this branch, what you guys do definitely makes a difference.

So we have everything to rent with some adjustments. Maybe not stellar perfect to enterprises wishes but we had what it takes to rent. No flexibility. Stiff as a board. Dont go here.

I just called this location to enquire about rates and rentals for a box truck for moving. The guy that answered the phone sounded less than pleased to answer the phone. I then asked him about rates for the rentals and he could not give me a pin point answer or information about the trucks. He was not informed at all about his fleet or what his company offers. He then told me that he did not know much about what I was asking because he does not handle the retail side of things. I asked him if there was someone else there that was more knowledgeable about the rates and rentals. He then told me that he is the manager and he was the only one there. This company location was no help at all l, need better training for employees and especially managers.

My wife called ahead to confirm a rental with a military waiver. When we got there, the manager refused to rent any truck, regardless of waiver. This caused us to have to rent from GAINESVILLE to get our household goods moved. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY.

Great customer service!

When I got there to pick up the truck I was sent back and forth and was told that my reservation was for something totally different than what I was wanting and was charged about $150.00 more than my reservation was for. This was the worst customer service Ive ever had. Was not a good experience. We were getting the pickup for a long trip to see my Daddy who was in the hospital in ICU and not doing well at all.
