If they say they are going to do something, make sure you get it in writing. I bought a vacuum there. I told them I needed a floor tool to get under chairs, tables, etc. I was told it came with one or they would provide one. Well it didnt come with one and they didnt have anything in stock that would work, but they would order it and provide it a no charge. Well that didnt happen. I ended up ordering the floor tool online myself, and paying for it. I was told the vacuum, a Riccar, was made in America. I am not one that believes all things made in America are great or all things that are made in China are junk, but if I can support American workers, I do. Well, I went to submit the registration for the warranty and right on the tag where the serial number is, it says made in China. I have had it for a few months now, and overall it is a pretty good vacuum, although I consider a little overpriced for what you get now that I have been using it for awhile.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I was asked to give $300 deposit to leave my embroidery machine to be worked on. Which I thought for a deposit was outrageous, then they charged a $21 tax to that? Who charges tax on a deposit? Anyway I found someone else who could get to my machine faster and said it would only cost $80. So as I went back to get my machine and $300 back, they did everything they could not to give my machine back and refuse to give me my $300 back (said I had to talk to the owner to get my deposit back). The next day I went in to talk to the owner and get my money back; he said we dont give refunds. WOW!!! The only time they touched my machine was to use my hoop to fix another machine like mine. So after some heated debate, they came to an agreement to send me a check in the mail (Im sure just to get me to leave.) Its been over 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive anything in the mail or a phone call explaining where my money is. I will delete or update this post if my money ever shows up. Until then, I hate that I even have to give this place 1 star!!!

Does not deserve a star. Took my Bernina in to get serviced and looked at because it was nesting underneath. The lady who did the service was very pleasant. A few days later I called to find out why my machine was nesting. The lady said she did not know why and would need to get someone with more experience to look at it. Was then under the impression they needed to call someone in. Asked how long I would need to wait, she wasnt sure so I said I would come and get the machine. My husband said to give it another day so when I called back a man answer and was very rude. So when I called the next day the lady told me what was wrong and that I would need to order the part myself and bring it up to be put in. Their vender does not carry the part my machine I needed. Who does business like this? Anyway I went and got my machine and the guy at the store was not very helpful and could careless about what was going on.

Negative 5 stars. Took a singer sewing machine in for a tune up in Feb. Was asked to pay $85 up front.Three weeks later i called to find out the status. Was informed the person who does the work isnt there and they had do idea. I pursued a better answer. Was then informed parts were on order and they had no idea how long it would be before they came in. I asked to be kept informed of the status and delays. Did not receive any information for another 3 weeks. Early April i had a little time off work to go in to check on my machine. Was informed by rude older man that he couldnt find my machine and was only filling in for the owner. Displeased, i stated i left my machine and 85 dollars, i need him to find out more about my machine. He stated, NO NEED TO BE A SMART*ASS.Completely insulted, i asked for him to get the owner on the phone. The owner replied, that doesnt sound like something the guy would say and being an older machine parts are difficult to get. Said he cant make the parts and they dont give refunds. Conversation declined further and i still left without my machine, without my money and a promise id receive a call the next day. The next day i received a call that my part had arrived and machine was fixed and ready for pick-up. I have not picked it up yet due to their very restrictive operating hours. Very odd though how the day prior they were rude and had no idea where the part was or when my machine would be fixed and less than 12 hours later its fixed. Avoid the insults and take your business to anyplace else; even if you have to ship it out. I am surprised this business is still in business

This place really does not deserve a star. I took a 1 1/2 year old Electrolux to them for repair (it would not ever start up). They wanted $60 up front to cover labor and then parts on top of that. I agreed as the vacuum was a gift and I had no dollar investment in it. They called me before I got out of town and said I needed two new circuit boards (app. $150). I agreed and they were to order them. I called them twice over the next week or so and they had heard nothing from the parts. Then, in about the third week, they called to say they could not get the parts but if I could find them, they would put them in. I went back to get the vacuum and it was in pieces in a box. I was out the $60. As a side issue, the technician was pretty much a smart alec to deal with. Dont do business with these folks
