I contacted Kirk for service, he simply sends an invoice saying he completed service without providing an affidavit of service or skip trace report as requested. No word from Kirk for at least three weeks despite numerous voicemails/emails.Use napps.org for out-of-state process servers.

Kirk was fast and professional handling a rush service with only an hours notice. Five stars!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. i contracted with pillar process to do legal service for me a few weeks ago. kevin never called or texted me back when i requested status,and still hasnt. whats worse is that all the reviews for pillar process are obviously false.dont be fooled by a decent looking website. its too bad that ohio doesnt require a license for process servers.its also a shame that i have to give this company even one star.

Pillar Process Service is definitely Ohios premiere process Server and subpoena service in the Ohio area. We have a long standing relationship with this company and our entire Law firm uses their services. I highly recommend Pillar Processes

After the initial email confirming service was perfected, Kirk failed to provide a proof of service, and despite numerous, numerous, numerous phone calls and emails to request the proof of service, Kirk has failed to provide one. An initial Google search of the company address showed a residence so I wasnt sure what to expect. As it turned out they are a small company but extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They served a few Subpoenas Duces Tecum and provided return of service in less than (2) days.

Pillar was very easy to work with. The owner was professional and did not require micromanaging like some of the other companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

Kirk and the folks at Pillar Process made service in a day after a Dayton process server tried for 2 months, then dropped the ball on a summons. Im forwarding your company contact to the other paralegals.
