Very disappointed in Mr Hodge .he took my money and went online to get information that ,I DIDNT NEED, and could have gotten myself..Id never refer him to anyone...I wish I could give NO stars...

C.O.P.S. did an outstanding Job!. I used other process servers in the past but my experience with C.O.P. has been more than satisfied.

I have used this service for years. I know many of their clients because I work in the legal profession. They are always professional and prompt. I highly recommend this company!

Someone from this number called me by accident when he was trying to call the attorney that evidently hired him in a divorce case. I recognized the attorney’s name when he said it, and he eventually did admit that he accidentally called me and then abruptly hung up. That’s already bad enough, to call the wrong person and then and hang up without explaining to the person what’s going on. I asked why he had my number and he just hung up. I called back to find out who he was and why he had my number and he then refused to answer me, sounded defensive and threatened me with harm if I called him back. WOW. I ended up going to the sheriff’s office because I was afraid of what was going on and worried someone had hired him to harm me. Then I am told by my attorney that someone said that I refused paperwork. I never had anyone show up at my door with paperwork. My guess is that this was the same man, that the man was tasked with delivering divorce paperwork to me, then he accidentally called me by mistake, then he either couldn’t find me at home or didn’t want to bother, and then he just said I refused the paperwork, as an excuse, because I never was served nor did I refuse. The way he talked to me on the phone when he called me by accident was disrespectful, threatening, and very unnecessary, and left me concerned for my life. So if you want someone to do dirty work for you, perhaps this is a good place as I bet he is used to it, but don’t expect it to actually get done or for him to not become aggressive or unprofessional in what might be a delicate situation, or expect him to not lie about delivering the paperwork. I got the idea that this person can be as shady as the worst of them. In response to the reply from C.O.P.S. to my review about COPS: The man from C.O.P.S. just made up all that stuff!! He obviously lies about everything. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A DIVORCE CASE, AND THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH STEALING!!! IVE NEVER STOLEN A THING IN MY LIFE NOR DONE ANYTHING ELSE ILLEGAL. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN! Honestly, someone should investigate C.O.P.S. No one who lies like this should be doing this type of work.

The bottom line is that C.O.P.S. got a very difficult job done when no one else could. Rev. Hodge really went the extra mile and I deeply appreciate his work. And the price was a fraction of what the other process servers wanted to charge.

I called for a price quote for service and when I told him I was not going to use him because of his negative reviews, he became belligerent, mean, nasty and vile! I could not believe the stuff that was coming out of his mouth. He has several different names for his companies so beware!

I would not recommend this process server. We actually got took for an additional $70. Let me explain: we received a phone call from Reverend Tony Hodge that he did not receive our first check. We thought a man of God would be someone you should be able to trust so we issued another check without checking with our bank first. We issued a check this time for $70, our first check was for $49.00. We told Mr. Hodge that we would give him extra payment because we felt bad that he never received our first check. So today I get a call that he never received our second check. So we checked with our bank and both checks have cleared our bank. I called Mr. Hodge and faxed him the proof and he told me he had tore our checks up - which is IMPOSSIBLE when they had cleared our bank. When I tried to reason with him he started to explain that he made 3 attempts and charged us for that. Which clearly is untrue because he specifically told me that 3 attempts would be made for $49. When I tried to get him to admit that they had received both our checks he hung up on me. This company is not professional and I would recommend that the wise steer clear.

Terrible service. The guy called me 2x and emailed me 2x to get his payment a day after getting the papers to serve. When I followed up 11 days later on status, i had to send multiple emails to get an update, and he then went out and did the corporate job which was a piece of cake that day. The proof of service he sent back was hand written and looks like a 3 year old handwriting. What a waste of time. Process Servers and Attorneys stay clear.

COPS AGENTS FOUND AND SERVED SOMEONE WHEN THE OTHERS COULD NOT FIND HIM

Very professional I needed paper served they got to it right away very professional they had me sir that served within 48 hours I did my research found out that they donate money to the kids earth temple would use them every chance I got amazing jobs amazing job Kory

Avoid this knucklehead. He signed a sworn affidavit that he served me papers....never happened as I was out of town that day.

The level of unprofessionalism this company provides is indescribable. This company was recently contract for service of process in the Columbus area. 6 days after expiration of my documents, I had yet to hear anything. I called the company for explanation, to which Tony became almost instantly beligerant and spouted a great many dellusional comments, which I care not to list. Once Tony had realized I was in fact the client as stated in the beginning of the first phone call, he called me back and was an entirely different person, feigning humility. He told me 2 attempts had been made on the document, however he had clearly not read the email or document which detailed the expiration date. The company guarantees 3 attempts, when I stated he had failed his contractual obligations and demanded repayment, again the response was nothing but abusive babble. I am now having to move to legal action to pursue repayment. I would not recommend this company for any sort of businesses.

They were very professional and deligent in getting the papers served. I had been trying for months to get this done and its cost me a lot to have to refile my court papers. I wish I had chosen C.O.P.S. first!
