I have used them once for termite treatment and twice on pre-treating new construction homes and they are always responsive, helpful and their prices are VERY fair.

Two professionals from GW were at my home all morning today doing the backbreaking work of renewing our termite bond. And when I say professional, I mean it: they were gracious, courteous, hard-working men. They started by removing everything from our garage and then sweeping the entire floor so clean you couldnt see a bit of anything anywhere...and Im embarrassed to say that this garage had not been swept out for two years, (and we have 4 kids aged 6 and under, so you can imagine what they were up against). When my husband came home this evening he was like, Wow, the garage looks awesome! They then carefully went to work on the surrounding area of the home. 4 hours later, they had everything cleaned up, all the pine straw and plants back in place -- youd never know that they had just dug a trench all around our foundation. We had just renewed this bond with GW without much research, as the previous owners had used them, and Im so glad we did. Two thumbs up for this company so far -- really appreciate how they care for your home like its theirs, and the honest care and courteousness of the employees is so refreshing.

The tech showed up right on time. He was helpful and friendly. We will continue to use them.

What more can you say about a company that gives you a free inspection, quickly and with courtesy and follow up. I had a tenant with what appeared to be water damage but we wanted to make sure. My mom had recommended I call GW. I did, and they were able to come out the next business day. Once the inspection was completed, the called immediately to tell me the results. There was no charge. I really appreciated it and will recommend them to others, or use them myself when the time comes.UPDATE: I had a huge nest of wasps inside the wall. Another company, Knox, came out along with GW. GW was less expensive, faster and went beyond the spectrum of what was expected by doing some extras to make sure the wasps could not return again. Very pleasant and helpful! They will be my goto company for all my extermination needs. I will not be calling around. Thank you Cody and GW for the extremely quick turnaround.2nd Update: Apparently we had an infestation of Elder Box bugs. GW came out quickly and solved the problem. They are always so pleasant to deal with and the turnaround so quick. I appreciate having this company to deal with.

The staff is extremely rude. The receptionist had no problem telling me she was too busy to answer my question and put me on hold. 10 minutes later she returned to the call just to hang up. I gave it one more try only to have an identical experience. Needless to say, I never got the information I was seeking. I called a competitor and was treated with the respect and care a CUSTOMER should. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

These people are not good people to do business with. The guy in charge at the Woodruff branch lied to the Dept of Labor when my husband was thrown from an auger while working for this company, so that they wouldnt have to pay anything towards his unemployment after they terminated his position because his arm was fractured. He offered to do any other kind of work until the 4 weeks were up, but the guy said No, if you cant do that job then we dont need you. -- Thats fine -- but then to lie and say he fired my husband due to poor attendance? Especially when we have the ER visit documentation - dated, and the Dr.s notice-- the only 4 days my husband missed and that was during a weekend as well! Im of the opinion that anyone who would stoop so low on a family at Christmas...are not good people to enter intoa ny sort of contract or business with!

The technician showed up at our apartment pissed off because someone showed up from orkin the day before. He was rude, and cursing every other word. I expect crappy work from this jerk.

Wonderful people and great service.
