This storefront was really cool! I really liked the experience of this place and was really impressed with all the options. The store itself was a little small, but nothing to be upset about, just don’t plan on squeezing like 20 people in the store! I enjoyed my milkshake and was really happy to go to a place like this. Parking was a little confusing as well, but altogether this was a good experience.

Yes! Clintonville Gem! Evening walk to be greeted with smiles and sweets! Photo shows what a manly man of a men orders. Been waiting months to visit for the summer hours. Handmade by the friendly and welcoming staff while we waited outside and relaxed in the summer sunset light.Nice little tables outside to enjoy the rainbow delight, where the staff cleaned the table before we sat and were served.Definitely a place for manly men to enjoy along with kids and the ladies.

I had no idea what monstrosity I was about to embark myself on. The milkshake. It was gargantuan. I saw on the interweb and thought to see in person is a must. The best way to describe is this... objects in picture are larger than they appear. One milkshake could feed 4 easily. I bought 2. 1 for me and 1 for my lady. We had enough shake for 8 people. The reeses shake had : 3 resees cups (maybe 4) a candy bar, an ice cream bar, candy coated reeses pieces edges, like 6 or 7 reeses coated pretzels, and 4 cookies. Im not complaining at all because it cost 15 bux, you get your moneys worth. This should be a food challenge to complete this alone before it melts. I failed, but this was by far the best ice cream experience Ive ever had and likely will not be topped.

What a charming little ice cream and candy shop! I got the birthday cake dream, and OMG it was so beautiful and delicious!! For the price, you get almost 4 desserts in one. In hindsight, we should of shared, but thats what stretch pants are for. Each topping was fresh and including popcorn, a pop tart, a slice of cake, confetti pancakes, a rice crispy treat, and a cookie and they were ALL very fresh on top of a milkshake. Expect to wait a little longer, since they are creating masterpiece! The staff was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Location is great for people watchers and extroverts alike. Awesome experience 😁

We went in for the extreme shakes but decided to get something else because the woman that worked there just kept saying how long it would take (30 minutes plus 15 more minutes for each shake). I felt like we were an inconvenience. We shopped around, as the store was very cute. I then stood at the counter ready to order as the workers said nothing. Another worker reappeared from the back and walked right past us and started making shakes, she finally turned around and asked us if we were ready to order (we were the only ones in store). I considered leaving but didnt want to upset the kids. We ordered a cone and a shake. The shake had a weird taste, my son didnt like it. We wont come back. Customer service is lacking.

This is a cute and unique place that youd be hard pressed to find anything else like it. This place would probably blow any childs mind.Unfortunately, the price for the extreme shakes is pretty steep. I get that its a lot of work but 15 dollars for a small milkshake with some hostess cakes on top of the lid is really steep. Also the extreme shakes just dont have a price next to them so I didnt know I was paying that much till I got to the register already. Half of the rest of the menu just didnt have prices either? Also the amount of time it takes to make them is pretty crazy. I was the first in line and it still took 15 to 20 minutes to make the extreme shake. I couldnt imagine how long itd be if people were in front of me. Going into an ice cream place, you kind of expect to be in and out.All in all, I couldnt give a place so unique any less stars, but there is definitely a lot of room for streamlining from a customers point of view.

Very over-the-top milkshakes and we *loved* them. Had the Cookie Monster and the Smores. Wow. They do take a while to create so maybe the lower reviews reflect that? Definitely better and tastier than some of the raters suggest. Will def go back to try more of their creations.

Amazing!!! The treats were really tasty and made with so much care! The people running the shop were so friendly and kind they even offered to wash the take-home Keepsake mug before we left since we had made a complete mess. This is a fun activity that everyone can enjoy together!

This past weekend we went to Libby Lou’s for the first time. We both got extreme shakes and an order of Bosco sticks. The shakes were amazing. I ordered the Buckeye Shake and it came with what tasted like a homemade brownie with peanut butter icing. My friend ordered the Oreo version and it was incredible as well. The prices are extremely affordable and overall I was impressed by the value. There’s a ton of options too. There truly is something for everyone here. The staff was so friendly and helpful too. The shop is very small so right now it’s limited to 4 customers total. We didn’t have any issue with that. I will certainly be back and I recommend everyone visit !

It was a fun experience and especially good for an Instagram pic, but the ice cream isnt all that special especially for the crazy and expensive price of $15 for each specialty Extreme milkshake. There are too many other GREAT confectionery shops around Columbus with many more friendly menu prices.

I was very disappointed when I visited your shop. First of all there is no place to eat the ice cream with no seating inside and only 2 tables on the sidewalk in the sun.The staff was more interested in talking to each other than helping the customers. The request for exact change or credit cards carried a 4% charge. When our ice cream was finished there was no place to eat it. Realistically, how can this business prosper without any forethought into the planning. I will not return.

Waited 45 min for an undrinkable milkshake they stuck a piece of cake on top of the lid, called it an extreme shake and charged $15 for it. Go to white castle and get a good shake and stick your own piece of cake on top of the lid faster and cheaper. PS they had three orders and this is why they were so backed up.

Waited for 30 mins for one drink that was 15 dollars. Couldnt sit anywhere bc all the tables were dirty with trash underneath. Super small space that is disorganized and chaotic. One employee seemed to be the only one actually working. Drove two hours, not worth the trip.

My smores sundae was too sweet and not worth it. I was hoping its have good flavor and be more high end/ less generic. Would be better if you used marshmellow fluff, more graham cracker and cinnamon. Instead it seemed like vanilla ice cream, chunks of something, tiny hard β€œmarshmellows” a tiny bit of graham cracker powder, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. The menu was way too big and not explained properly. Also got a pina colada shake and it was meh. For 6 and 7 dollars definitely better spent elsewhere.or just take these off the menu.

Worst service ever!! We ordered 1 shake, 1 drink, 1 ice cream cone, and a pretzel. There were no customers besides my group. It took 30 minutes to receive the worst ice cream and shakes that we have ever had. It cost $30 for the worst service and food ever. This is the first time we have tried this place, and the last time we will be back. The manager, Jesus, made a lot of excuses for the delayed order, the lack of items we paid for, and tried to charge us more to replace things they were out of. He kept saying they were under trained- I don’t think the customers should suffer because the owner doesn’t know how to train the employees.

Libby Lous Fun Factory is just that - FUN! We went for the extreme shakes that they have, but ended up getting apple nachos as well. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go! Their extreme shakes are topped with a variety of treats. The one we got was a peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream. The Snickers Apple Nachos were covered in chocolate and cut up candy bars. The perfect combination! Everyone working was incredibly nice and I would definitely go back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and sweet treat!

Placed an online order at 830am to be ready at 1200. I received a confirmation email stating my order will be ready at 1205. I get there at 1210 and the woman was extremely rude telling me it would take 45 minutes and she confirmed that. I again told her my confirmation email says 1205. I completelyUnderstand it takes time to make them, which is why I placed the order 4 hours ahead. The shakes were delicious but they woman was extremely rude and unfortunately I will not return. Being talked to like that is not worth the $85 I paid for the shakes.

We were so excited to try Libby Lous. We went on a mid Friday afternoon to avoid crowds. We were only 1 of 2 customers. We were there for over an hour waiting on our order. Staff made food after using the register and not changing gloves. Apparently the only register went down, which we totally understand. Its awful when electronics dont work, however no one communicated with us, offered any explanation on what we were waiting so long for, or apologized. 2 of the 3 things we ordered were not very good. Parking is a nightmare, and the store is very cramped. We were VERY disappointed, and wont be going back.

The shakes are to die for(only reason they got a 2nd star), but I typically rate if I’ll be coming back to a business on how they treat their customers, and the customer service left me feeling like I was just there to give them my money and get out. My partner ordered the dairy free vanilla (which was delicious) but she asked for Oreos and had to genuinely argue that Oreos don’t have dairy in them with the owner (which is true for most Oreos look it up). In the end she was left with a dairy free, Oreo-less, scoop of vanilla ice cream and a feeling of remorse after walking there and spending $5 on a scoop, which in our case ruined the flavor of ice cream. Probably won’t be back and would not recommend to my friends purely on how we were treated. Also they acknowledge it on their website, but be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your shakes. They’re pretty great just take a while to make.
