Matt was our technician who was so helpful and professional. I was blown away at how quickly they were able to get here and how smooth the process went. My kids had lost my car keys and the windows had been down and of coarse it had rained significantly. After a week of looking for the keys unsuccessfully we read the reviews of several different locksmiths and snap crack lived up to the reviews. Very happy! Definitely worth it and so reasonably priced!

I liked the person I booked the appt. with on the phone, but mainly I liked the tech that showed up (in 15 minutes) to do the work (Davin). Confident without being cocky. I think he likes and takes pride in his work. No ceremony; he’s just “on it”.He recognized my 100 year old hardware. Mine was not a typical lost key situation; it was an outer storm/screen closed with switch set to prevent the knob from turning. Opening took ingenuity. Davin got it without damaging the door, using tools I had at my disposal but would not have succeeded in applying to this situation.

So very disappointed, I had them out in December to change a lock on a side door On my garage that I rarely use. I actually had them do an additional lock while they were here. Service was great, tech was great. I needed to get in the same door a few weeks ago and the lock was faulty. Key turns but wouldn’t unlock, thankfully we got the garage door to open. Called to report problem today and the parts warranty is only 30 days. I wish they would have told me to try the lock multiple times in the first 30 days, I have just never had problems with a door knob/lock before. The locks we have on our home are 20+ years old. Very disappointed they don’t stand behind the parts. Initial service was great if they are just opening a door but don’t let them replace any lock/doorknob without their unreliable parts. So very disappointed!!

Alex from Snap & Crack really went above and beyond. We just moved into a new house and needed to change the locks, so we made an appointment. First, Alex called to let me know that he’d be early, and again when he arrived. He worked quickly and was easily able to replace all three locks, including a smart lock system. He made several useful suggestions, and cut spare keys for us on the spot. He was even able to straighten out a bent car key for us. Absolutely top-notch, would highly recommend.
