We used Builders Trash Service when we were having our house remodeled, and they were exceptional! We had to have the dumpster switched out several times due to so much work, and they always did so in a timely manner. We never had any problems with them and all of the staff we had the pleasure of working with were super friendly. Would definitely use this company again!

Poor management, bounce checks of employees. Hiring new employees at a higher pay rate than existing staff to weave out unwanted employees. Welders get no safety equipment. Current management has no regard for employees, only for milking as much money out of the company as they can. Picture is from when I worked under good management. Mike Neri, Michael lanham. I have been using their service for years and have absolutely no complaints. Drivers are courteous and polite. No reason to call anyone else.

Not a customer, but was fortunate enough to deal with Mike the operations manager on an unfortunate situation. Some debris came out of a rolloff dumpster on the back of one of their trucks and cracked the windshield on my car. After getting ahold of Mike no questions asked covered a windshield replacement next day. Pleasant, polite, and stepped up and did the right thing. If they operate their business with such integrity, I wouldnt be afraid to be a customer!

One of their drivers lost a very large piece of scrap metal off his truck this morning driving down Broad street in Pataskala, almost hitting me and another car. I was in a convertible and it easily could have killed me.At least 3 cars tried to get him to stop. He wouldnt. The second time I was beside him at a light he flipped me off. He then got on 270 without ever checking that his load was secure.This company should fire this driver. If it doesnt, be afraid any time you see their trucks.
