Terrible, terrible company. Contacted them to remove catalpa tree that branch had broken in my backyard. I sent photos to make sure they removed the correct tree, and stated location behind the white fence. We were closing on our home in a few days and the tree had to be removed immediately, plus it was dry rot so afraid it could fall. I had to work that day, so they went to remove the tree without anyone home. When I came home from lunch, I found them in my backyard removing my 25 year old maple tree. I nearly fainted, the workers stated Scott would return my call to resolve this issue. Scott totally ignored me, and we had to pay to have both trees removed before closing on our home. Everybody knows how difficult it is selling a home, let alone dealing with a scam artist in the process. Please do not use this company, also check the BBB, he was also involved with a scam in North Carolina where he was over charging people after a severe storm that they experienced. Terrible, terrible, terrible.....The tree with the broken branch is the catalpha tree with broken branch, the other pics are of the beautiful maple that they hacked and I had to pay to have it removed as well. The closing became challenging when all this happened, and we were not compensated one dime ! The guys standing by the maple is the company I had remove the catalpha and maple tree. Costly to say the least....Dont lie Scott we even came to your office and you hid behind your desk.

The only reason I gave one star is that I had no option to put 0 stars in my review. We received no bill until months later when they are threatening us with collections and liens and having some ridiculous law firm calling us to make said threats. And now that it has been paid he is saying that he did not receive it. This is all besides the fact that all they were asked to do was cut up and remove a tree that had fallen over in our back yard, the bill was for over $2,000. I will never use this service again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to either.
