MSO is truly a great company I truly feel taken care of and part of a family - as that is how the recruiters treat their healthcare professionals - transparent and honest is how I feel this company operates - I work alongside the best and feel highly taken care of.I recommend!

My recruiter is calling me and threatening me. I never said that I would cancel my contract but was threatening me and another nurse. Telling us that we would be audited by the government and other insane things while trying to bully us. I do not know who to call. I left a message with someone to return my call and then he called me threatening again because I called there. Stay away!

This agency is overall strange. Recruiters call me several times a day reiterating the same details we’ve already spoke of. Too friendly, seems as if they want to be more of a friend than a actual recruiter. It’s like they don’t realize I work 3/12s & am exhausted most of the time. In my down time, I just want to relax with my friends & family. Not worry about my recruiter calling me to speak about nonsense for 2+ hours. Not to mention, I found out my recruiter wasn’t paying me fairly - my fellow travel RN’s we’re getting paid more than me from the same agency? & when I asked my recruiter about it, she had no answers and changed the subject. Last contract I will take with them. Pro tip: make sure you call different agencies & compare the pay rates & benefits before signing a contract.

My recruiter is wonderful. Ive had great pay packages. Dont need benefits, so cant speak about those. Back to back assignments since 8/2013. Very happy. Sorry others experiences arent as good, but hey, I love MSO!

Terrible. My recruiter calls me 10 times a day to “ update “ me but there’s never an update. Just her harassing me about my life details... seems like they want to be my friend more than actually get me a travel contract.

Please stop texting me. I am not a nurse, am not in medical, and I dont know how MSO got my information. I get multiple text from recruiter weekly and have asked them all to stop with no response. Specifically, Justine is the problem. Fix it. Hire people who believe in listening to the people they are reaching out to and not just trying to make a placement.

I have worked for MSO since SEP 2013 & have enjoyed back-back assignments thru OCT 2014. Never any problems with my pay; always got great support with any issues; staff was always professional, & my recruiter was (is!) the best! Of course, you must make sure you understand your contract - thats a given. Ask questions! Never make assumptions - & benefits are always expensive - whether you pay for them or the company pays for them. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, eating new foods, sight seeing. And most of all, I enjoy taking care of patients & Operating Room Nursing!

Absolutely horrible experience with working with an agent in this company. He would call, text, email me at least 15 times a day. One day he called my phone 11 times within one hour! I was at my grandfathers burial and he still did not care and was extremely rude! Horrible customer service and I would never recommend this company.

Shady company, contract is too simplistic, leaving you in the dark about a lot of important issues; poor communication with assignments.

Be sure you read your very restricting contract before you accept any job. No life insurance, health insurance very expensive with huge deductible, need TB skin test before each new contract. The contract has numerous ways to penalize you. Just read the contract before you discuss or accept a job. It may suit you.
