I have this guy my laptop last week. All that needed to be done was the charger port. He ordered the part witch arrived Thursday but apparently it was his birthday and he wanted to skip a day and not fix my laptop. He told me that and I said it was fine but I need it by Saturday because I’m moving out of state and I’m not leaving without my laptop. It is now Sunday and I haven’t heard from him since Thursday. He is not answering calls or the door. I just had to call the cops to help me retrieve my property!

He was very up-front and honest. He found the replacement part that I needed right in front of me so I knew how much it cost and there were no hidden fees. The repair quality was excellent and I havent had any complaints so far (now over 6 months later). I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will do so again.

My experience with One Hour Response was definitely a 5-star experience. Chris was extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, upfront, and just a great guy all around. Most of all, the price he charged for my computer fix was unbelievable. I called and even visited most of the computer repair service locations in the Columbus area just to get an idea of their price estimates and they were all higher than what One Hour Response offered. Some places even wanted to charge twice as much for the repair. What made my experience with One Hour Response even more perfect was the fact that Chris ended up having to do more repairs and put in more time fixing my computer than what we both expected when I initially brought my computer to him to fix. Not only did he complete these repairs in a timely manner, he communicated the issue to me precisely and did not charge me a dime extra for the additional labor and cost of repairs. He stuck to the original price he proposed me. This type of service was amazing and I am very thankful for One Hour Response and Chriss help. My computer is perfect now and running even better than it did when I purchased it five years ago. To not go to One Hour Response and use another computer repair service in Columbus would be, in my opinion, a very poor financial decision. I had been having random crashes with my gaming computer for over a year. I went to one hour response, and he sat down and we did diagnostics on the computer for about an hour. He cleaned my computer, improved performance dramatically, and told me what the problem was. Because he could not fix it that day, as I needed a replacement gpu, there was no charge. I decided to use Chris because it was the first thing that popped up when I googled computer repair. His reviews were great so I decided to try it out as my computer would only give me a black screen during start up. He was great with in 5 minutes he new what it was my hard drive had gone bad. But not only did he try everything to fix it first before saying he would need to give me a new hard drive he explained everything he was trying to do. In the end I did need a new hard drive and he had one on hand to fix it that day. All in all it took him about two hours to have my computer up and running like it was brand new again and he installed all the programs I needed as well. He is very good priced and very professional I will use his services from now on if I have an issue with a computer.
