My companys IT needs are no longer a burden because of GCS Electronica, and instead our technology is now one of our best assets. I was referred to them by a client of mine who has been working with Fabricio for over 4 years. However, I still did a great deal of due diligence before hiring them because we had a not-so-great experience with another IT firm. We were really tired of the empty promises about being proactive and optimizing our network. Response times were poor and sometimes the engineers were impatient with my team. We knew we needed a new vendor, but wanted to make sure we were making the best choice so we would havent to go through the same thing again.

Ive had the worst experience with this company.Ive had multiple dvr replacements.and camera. Every time they find a reason to why its our fault by saying we had a power surge,our house must of been struck by lightening Every time wanted to charge us for new equipment. ..I now have cameras out and they have been coming out for an appointment that was scheduled and confirmed for 2 weeks now..and still nobodys has showed up or responded to my calls or text...so technically I wouldnt give them any stars...

I had been trying for 3 months to get my 8 channel dvr and outside cameras to work properly, as they have been malfunctioning. I called and emailed 3 companies, including the company that installed my system. No one ever replied.I just happened to see Fabricio on W Broad St yesterday, and was able to get his attention and he pulled over. I was hoping to make an appointment for him to come to my house. I was elated when he offered to come over at that moment after we talked and I told him about the issues with my system.He came to my house and in less than an hour had my system working perfectly, and better than when it was installed, as he put in one item that is 10 times better than the original. It has now worked perfectly for the first time in many months.I would highly recommend Fabricio for your surveillance needs and would not waste time calling anyone else.Extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and a great guy.

Highly recommend! As someone who owned a tech business I have very high expectations in this field and they exceeded them. I met with 3 different companies at my house before deciding to go with GCS Electronic. They werent the absolute cheapest but they were very competitively priced and they were by far the best.Fabricio are great to work with and they get the job done right. They dont just route cables and mount cameras in the easiest places, they take time to work with you, get your feedback and they install it professionally so that it comes out really clean. They did an 8 camera install w/ DVR, plus network and coax to all TVs on a two story house. They are very accommodating with scheduling too. After everything was in, Fabricio helped configure everything in the online portal and showed me how to use it. Im recommending them to all of my friends!!
