Hands down the best drive through car wash experience Ive ever had. Never thought one would top another because they all have the same basic services, in my opinion. I had an issue with my side mirror being loose. Their customer service to help me get through the wash with no damage meant more to me than the service of the wash itself as I love my Mustang and cringe when anything happens to it. Thank you to the gentleman who was patient and courteous on going above and beyond.Also, the wash, perfect. The vacuums, have intense suction. Clean parking lot and complimentary rags and spray for use. I give this place and staff 10 stars, but 5 is the most I could give.

They advertise this as the best car wash. We have been to every car wash in town and I must say, I can’t disagree. My car appears to be more glossy after running through the Tidal Wave compared to the others. This car wash is also more organized than some whose names I won’t mention. Club members get in and out very quickly compared to some that have more than one line and no special line for their club members. I’ll never use the others again.

When Tidal Wave first opened up they took great pride in getting bugs off of the front of vehicles and side mirrors. No longer is this the case and this was the reason I left the competition. Not only am I no longer getting the same quality service, I was willing to go out of my way to the location versus staying in the same area. Now all that happens is a wet soapy solution gets slapped on the vehicle but not scrubbing actually occurs. I must say I used to be excited to get both our vehicles washed but now am contemplating leaving.

The employees are so courteous and the windows came out great. I dont know what they put on them or if they put anything but it rained on our way home to Atlanta and the rain just beaded up and rolled off the windows.

Its very quick and does a awesome job. Plus the staff there is very friendly and pay very good attention to detail plus if you have some spots on your car that need extra attention theyre more than willing to help

Bought the most expensive car wash they had. Cool experience with the colored lights. They use a lot of soap and the rain-x coat so that worked well. Unfortunately it wont get all the bugs and hard to get grime out but decent for maintaining a clean car. Free vacuums and rags after the wash. Wish they had armor-all rags or car scents to purchase .

This is the only place I will go in Columbus! Wes, the manager, went above and beyond. Thanks so much for taking the extra time to make sure my vehicle was clean!

I had high hopes for this car wash. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. We waited 45 minutes for a wash and paid $25 for the highest tier wash. After we left our truck was still filthy. Wasted money and wasted time. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Awesome car wash! The staff are very helpful and quick to tell you that you are not allowed to brush (pre-clean) your own vehicle. Anyway, I will always use tidal wave.

It is a good place. The kids there work really hard and your car will come out great. The issue is whoever owns this facility on Veterans has fired their staff recently. The new people their have had zero training and it’s of no fault of their own. I have sat multiple times, asa Prefered, express customer, in line because the computer at the gate seems to be not important once they have your monthly payment, which by the way if you use your debit card for a wash, it’s logged in their computer and automatically charges you the monthly fee without your consent.

Great service. We had a billing problem, and Neysa at Veterans Parkway was so patient & helpful in straightening it all out. She is to be commended for her professionalism & hard work. We also talked to the home office & got the same great service.

It’s a fine car wash but their google page says detailing and they don’t do it. I waited for like 15 minutes in line because they have no exit.

Unfortunately the place is slipping. It often happens when businesses get too hott too fast. Car still dirty after a tier 3 wash. No prep people to scrub prior to entering washer on my visit. A thin nozzle attachment for narrow areas of car would be great. I believe its scratching my car but cannot prove it.

Wanted to personally thank Neysa! Part of my mirror came off and she had no problem hopping in there and grabbing it for me. My anxiety was sky high over it but she was friendly and didn’t hesitate a second.

In addition to the great value for a car wash, Tidal Wave on Veterans Pkwy also has a very accommodating staff. Last month, while vacuuming my car, I accidentally hit the lock button on the passenger side of my car. I realized this once Id closed the door and none of the other doors would open. My keys and cell phone were in the car. Explaining my situation to the manager, Mr. Jason Harris, he allowed me to use his cell to call my insurance company and let me stay in the warmth of the car washs office (it was chilly in Columbus that day). Even when he had to leave, he made sure that his staff knew about my situation and they were willing to help as well. Hours after calling roadside assistance, I was able to get on my way. I really appreciated the exemplary customer service shown by Tidal Wave!

Great quick car wash and decently priced.

When Title Wave came to Columbus I right away canceled my Goo Goo account and signed up with theirs. After using them for about 7 months I am starting to see a decline in service.Yesterday I went there, and they already have a broken sign in the wash, and the tire shine machine did not work. This is a new building, why so many break downs. Not too long ago the buffing wheel did not work.Hope fully they get that fixed quick, but one thing I can say that I liked Goo Goo had was truly unlimited car washes. I travel a lot, and after driving for hours and getting bugs all over my car I usually take it to the car wash. Well If I used it here in town and drive to Macon and get bugs all over my car I have to let them sit on my car until the next morning to go get cleaned off. Bring true Unlimited and I will be happy.

I really enjoyed it, i have been using since they moved to that location. 1 BAD is they mever have ari freshners or they never offer. Its a disappointment. I should have a clean exterior/ interior vaccumed and a fresh smelling vehicle.

Hit or miss. I paid $20 and had a terrible wash that left my car looking dirty after it went through. I tried again a month later and paid for $10 wash and it was sparkling clean safe they actually had two people there with scrubber brushes to get the back of my car. Ill try a third time and hopefully the first time was just a fluke!

The cheapest wash is $10, which is more expensive than others around here. However, the wash is good and includes RainX in the rinse. Window cleaner and microfiber towels are provided in the vacuum area.

Great wash for the price (25) and has unlimited vacuum. They do have a monthly price that you can pay and get unlimited washes as well.

My fiancé and I went to the veterans parkway location today because the one we usually use (on Miller road) was very busy. I cannot express how insanely different the two locations are in terms of quality. The workers were rude, didn’t greet us like the ones at the other location did, some guy who didn’t even work there was socializing with the workers and wouldn’t stop staring at me. Made me very uncomfortable. They were out of rags for wiping down the car. But the few we found smelled like mildew.My fiancé asked if one of guys could spray down his floor mats and the guy didn’t even look at him but just said “you can do it yourself” very rudely.I recommend using the one on Miller road. Much nicer staff, plenty of parking spots for cleaning, and ive never had an issue with their cleaning rags. I never leave bad reviews and I hate that I sound like a Karen writing this but it was so upsetting and disappointing.

Paid $12.00 for my car wash and it was not that good. Wash was mediocre and the Tire shine didnt last long at all and basically none of the vacuums worked. I moved my vehicle to try a different vacuum and they still did not work. Tried running my car mats through the mat cleaner and it did not work either. I will definitely find a different car wash to use next time I am in Columbus.

Unfortunately I must leave a response to warn others. In December of 2020 I became a member and started taking my 2020 black tahoe here in hopes to keep it clean. After 4 weeks I started noticing scratches left all over. Long story short the rollers that wash your car completely destroyed the exterior paint job on my tahoe. I canceled immediately after. If you have a black truck or car, don’t use this machine.

The machines do a pretty good job. The humans, not so much...I rated it a 4, because $25 is a bit much for the works...

I am a fast pass member and love this car wash! I use it at least once per week. They provide all of the supplies (including an unlimited amount of towels) to clean the inside of your car. Recently a small part came off of my suv while inside the car wash. Jason (site manager) and Dante were so helpful and took care of everything very professionally. I highly recommend this car wash!

What an amazing place came in with a super dirty car, Juan was under the umbrella scrubbing cars then i pulled up he welcomed me with a great smile and so much energy,his shirt was so sweaty but he did not stop scrubbing he took his time with my hood and bumper and left it brand new again. this quality of work made me sign up for the monthly membership plan. This is called quality workers at its fullest.

Service is dropped off dramatically, no assistance and you cant get the employees to assist anymore.

Came here to wash my car today.. there were employees standing around while one young lady was scrubbing and pulling the cars into the wash by herself. She did a great job while the others did not help. She still had a smile on her face which is the reason I will be back! Hopefully they will fix the team work soon! Great wash other then that.

Honestly one of the best car wash I’ve ever been too here in Columbus. It’s inexpensive, quick, and clean. One of a kind car wash being run by a group of young guys determined to clean your car! you guys rock it even with the line long.

I have terminated all my accounts due to the new manager at this location as he was rude and disrespectful today. The manager specifically grabbed items out of the bed of the truck without the permission of the company driver. The manager was belligerent and obnoxious towards my employee and myself.

Update -- This place is going downhill fast. Its still good, just not nearly as good. Original friendly and efficient employees gone and now surly and unhelpful folks working there. No more free air fresheners -- must have just been breaking the bank giving those out? -- and when I asked for one, they told me the air freshener was in the tunnel and just to keep my vents open? What BS is that. And it seems like somethings always broken -- wheel shine this week, soft dry the next week, etc. -- but its still the most convenient one for us or we wouldnt go any more.I joined the Tidal Wave auto spa club monthly unlimited washes club. The unlimited service is cheaper then Goo Goo and much better as well. I drive a truck and it gets dirty and Goo Goo has no way to clean the wheel wells and running boards. Tidal Wave auto spa has pressure wands at the entrance and they always spray off the running boards and the wheel wells. My truck comes out looking a lot cleaner, nicer, and dryer for less money than at Goo Goo. Go Tidal Wave.

What a value! The prices might be a little higher from other competitors around Columbus but this is such a better bang for your buck! The extras in the actual washing of the car and the outside amenities are outstanding. The attention to detail when employees wash the windows (front and back) regardless of how busy they are goes to show the quality of care they have at Tidal Wave. The employees are always friendly and very attentive. I have gone 3 or 4 times now and they have always greeted me with a welcome back! A membership is a must, in my opinion, this is were the real savings come into play, I went twice and the membership paid for itself. Lets talk vacuums,I think they are the strongest around town. Microfiber towels are there for your use with window cleaner AND goo gone for any sticky situations you might discover. The automated rim cleaner is excellent, now it may not get into the nooks and crannies but look at the time you have saved! Just a two minute job to finish up all the tires and you are off to the races! Tidal Wave Auto Spa of Columbus has a member for life!

This car wash has been outstanding. Driving all the way from Texas to fort Benning I had a ton of bugs on my TAHOE. I decided to give it a try this pass saturday. I pull in and you get welcome and they try to sell you a membership I have to say that Mr Santiago got me and I ended up purchasing a monthly pass sounds to good to let it go. Then I moved to the other guys and they scrubbed the load of my window and bumper. they made sure it was gone. great job guys. the tunnel smell very good I dont know hat it was. the extra towels and spray outstanding. will be back for sure

I decided to try someplace different than GooGoo as thier monthly memberships are too expensive. Tidal Wave seems to have a better wash, could be because its brand new! Vacuums work well and there were microfiber available if you wanted to spray wax your vehicle afterwards, which I loved! The absence of the all important free air freshener was noted; but for me, is a easy trade off for as many cloths as I need to wax! All in all this quick car wash is a cant lose investment in your ride!

This was our first time washing both cars and it was awesome! The staff and manager was so nice discussing the Club membership fees. This car wash is our new place to get our cars clean! They even provide the towels and spray so you can clean your tires,windows,inside your car,etc... The car wash was awesome! I love the Rainex on sprayed on the windows and the clean smell inside my car after we came out of the wash!😊We will definitely be back and we will sign up for the monthly membership.

Great car wash. There were a lot of workers to help if needed. My car got super clean and shiny and I got the basic wash. I love that there are free vacuums and they also have spray and microfiber towels for free to use to clean your interior! Will return!

I dont usually write reviews, and this was about a month or two ago, but I thought I needed to warn others.This car wash had a lot of stuff to help you clean your car which was great. However, later that day, I realized that the car wash had scratched my trunk lid and the edge of my car. I thought I could remove all of the small scratches with a rubbing compound. After trying this, I got some out, but the scratches are still noticable. Great amenities, but Id rather wash it at home than scratch up the paint.

My car came out very clean! Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed.

No manager on site and the teenage employees allowed a raised truck with a roof cargo carrier to go thru. It got stuck and then everyone had to back out and while the subject vehicle was backing out his roof tore off part of the washing machine. The teenagers were about to allow to restart and I had to tell them that all the cars were about to get severely damaged. Complete incompetent by the owner allowing teenagers without adult supervision. I will be cancelling my membership!

I went in for a quick wash after getting upsold to the members package (good deal even with out the first month being only 9.99 normly 39.99) but was happy to pay the prices get to the wash spot and was told no I cant use there wash because I have a front bumper issue never had a problem any where else.

We paid for their most expensive car wash ($25) and our car had major dirt streaks all over it after the wash. Our car was not even that dirty before we went in. Their most expensive car wash couldnt even get dirt off my car. Waste of money and time, dont go here. Management was zero help and didnt care.
