Went here for a car wash as my car is really dirty after been driving in snow. I wanted the basic 9 dollar car wash but it didnt give me an option to do so. So I paid 13 for the best one they have and it failed to clean my car the way it said it would including the rims and my car itself. A waste of money. My car was pretty dirty going it but its still dirty going out considering the 13 dollars I paid. Charge will be disputed as soon as it stops pending. The pictures are how my car looked after the wash. It doesnt even look like its been washed.

After using this car wash a handful of times—with no complaints beyond the confusing garage layout—I’ve finally experienced issues in line with other reviewers. Today I paid, entered the wash and the automated voice said “exit the wash” repeatedly. It never began and I left after waiting for several minutes, fearing I may get trapped inside. There’s not an easy way to contact a real human if needed (the number for the garage directs you to email). Such a shame given it’s conveniently placed for downtown dwellers. Hopefully I can get my money back somehow…

I’ve been stuck in this car wash twice and will never go to this wash again. The first time I sat and waited for someone to come let me out for 45 minutes. Today I pushed the call button for help and no answer. I thought this was a really convenient location for a car wash considering it’s the only wash down town. Today confirmed It’s not worth the hassle.

They have a horrible backup plan. After we paid and the machine told us to proceed, it failed to open the door to get a wash. We went back to the kiosk for assistance and it had us call the front desk, who was only able to put in a request to maintenance. The first time maintenance didn’t get back to us, so we called twice. At one point we decide to leave and put in a dispute with the bank later, but we couldn’t get out because we already used our parking stub for the car wash and the assistance button on the gate didn’t work. All-in-all, we’re trapped in this garage for nearly a half hour and went home with a dirty vehicle.

Very confusing at first. Very expensive compared to other places. But in a great and convenient place

The car wash itself is probably the best touchless one in the area... However, its managed by a real estate company that clearly has better things to do than worry about $13 refunds.I called a total of four times after the car wash door failed to open. The first I spoke to a woman advised the wash was broken and had maintenance let me out of the garage. I called back requesting a refund and was told she would leave a message for the manager.Nobody called me for a few days, so I called again and reached their off-hours receptionist, who left another message. A week passed, so I called again. This time I spoke with a manager who said they would be mailing me a car wash code (didnt give me an option for a refund). Today has been 11 days since (nearly a month total) with nothing to show for it.

If you need a car wash in the city, look no further. Open 24 hours a day, Ive only ever ran into one other person using it when I went. Make sure the wash is empty before you put your ticket in, but other than that, its the easiest thing in the world. Relax and play your favorite music.

Easy once you go through the garage the first time (dont cut the turn at the bottom of the ramp too quick!). A little premium over some other local lasers but its really fast and cleans our rear ends better.

Going into the Car Wash is a bit confusing... enter Parking Garage through the far LEFT gate from Long Street, get ticket, follow arrows, give back ticket at first kiosk then selection wash options in second kiosk.I selected the $13 option -- a bit pricey, but I was VERY impressed when I got home (a mile away)... cleaned the dried bird droppings off and a near spotless result! Very fast and quiet. It would be AWESOME if they had an unlimited monthly rate like Moo Moo!

Top notch TOUCHLESS wash. My car has a spoiler that covers the window which leaves a swatch that never gets clean with a regular beater wash. While its a buck or two more expensive than suburban washes, I live downtown so I save time going here. Its also 24/7. Follow the carwash signs, loop around, use your ticket to unlock the wash.

As far as the wash goes, its ok, not great. Left some spots on my car untouched and dirty, like the side view mirrors. Its very confusing entering the car wash. I had to drive around the block a couple of times before I figured out how to enter. The neon carwash sign is actually over the exit which is of no help. You have to pull a ticket to the entrance of the parking as if you were going to park in the parking garage, and then follow the signs around till you come to the carwash itself. If I just had to wash my car in the middle of the night I would probably use it again since its 24 hour, otherwise I will probably continue to use a MooMoo.

Contrary to what it may seem, this car was IS open to the public. With that out of the way, this is an outstanding touchless wash. I prefer these types because they dont scratch or dull your cars paint the way a wash with brushes does. Unfortunately, many touchless places dont get your car very clean, but this one does. It is a bit more expensive than some other places further away, but I think its worth it. I think the best value is the mid range wash FWIW.
