Very professional and friendly. They didnt waste any time getting me through. Highly recommend! I usually change my own oil, but was feeling lazy. Will definitely go here again when the laziness hits.

Did not ask me which oil i prefered. They put in the most expensive oil. Rude and unapoligitic. I will not be back. New Albany is always curtious and fair.

They were quick and courteous but did not check the tire pressure like usual. They put 40# on the receipt but never actually checked the tires.

Disappointed because of all of the recommendations for repairs. They offer three levels of oil change. I was not asked which one I wanted. My vehicle requires 7 qts of oil. I was charged $7.50 per qt. for the two extras. The extra oil was the same bulk oil that they pumped out of a tank. I kept hearing the guy in the pit complaining about how hard it was to get the filter off. I was just happy to get out of the place. $75.00 oil change.

Pulled in on a Saturday when the wrench light on my dash illuminated. Super convenient as I am very busy throughout the week and just dont have time to sit at a dealership for over an hour waiting on my car. Express care is open 8a - 4p on Saturdays! I had about a 15 minute wait that the Express Care team members politely apologized for (not necessary but thoughtful!). They asked if I was comfortable driving my car into the bay or if I preferred them to. I drove on up and sat in the car the entire time. So nice to be able to sit in my car, do the things I needed to do while the Express Care team did their thing. I was addressed as maam with a please, thank you, etc. the entire time! They were very thorough in sharing what they would be doing as well as the price of everything as they went along, getting my permission to move forward instead of just doing it and telling me later. They cleaned my front and back windshields and about 15 minutes after entering the bay I was ready to be cashed out and on my way. A total of 30 minutes or so compared to an hour - hour and a half at the dealership and sometimes even leaving my car at the dealership only to be shuttled back to work with no car and then stuck waiting until the shuttle could come back and get me when my car was finished or a friend could drop me off. Express Care provided a quality service, product and attitude! I was able to use the online coupon I found on their website and I was on my way. Ill always choose Express Care over anyone else in Columbus! Im a customer for life!

I had pretty severely neglected my car for a while and there were a number of issues that needed to be tended to. They still had me in and out in about 30 minutes and were so kind and understanding! They even attached new wiper blades for me. I will absolutely be back.

I mean my oil is changed, wipers are changed and the price is fine. Ill go back. :)

Anytime I need an Oil Change, I don’t even have to worry about where I am going to take my vehicles. This location is always my first choice. Great employees and even better service!

I showed up for an oil change and left with what I thought were no issues (clean bill of health given). I found out two days later that my transmission fluid was about 2.5 quarts low (with no leak in sight per the shop/no reports of low transmission fluid from before). In other words, a $50 oil change turned into a completely ruined transmission and me having to purchase a new car.

Always good customer service. Quick and easy oil changes. Never feel pressured to buy extras. I would recommend them to anyone.

Came for an Oil change as I am a regular customer of Valvoline express care. A week later I saw minor oil leaks from the Drain plug side of the Oil Pan and I had to come back again to show this issue.They didn’t even question a single word and right away replaced the drain plug with plug gasket. They drained and replaced the complete Engine oil without any charge! This is a kind of service you expect and this sets a great example of how Valvoline cares about its Customers!

Went there at 2:30 sat there a minutes guy told me they were closed. Sign says they are open until 3:00 . I left and went to Jiffy Lube where I will continue to go. We had to go to Valvoline in New York and had a great experience.

Visiting family while I was there, drove my car from Texas so I needed an oil change by the time I got there. I assumed I would at least get some what good service. It was ok until I asked the guy for a military discount. He wouldnt give it to me. Said the eighty dollar oil change was good enough. Ill never go back there. Wouldnt recommend service members going there either, not until the attitude changes when asking for a military discount. If you dont like that question being asked, maybe customer service isnt your thing.

They did an excellent job. They were careful to look after my truck. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the price was great.

The service is good and prompt. However it is very pricey and difficult to find a good discount. The discount coupon from the corporate office came after my next service. No complains about the people who work at the location.

I have gone to valvoline almost exclusively because of their great deals on their prices and customer service. However, this location did not offer the same prices or customer care. Because it is an “independent business” they refused to let me use a coupon. The technicians weren’t terribly friendly either. I was disappointed and probably will not return to a valvoline in the future, especially since other oil changing locations honor their coupons and their customers’ loyalty.

We had a very rude employee, they opened our hood real fast and it slammed back down. They messed up or milage sticker and its still not right. Normally they do good. Ill just start doing oil changes on my own from now on.
