I have always enjoyed supporting Women Business Owners and the WSBA is exactly what women need to move their business forward. With 3 solid programs to engage women business owners at all levels, they are one of the best resources in Ohio. As a Board member, I work hard to help deliver sound programming and resources for any woman business owner that wants to push their business to the next level.

I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for WSBA. WSBA is a non-profit that is dedicated to supporting women business owners. We accomplish this through education, peer support and mentoring. We have a program to support women business owners from idea stage through growth stage.Our mission says it all The Women’s Small Business Accelerator was formed to help all women business owners, regardless of net worth or education level, achieve their business ownership dreams through empathy, mentoring, and education, thereby improving their lives and our economy through business growth and job creation.

I was looking for support as a female entrepreneur in Columbus. I didn’t know where to turn but then found the WSBA. Through the Inspired Entrepreneur program, I learned how to create a solid business plan, restructure my financials, create realistic pricing and sales forecasting and, get the mentoring I needed. The collaborative format made me feel valued. Having a nurturing space “for women by women” to learn and grow made all the difference to me.
