I go to this location every time, as I donate a few times a year. Everyone has always been very nice and professional (especially Shawn M)! They make sure youre ok and do their best to make you comfortable. Clean, competent and efficient.

Clean, efficient & informative! There’s no comfortable way to give blood, but the folks here do their absolute best - especially Kendra. This was my first time giving blood & I urge all my neighbors to get out & help out!

Very busy site with the high need for donations. They know all donors by name and are very attentive.

Today’s visit was a complete waste of my time. The people at this location today seemed to lack some competency. They were unable to auscultate my blood pressure over and over again. Then said my blood pressure was 170/140. Which I said sounded inaccurate and asked for another read. The person who tried after that told me 160/110. Both high and very off. They deferred me suggesting I get it checked out. And within 5 minutes of leaving the center I had my blood pressure taken by professionals 3 times. All reading 126/64. Also telling me that my pressure is possibly high from a ham sandwich I ate 14 hours prior to coming in.How am I going to get endless phone calls about donating blood yet when I try to give blood I am faced with people who have little clue to what they are doing or talking about.P.S. you don’t put your thumb on the diaphragm of the stethoscope. Common sense.

Take a half hour and help to save someones life if you are eligible. Most of us have enough blood in our veins that we can spare a pint every two months.The need is constant, the gratification is instant.

I walked in with no reservation, and was immediately able to sign in, get my documentation for review, and donate. At no point did I have to wait, and they encouraged me to grab some extra fluids to take with me for my drive home.

Im here twice a month to donate platelets; 22 times last year. Friendly staff with a high degree of professionalism. No problems worth mentioning.

This is a convenient place to donate anytime of the week. They have a nice system here. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the staff. While I was waiting to donate, I noticed one of the phlebotomist was wearing a few dangly gold bracelets that kept touching the donors arm. This seems very unsanitary to me. Its too bad that some people feel the need to wear fashion accessories while dealing with possible contamination.Next time I witness this I plan on calling the Red Cross and letting them know.

This place is full of heroes! Plenty of very kind volunteers ready to make your donation quick and painless. As a warming way to say thank you, they gives you confort with a snack after your donation and many rewards (better if you have the app)

The personnel do not know how to collect a blood sample. They insist on squeezing the finger to produce a droplet of blood.From Medical Observer Online:The finger must not be squeezed hard or “milked” to increase the size of the drop, as this will dilute the sample with interstitial fluid.If you are repeatedly being told that you Hgb is too low to donate, its probably their technique.

Well first off the boy at the front was a perv and made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable by giving her the up down. Then the damn guy NURSE let her go first watched her walk the whole time. All pervs and dont ever recommend going to this place ever again!

Terrible organization, hr department is an atrocity, crooked, treat the staff worse than the patients who give free blood that they charge thousands of dollars for.
