I found the staff friendly and of good humor, its also clean these barbers are sweeping the floor after every cut. Being right off from Cleveland Ave just south of I-270 I found its location convenient. Yes they do take walk-ins however I suggest you book an appointment, they use the app Genbook. Once downloaded just enter a search for Unique Image click it and follow the prompts. I find it very convenient instead of waiting for someone to answer the phone.

I love being at Unique Image! I can truly say this is the best barbershop in Columbus. Family friendly, great service, and still striving to be better! As the only female in the shop I work along side of great men. Great fathers, leaders, role models, game changers. If you have not been to Thee Unique Image barber and beauty salon, you are missing out on the new direction of barbering!

Very professional and courteous. When you make an appointment the barbers are also respectful of your time. Javon does a great job with not only my hair but my children as well. I would recommend them if you are searching for a great atmosphere to get your hair cut.

What kind of business purposely DOES NOT pick up the phone when a first time customer calls them TWICE in a row and then has the nerve INSTEAD of calling them back (like a normal professional business owner would do) to TEXT someone INSTEAD???Where they do that and WHO DOES THAT... over there I guess!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Well not impressive at at. Was recommended to go there since my barber was closed an I called before I came an the barber said he stops at 8pm. I get there at 645pm one guy in the chair. An the barber goes, this my last person considering I was new an never been there. And the guy said 8pm as well as their website. You can be the best barber there is but if theres no good custmer service for someone wanting to check them out....thats not good. Wish that place nothing but the best! Definitely wont be going back there. New customer, last customer!

Germ here, i really enjoy this shop. Barber Javon is always on point, they greet the client as soon as you open the door. The online app is ahead of its time, the Barbers are A-1 with the best cuts and I wont go anywhere else. Great job Unique!!!

Needed a last minute haircut for my 13yr old, booked an online appointment with Mase. I was very impressed by the online appointment option. Arrived on time and my son was immediately taken to his chair. Mase did an excellent job with the cut and even washed my sons hair which I appreciate. Great experience, we will definitely be back.

My first time was yesterday and Arletha the female barber was the bomb I told her what I wanted we look at pictures and by me having lupus whith my hair she help and told me what I needed to do to everyone is real nice laid back. Drove 30 min in the rain to take my son for a haircut at 5pm. It says that they are open until 8:30 pm online but there was 1 barber there who wouldn’t stay past 630 to cut my sons hair.

Very disappointed!! My son first visit and the barber didn’t show up! We waited an hour!! Very unprofessional! So we left!

Besides the overprice bad haircut I was charged with the additional barber decided to cut off half my goatee without asking me first.
