The gentleman that work here in the storage place are really really nice people they have been truly nice to me extra storage space in your trucks there

This is my 2nd time around renting from this storage facility as its decently priced and such company as I see is ran fairly decent but there was a occasion where I switched sizes of my storage shed and was charged twice and ended up with a late fee on top of it because I was waiting on someone to call me back and fix it he said well do you have your receipt I was in another state I eventually found my receipt I guess no matter how great of a place or how professional some people appear you should always keep your records somehow that ended up costing me $30.00 out of the way

Made one call and talked with Johanna trying to find a place for my RV. She need to verify space availability. She made a phone call and called me back within minutes and invited me to view the space. My wife and I went to look and talked with both Johanna and Ben who were very friendly and customer service oriented. Rented the space in a matter of minutes. They have a great on line service where you can make changes to your service, pay your bill and manage everything conveniently from one location. I highly recommend these folks.

The best storage facility I have ever used! Ive spent my whole life moving from place to place and have never experienced better service anywhere else than Ogles Storage! I will definitely continue to use this facility and recommend it to others! Thank you!

Reasonably priced storage units. Had a slight snag with the price when we returned the truck, but the owner immediately corrected the problem. We had been charged for 2 days because we returned our equipment on time, but the attendant didnt check it in until 5 minutes later. Ogles contacted us within a half hour and reversed the second day charge.

I would not recommend using this storage facility. I was shocked and horrified to find that Rats had came to habitate in my unit. Management was informed but I have yet to see any preventive action to remedythe vermin. I did not have any rodent issues in my belongings prior to moving it to this facility. The buildings lack any type of insulating what so ever, only metal siding with concrete floor. Not much security to speak of either. Payment collectors are rarely on sight and you must make payments at the equipment rental facility located a block away. They are always quick to lock you out if you are late but slow to unlock when they are paid up. They also have high late fees and a generally unpleasant staff.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Rented a trailer and a storage unit from them, and in both cases the process was easy and the equipment/facilities were in good condition.
