I wanted to get out of my lease early and because used cars are at a premium right now, I took it to Hugh White to see how much they would pay me to end my lease early. Max, the sales manager made me a super low ball offer and got really rude after I asked questions about it. He said he didnt need my vehicle that bad and if I thought I could get more somewhere else, I should go there instead. So I took his advice and drove over to Lindsay Honda, where they offered me $2800 MORE for my van than Hugh White did. All said and done, shout out to Max whos advice totally paid off.. And if you want to turn in your lease early and make a little cash, go see Felix at Lindsay Honda who was awesome.

Being a previous shopper at Hugh White Honda, when we were looking for a new vehicle we decided to start there. After looking through their inventory, we found a Volvo that we really liked. Upon arriving we weren’t met with an overpowering sales person that made us want to leave immediately. Instead, we were welcomed calmly and professionally by one of the sales people, Samantha. If you get a chance, deal with her! She wasn’t pushy, and was willing to work with us with no question or any opposition, to get us the deal and car that we wanted. Thank you Service Department for the great (free) advice re my daughter’s tire rotation issue. I sent her there even though she drives a non-Honda vehicle after getting overcharged for an oil change and tire rotation in the Short North area. It’s so nice to know there are honest dealers who don’t jump on a potential opportunity to take advantage of a consumer. Previous work I’ve had done on my Accord was very reasonable and I picked up on the honesty and integrity there immediately. Thanks again!

God doesnt make mistakes. I was upset when the first dealership sold the car out from under me after knowing I was on my way to look at it.(an hour away) Thats when I found the same one, only 2 more hours away from home. Peyton and the other guys at Hugh White Honda were awesome. They were diligent in making sure everything was taken care , even though there were a few hiccups with the paperwork. They made sure our visit was pleasant during the process. I cant say enough great things about the staff at Hugh White Honda.Peyton even called a few days later to check on me and make sure the car was everything Id hoped for.

All I ask is the dealership please consider a small seating area outdoors for those of us uncomfortable sitting indoors in the waiting areas with unmasked individuals. It was a 2 hour service wait on this scheduled visit but it was busy on a Thursday afternoon of an upcoming holiday weekend and there is access to speedy WiFi. I did receive a $15 discount for the longer than usual wait (normally there about an hour for oil change, tire rotation, general check and top offs) which I thought was very fair. Great service crew! 100% will use again.

After a stressful day of dealing with tow truck companies, Toby was awesome with helping once my car got to him. We dropped it off right before closing and were even able to get a loaner still. They checked my car that night and already had the diagnosis. He is polite, professional and reassuring. I never have a problem with Hugh White.

The service manager who helped me out was very friendly and helpful. He answered all me questions...and more. My vehicle even got serviced more quickly than estimated.

When I say this is the worst experience with a company I have EVER had I cannot be more serious. Not only did this place sell me my car for higher than what I was quoted out (which yes I understand is partly my fault, I should never have assumed that a car dealership of all place would honor a verbal agreement) but I have since made THREE payments in my car and have yet to receive my memorandum title. I have had to personally pay for an extended temporary tag because I cannot even get a call back from this place. When I say I have called them 20 times over the course of the last three months and only ever received two phone calls back, I am not exaggerating. This place has had me in tears out of pure frustration. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could leave a negative star review I would. I would rather have paid an extra $5,000 to buy a car from somewhere else had I known what a horrible experience this would be. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is simply unacceptable. To anyone thinking of going here, DONT!

It was a flawless experience from start to finish. Donovan the salesman & Zach in finance were transparent, efficient, and friendly.I bought a new Honda CR-V from them. My wife & I went in at 1:30PM and within 2 hours we had test driven 2 vehicles, had my trade-in fairly valued, and had filled out paperwork. However, because their computer system was down I had to come back Monday afternoon for 45 minutes to finish paperwork & drive away in my new vehicle.No, I didnt haggle on the price of the CR-V because it was already listed anywhere from $1,500 to $2,000 below what other Central Ohio Honda dealerships. I also didnt haggle on the value they gave my trade-in, which ended up being pretty close to what CarMax offered me.Zach in finance didnt really try to push any extras on my like rim & wheel protection, some theft protection stickers, or anything else that didnt make sense.

When I called to find out when I could make an appointment to repair the A/C on my daughter’s 2017 Honda Civic the service Rep was courteous but honest in saying they were booked solid for a few weeks. However, he suggested (especially since the weather had been in the 90’s) to drop the car off and leave it because they could probably work it in for repair. In addition, he had all of the information on me and my Honda already up on his computer and said there was an extended warranty on the condencer so there is a possibility the repair might be covered. In contrast, the Honda dealer closer to my house didnt mention the extended warranty, said they were booked for weeks but could get me in in late August and said it would cost me $310 for them to run a diagnostic test on my car to find the problem.When I dropped it off at Hugh White Honda I received the same friendly treatment and within 2 hours they were calling me to tell me the car was repaired and there was no cost to me!!! I have a BMW and Ive owned Mercedes and I have never received better service treatment than this.

I didnt have an appointment and had to wait for them to fit me in. The work was completed much more quickly than anticipated. And my car was washed too!

Brock was amazing! We went in and bought an HRV from him which was unfortunately totaled a month later. We were so stressed out about going to shop for cars again but he made the process just as simple fast and amazing as the first time. He really cared about getting us what we wanted and was never pushing us to purchase more. I can’t imagine a better shopping experience. I had a somewhat bad experience mainly because my sales person over charged me by 1000 dollars. He qouted me a out the door price with tax when I was on the phone with him. Added the money when I got there luckily management caught his error. Tried to pick the car up the next day only one person out of a group of sales people/management seem to care and help me mind u the car wasnt ready to drive off the lot the day I bought it. Ive never bought a car from a dealership had a question about the plates and tags called got someone extremely rude Jessica. Ive worked at car dealerships this is the most unprofessional one I have been to and ever experienced. Would not recommend. The car itself is the only reason I bought the car if not would have walked out on the spot.

I hate car dealerships in general, but the listing was wrong on a car that we drove quite a away to see in torrential rain. The car wasnt clean and had something sticky on the dash. It doesnt take much to adequately prepare a car for sale and list it correctly, but it just wasnt done in this instance.

I had a wonderful experience! I made an inquiry about a vehicle and was contacted promptly. I went to test drive it a couple of hours later and it was everything they had described online. I was concerned about the price and they worked out a deal. The purchasing process was easy, but conflicted with a previously scheduled commitment so they were patient as I fulfilled the commitment in the midst of buying the car. Then, they followed me home so I didnt have to leave the vehicle behind that I had driven there.

I had an appointment at 5:00 pm for an oil change. Just now leaving at 9:45. Took almost 5 hours for a simple oil change. No updates at all. I had to ask if it was ready after 4 hours and didn’t get more than a “Service is backed up” while I saw multiple people who seemed to arrive after me come and go.

Steve Skaggs in the service department took care of me well this morning for my recall. I didnt even tell him what side of my vehicle was messed up and I waited for the call and he told me exactly what was wrong and he is such an honest man. Such a great guy. I purchased a Honda CR-V from the dealership and it had to be delivered to me and of course the car came without plates or any paper which mean I cannot drive the car. This is the worst experience ever. The manager is an A… over priced the car , would not come down and Greg the sales person did not know what he is doing and agin sent the car without temporary plates or nothing. Worst customer service , would mot recommend them or even ever purchase any car from them.

After a very unpleasant experience at another dealership I started looking around for a different company. On Monday morning I decided to look at Honda. I decided on a base 2021 Honda Civic LX CVT. I talked to Bill Moore on the phone for a little while, asked a few questions, and then was told to fill out some forms online. I had errors both times I tried filling the forms out online, so I called Bill back. Instead of asking me to just wait and try again, he filled out the information on his end. Shortly after I went in for a test drive. I decided I wanted a few more features, and was bumped up to the Civic Sport. I was shown prices for both cars so I could compare. My only complaint is that the price per month I was shown was higher than the price I was told over the phone, but it wasnt completely unexpected based off my credit. It would have been nice to know that credit included price before I came in. I filled out some more forms and was in the car on my way home by 6pm. I am absolutely loving the car two days later and is a smoother ride than my old lease (2017 Chevy Cruze LT) with more features.

The update package , trade in old and buy new, is not worth discussion. Was told they needed my old crv but wanted me to add 19 months to my loan to keep payments the same. Sale person was rude and just didnt care if we did it or not. Was very disappointed.
