I am 100% satisfied with the service provided by Davo. I called him with an issue after driving down from Atlanta. He saw my Volvo that day and promptly came up with a plan to fix my car for the next week. He was so great the first day that I decided to drive an hour and 45 just so he could work on my car and fix the lower arms and shocks. My Volvo drives like it did the day I bought it and the repairs came with a 90 day warranty. I will be using Davo for any and all repairs in the future and highly recommend if you have a Volvo and need it to be serviced, he knows what he is doing.

You will not find a more honest, professional, accommodating and honest mechanic in town. This is the second time I’ve had to take my car somewhere, and he once again solidified why I won’t take it anywhere else.My shifting cable had snapped, stranding me at a Publix last week. On top of that, I made the mistake of letting two guys try and help fix the problem myself. They were trying to help, but ultimately did more damage. I took it to Davo, and told him what happened, which he could see the mess of it all.He gave me reasonable expectations from the get go, didn’t over promise anything, and even still went above and beyond and EXCEEDED my expectations. Most importantly he saved me a lot of money. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he did all he could to make sure he did as least as possible in order to save me that money.Take your car here, and you won’t regret it!!

I called Davo Jr Automotive as I was looking too have work done on my vehicle before I go on orders from Fort Benning too Fort Bliss. They were highly referred too me by other soldiers within my Brigade. I was very polite & cordial with the gentleman on the phone & simply asked him if a man named Harold works there. Keep in mind I had spoken too many mechanics before I came across his number & simply wanted to ensure that I wasnt calling a place that had already informed me that they could not complete what I want done to my vehicle. After this he began to raise his voice, speak over me & wouldnt allow me to continue to speak. As I simply wanted to ask if they were capable of completing what I want done to my vehicle. Unfortunately my hard earned money is no good to to them. Perhaps he was having an off day. However this does not excuse such rude behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mr. Davo is living proof that the term honest mechanic is not an oxymoron. Weve used him several times and he is always super nice and delivers on time. Even difficult repairs are done quickly and efficiently. He once worked on one of our cars on a Saturday because we had a death in the family. Ive been going to Davo for 2-3 years now but again this week hes demonstrated his honesty, integrity and helpfulness with a car that I inherited. I dont always take my cars there for the easy stuff (like oil changes) but there has been at least 1 time I regretted I didnt. Its not a 10-bay shop like you find at the dealerships that charge you an arm and a leg and sometimes your first born. But he is honest and truthful and no one to date even after a second opinion has refuted him...even the time he sent me back to the dealer for something that cost me nothing. I recommend him highly.

I brought my 2013 Mustang to Migual to replace front struts and put on a set of SR lowering springs and a panhard bar. He did not disappoint! He had it done very quickly as well. Mike at Davo Jrs is hands down the best mechanic in Columbus. Weve been taking all of our vehicles to him since we found him after being stationed at Fort Benning in 2014. Everytime weve been back, Mike has been our mechanic. He is totally honest, even going so far as to suggest when you SHOULDNT add on extra work because it isnt needed. I have been shopping around trying to find someone to do my brakes at a reasonable price, then it dawned on me I didnt know what needed to be done to my breaks. I called Mr Davo and asked for pricing for my breaks, he advised me to come in and have him inspect it because it could be a number of reasons my brake lights were on, that was the first person to give me that advice. First of all, I also choose Davo Jr. solely on the bases of ratings and his hours. I needed to drop my car off during hours that were convenient for me (on a Sunday evening) which was a great help for me. He was super courteous and always available to speak. My car had a problem with one of the wheel bearings. When he worked on them he could have replaced both and caused me to have a large bill, but he was super considerate and trustworthy and only replaced what was necessary. I really appreciate that and my car sounds better than the day I bought it. The price I paid was fair and included an amazing warranty because of his certifications. This is now my mechanic! Not going anywhere else after this.

I have been using Davo Jr for at least a decade. Once, I found Davo Jr I knew I had found the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic in town. My wife came home from work yesterday afternoon and told me she heard a scraping sound coming from her car. After a quick drive around the block, I suspected it was the brakes, and started searching for a mechanic since we are new to the area. I called Mr. Davo at 8am this morning to see if I could bring the car in on my lunch break today. I dropped the car off at 11:30 and he called to tell me that the repair was done before 3pm! My car quit starting so I was unable to drop it off. Within 2 hours of receiving my call they had picked up my car from the house. My car was repaired on a Saturday and was available for picked Saturday afternoon, I was unable to make it because my wife was out shopping in our other car so he came in on a Sunday (when the shop is normally closed) and let me pick up my car so I had something to drive to work on Monday. The quick turn-around and availability to pick up my car outside of normal business hours was really appreciated. I will def. be coming back to this guy, he was very nice as well. He had all the parts he replaced set aside, for me to take with me if I wanted, and then explained what the parts were, how they functioned or were not functioning... Very good down to earth repair place.

This is one of the GOOD GUYS, honest and very skilled! Has bent over backwards for my family in many ways. Just be AWARE his father also has a repair shop named Davos also, We accidentally had a car towed to him once and it was a comical moment when Our Davo showed up and the vehicle was already GONE! LOL .

I had to take my car to get an air conditioning serviced, oil change, and brakes fixed. I loved the quickness of the service, the professionalism, just a good experience all around. I was never pressured to buy services I did not need, I was kept up to date on the repairs. I am very pleased with the service here and I will be coming here from now on for my automotive needs.

So long as he is running a business I will be a customer! He is friendly, quick and efficient, but even more than that he is a very good person and trustworthy.
