My Sister is truly unhappy there. She hates coming in and out because the steps and grounds are littered with food trash and bugs including maggots. The dumpster area is completely gross and the flying bugs inside (undetermined at this point how they are getting in) have dampened a once excited spirit about finding her new home. She has complained about these issues but was only met with temporary quick fixes or disregarded with responses like well no one else has complained and I dont see anything. As nice and affordable as the apartments are, they can do much better.

I loved the apartment. Very spacious and just what I wanted in a place. But the management they need to go. First y’all put me above a woman who have complained about the other tents and they had to move. All because she don’t want nobody to live above her. I broke my lease and moved because management did nothing about her. I paid my rent on time and I don’t get any assistance so I paid out my pocket. I have told management about what she doing and it went on deaf ear, they tried to make it seems I was the problem.The apartments are a nice place to live but they need to get new management and get that lady out.

These Apts have too many hood ninja mind set tenants....same as Liberty Crossing & those other near vicinity Apts. The North Lumpkin Rd area as a whole is a FKD up neighborhood!

I’ve been at Lumpkin Park for Four (4) years. I love the updated appliances and how spacious the unit is. Management is awesome... Kudos to them! I don’t want to forget about Larry and Tony (maintenance department).Those guys work like nobody business. When I submit a maintenance request, they are here within the hour. Tiffany is always efficient and prompt with the orders and emails that you submit.She stays on top of things. That is why I can say I’m proud to be a resident at Lumpkin Park Apt. If anyone in the market of looking for an apartment, come to Lumpkin Park. You want be disappointed.

Had a Great experience when i stayed here! super quite, alot of kids but what apartment doesnt have kids? everybody basically stays to themselves, i love how spacious the apartments are, maintenance comes next day or same week. great place to stay!

Maintenance of building&overall property could be better

The apartments are really nice and the price is good. Maintenance is prompt with the request. However, being on the top floor is not kid friendly. I have a three year that cant enjoy being a kid because our downstairs neighbor calls the police and complains about him running. They really need some type of noise time clause in the lease because 7 pm to early to have the police called.

I live here I did not visit. The area is fine and the office staff is respectful and kind. I reside here with three children and it is safe. The maintenance department is prompt and good this has been my experience this far it has been 6 months.

I gotta give 2 stars I litterally been here two months the apartment is da best but the 50$ Fine promptness is outrageous be aware because I got a fine notice and wasn’t even completely moved in the first week I hate the fact they charge 50$ for any mistake even when it may be company you have who made the trash mistake of not noticing the door of the compactor I thought this was going to be my last move but I think I may have to reconsider because it’s very aggravating to get fines for simple mistakes that can be proven it was a mistake wen you cud atleast give a notice first and trying to find a person just moving in for boxes outside there door is outrageous KNWING the fact the person is moving in and it’s one dumpster for the whole complex! Moving from a luxury apt. To here really jus makes me consider moving bk into a private owned home!

Lumpkin Park apartments are GREAT they are equipped with modern appliances, clean, spacious and very Reasonable. The management is Awesome and the maintenance are Fabulous. The attention to problems are Prompt. The area is quite convenient to many stores, malls, and gas stations. At Lumpkin Park you can live and enjoy life! The negativity that some tell is so far from the truth!

Super nice apartments but the neighborhood... not so much. I dont live here, but I did visit. When I walked in I noticed there were some profanity written on the side of the building near the office that looks as if its been there for a while. The repairman nearby were using verbal language even though there were children present.The main point of this review to warn that the area Lumpkin park apartments is not exactly in a safe area. However, Lumpin Park is nice on the inside and helps you escape for a little bit.Side note: There was this weird sewage smell every time we walked outside, even the woman who worked at the office noticed it. I hope they find out where that is coming from and get it resolved as soon as possible.

I honestly can not wait until my lease is up. The people are nice but the stuff they have going on is ridiculous. I set my trash outside the for less than 10 minutes while I clean ( I have a newborn and a smaller child) until I can take it to the dumpster. Got a 50 dollar fine for that. I ask them to come in and fix something, these people leave a list telling me to take my trash out. I mean what the hell do you want me to do. Can’t set it out until I get a chance, can’t leave it in. Not only that but one of my cars got towed. These people are a joke!!! Wouldn’t recommend not unless you want to throw away your money.

I MOVE THERE 2 MONTHS AGO AND I HAVENT HAD NO PROBLEM WITH NO ONE EXCEPT SOME CALL THE COPS SAYING MY MUSIC WAS TO LOUD I DONT OWN A STEREO I LOVE THE STAFF THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAS ANY PROBLEM I SUGGESTED FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANY NICE PLACE TO LIVE GO TO LUMPKIN PARK THEY DONT HAVE DRAMA SECURITY ALWAYS TIGHT I DONT HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY I LOVE LIVING HERE NICE COMMUNITY NICE PEOPLES

Marla helped me out each and every step of the way. She was kind and patient and worked very hard to get me in and approved in such little time. I love my apartment!

Apartments are beautiful inside and out. -1 star for the thin flooring and walls and the trash area is sometimes overflown. Its hard to get ahold of anyone in the front office sometimes. Kids running and riding bikes too close to cars. The staff are super friendly and nice.

Me and my boyfriend are looking forward to moving in these apartments i love all the amenities and the beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms and they also have a pool which is a major plus by me having a illness i just hope we can get an apartment on the 1st floor this is a great apartment complex to start a family!!

The apartments are really nice and the price is good. Maintenance is prompt with the request. But the rule only apply when it suitable for them kids knock on people door being for money to take out trash. When they have a rule that only 18 and above should but trash in the trash compressor. I cant stand what goes on in this community. Cant wait to move out of this establishment. Never will i suggest moving here unless you comfortable with someone making you comply with rule they dont enforce themselve.

Theyre very nice apartments and the neighborhood is nice plus they are affordable come with your everyday appliances and theyre cable ready and on site maintenance i love them.

Management is nice . Place and location isnt bad.

Not a safe place to live. Run shootings and smell of weed at night.

After living here for a year the residents are allowed to loiter . My mom has been harassed constantly by residents. It is not a safe place for a single mom.

Rent is 615 and the pool is never open
