Quiet neighborhood but buildings are nasty. Apartments are MICE/ROACH infested literally they crawl in as soon as you open your door. Stewart little lived in my stove for months & they asked me to record it in order to prove it after I showed them pics of FECES & a big whole they still did nothing.The rental office is very unprofessional & RUDE when they decide to answer the phone.They just want your money but continue to halfway fix stuff.They’ll also STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! By putting a balance on your door for a random amount then will dismiss you out of the office when you come at them w/ receipts & ask them to explain.Save yourself some time and keep looking they some slums fr.

The price isnt too bad and I like that they except pets but the hallways are not very clean and its hard to get ahold of anyone in the office

Went to the office to pick up an application filled out the application took it into the office couldn’t return it apartment manager said I had to make an appointment which was silly because I was already there? By the way nothing will be available until August for one bedroom apartment and you would be on the waitlist…

Slight smell in halls. Rooms are large. Decent storage. Reliable hot water, power, ect. Decent for the cost and location (right off 71)

Ive lived here for two years and really enjoy it. Its definitely for lowish income people, but its great. Quick to repair. Quick to solve matenince problems. Decent storage. The workers and people living here are all nice. Theres a pool, large enclosed grass area, place to set up a net, or just take a little walk. Theres a few picnic tables. I really cant think of what more youd want, especially at the price. Its one of the lowest priced apartment complexes around Columbus and I still feel safe and happy. The changes made in the last month or so are better. You have to have a key to get into your building, & theres a new stop sign in the parking lot.

Mindy and the security workers are amazing, the rest of the staff has a very I dont care about you and I hate my job attitude and was very difficult to work with. On more than one occasion I would be rushing to get to the office before it closed at 6pm (I worked from 6am-7pm almost every day) and would get there at 5:50pm to find the office closed 10 minutes early. When I confronted them about this I was told Sorry about your luck. My building (4875, North building) has five bullet holes in the lobby windows. Someone stole the catalytic converter from my car while parked in the parking lot over night. I was threatened for eviction twice because of mess-ups on the offices part. Repairs or maintenance to anything in the apartment took weeks to months to get addressed, and on numerous times were not fixed in the end. The laundry card situation is incredibly inconvenient and annoying. On multiple occasions the washers would not work properly, and there were times when someone took other peoples clothes from the dryer and threw them in the trash. The complex is definitely safer than most of the surrounding area, but is far from completely safe. Overall living at Center Court has been not a great experience. I cant wait to move out at the end of May. Overall Id rate my experience here as a 3 out of 10.

The locks are broke on most outside doors to buildings.

I moved there when we 1st relocated here. Worst mistake I EVER made. We were military & we have lived all over the world. This place is nasty. It was worth every penny we paid 2 get out of our lease. We were not having our children there! Why pay that (rent) 2 b treated like dirt! Basically, it had a pool. A leisure the kids deserved. My kids refused 2 go there.

I lived here for 1 here and it was terrible. The rent was also super high. They had cockroaches and there are always problems with the water. The emergency maintenance never comes to fix it. Even when my toilet was flooding my whole bathroom. The water if filthy. The laundry machines always breaks and does not work very well. Once, the laundry money inserter broke and I lost $20. They promised to give it back, but never did even after months. DO NOT RENT!

It is nice place but for small family. There is place for kids to play. New management is better. They r up dating the apartments. I wish apartments have more storage closets.

I called ahead of time and told them in person i had 2 dogs before i picked up an application, to see if i qualified for a 1 br apartment by myself. Heidi said yes and itll be 30$ each with a 300$ deposit, but stayed quiet about letting me know i can only have 1. Heidi said they accept dogs. When i filled out the application. The application says 1 dog. But i was told 2 was ok. So i didnt pay much attention. I turned in the application. Heidi looked through it and still stayed quiet. She looked through the application on tuesday. I sent them a picture of both my dogs plus their vaccs info. Through email on tuesday. On friday they call and said i was denied because i have 2 dogs. Dont matter the size or breed( i have 2 chihuahuas). They ran the application and robbed me out of my money knowing i had called and told heidi in person i have 2 dogs.Do not rent here because they clearly wont tell you anything til after they run your application. So they can get something out of you. I have pictures to prove that i was told i can have 2.

Not bad for the value at first. Gas and water is included in rent. The maintenance people do not stay on top of things. You have to badger them about it. There are bugs! I mean roaches in some units, not just ants or spiders. The neighborhood is subpar at best. If its only for a year or so its worth it, but best look somewhere else.

Do not rent here. They will screw you over, no matter how much youve helped their community. The only way you will resolve issues is through court.

They dont up keep there property and they wont do maintance on the apartments alot of water damage in alot of the apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I leased here for 1 yr and as soon as my lease expired I was out. They office workers are nice and try there best to make you happy but the most mantanice people have to come in and fix something 3x before it is really fixed and even then its a half fast job. When we first moved here we thought we found a a great place thats near Easton and OSU but the apartments are dirty and old everything is breaking down. We played extra for a renovated apartment but nothing was new about it there were scratches all over the cabinet, the bath tub looked like it community bath tub it needed to be re surfaces so bad with paint chipping in the tub and everything. When we told the leasing lady our date she sent us via email the prorated amount for the rent and the she had the move in date wrong we corrected her she changed the date but not the rent amount even after confirming with her when we signed the lease she still didnt correct the amount owe it wasnt until we got a letter on our door say we owe rent money to them. Along with the move in date they had over a month to get the apartment ready and it still wasnt ready the carpet still hadnt been clean so we had to push our move in day back a day. The next thing that happend when we moved there was ROACHES!!!! they new about the roach problem and still put us in the building knowing we had a newborn baby. Along with our mail box being broke and the refrigerator shelf and garage disposal being broke as well when we moved in. After dealing with the roach problem for the first few months the next thing to happen was a/c to go out in the hottest time in summer we called them every week saying out a/c was slowly breaking but the refused to send someone always giving a excuses on why it wont work it wasnt until it didnt work at all they sent someone in which it took them over a week to fix it and it wasnt until they sent a professional to fix thats when it was fixed after that we had a water leak which took them another two weeks to fix the pipe and once they fixed the pipe it still leaked because the a/c wasnt put in right after the water leak our refrigerator broke a month before we left and the mantanice keep saying it was our fault it broke and a two weeks before we moved out the ROACHES CAME BACK! Do not move here the apartment need to be gutted and re done to fix all the problems in each unit. Our experience was so bad I had to write a review and I dont write reviews on anything.

This is the truth and listen (read) closely. The apartments are duper small, everything breaks at just a touch, boiler is in you apartment next to small bedroom and is loud and always breaking meaning its almost never giving heat or cool air, the people who work there have the key to every apartment and can enter when ever they want to and trust me they have done this before, the hallways smell like marajuwana and they never clean the hallways, the cost to wash your clothing is tremendously high, plus there is a fee for evzerything... a fee for paying late, a fee for having a fee, a fee for not telling them when your moving, and etc. Well thats just the start. S9 my advice go live in the apartments on the right of center court, a little more pricey but better to live in. Also if you end up living here in the winter be careful because they dont clean the roads or side walks and it ends up being full of snow and ice and thats dangerous. And in the summer they open the pool but open late like in july.

I lived at theae apartments a few years back & broke my lease. The couple above me had a few kids & had a couple roommates & they had two kids in a two bedroom. Would play loud music late at night/all night, kids sounding like they were falling thru the floor, ppl/ kids would walk up to my window look thru & knock on it for a few minutes, dishwasher would leak all over the floor onto the carpet, reantel office workers are rude & lazy, crazy ppl would be loud in the hallways, had my windows busted on my car twice within the 6 months i was there (i stayed to myself didnt know anyone), & bugs all over the wash room. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR.

If I could give this place 1/4 of a star - I would.First, yes theyre updating but the updated are like putting paint on a cracked wall. Within the first week here, my dishwasher broke and the stove almost toppled over - getting them to fix these took time - lots of it and I was ignored almost every step of the way.They repaved the parking lot and it cracked the very next day - also, they didnt fix the holes at the parking lots entrances so youre likely to hit them and ruin your car.If you enjoy your sleep, I wouldnt come here. Children are CONSTANTLY screaming and running in the halls. They can be heard from outside as well. Theres nothing that can stop that. All of my neighbors have at least 3 children per 1 bedroom apartment.By the way, this is NOT a college neighborhood, dont get suckered into by that lie like I did.I was blatantly told that they were getting more college students than families - not being from here i believed them and it was the stupidest thing I did.If youre a student at OSU the commute is typically an hour with the busses on campus - I was told it was 10 min total by the staff here.My toilet constantly runs and my shower constantly drips - I have mentioned this MULTIPLE times and nothing has been done to fix it.This place looks nice on the surface but really theyre just putting a bandaid on a crappy complex - i hear that new management is better but I think theyre subpar IF THAT!If youre willing to deal with that, come over and live here but if youre wanting sleep and a genuinely caring staff - dont.This isnt the worst place in the world and you do get a lot of room but after living here I am done with their careless staff.

Residents are terrible and the buzz in buttons are missing on the outside. Which makes it difficult to get in for someone without a key or a phone to contact a resident living there.
