I visited their office today and was greeted with a very warm welcome from the lady at the front desk. The second time I returned I met two other office members who were just as polite as the first. It was very clean and neat in the office itself. I was met with kindness and complete knowledge of the property I applied for. I appreciate all of their help and look forward to renting from them!

Poor customer service. I attempted to schedule a showing and they never called me back. When I called again to view the property they informed me I was unable to despite my prior scheduling. I can only image how they treat current tenants. We will be looking at properties elsewhere.

I called about a property, they gave me all of the information on it, and allowed me to put in an application. They were very kind people and answered any questions I had about the application process. They told me when to expect a call back about whether I’ll be approved or not.

This place is HORRIBLE TO THE MAX!!! They have managed our property for the past 9 years and all of our tenants have had harsh complaints about them. They are slow about fixing things and they lie!!! They make the tenants think its us (homeowners) that dont want to fix issues but they never report to us about whats going on with our property. I wish I could upload pics of the condition of our property as well as screenshots of text messages to show how they conduct business.

I must say that my experience with this company was excellent; compared to the rude real estate offices staff members that I recently visited and, the condition the homes was in. When I entered the office I was greeted with a warm cheerful greeting from Miss. Allison. She took time out with me and made me feel like I was at home. After I decided which homes I wanted to view; she printed maps to every home for me. Mrs. Bea gave me directions with land marks to help remember how to get to my destinations; she even wrote notes on the map. The homes I viewed were well maintained and move in ready. I have been searching for a place to move in to for months now, my search is finally over. I am happy to be a new tenant of Century 21 All Star Realty. This group of staff members showed me some good ole Southern Hospitality I haven’t seen in years.

The staff members and the homes I viewed was very nice. The application process went smoothly. Other companys has told me the process would take two weeks; I got approved with this company within 72 hrs. Thank you for your kindness. I have visited at least 10 real estate offices within the last month and, I cant say not one of the other companies were as helpful as this one. They looked up information for me about homes that they did not manage. I wish I could give them more stars.

I visited Century 21 All Star Realty today; I am searching for a new rental home. Upon entering the office I was greeted with the biggest smile, the young lady was very friendly. This was my fourth rental company today that I visited and I must say that I am very impressed. My questions and concerns were addressed immediately; I just wanted to say keep up the good work. I highly recommend this company and look forward to being a tenant.

They lie and take you money then never call. After 5 days of trying to get ahold of the boss to find out about the place we are trying to rent which we were the 1st ones one the list they rent to someone else with out telling be. While my family is waitting in a hotel for a week. Love how they support our troops.

This company is great . People dont understand that the property manager is just that . The owner makes the decision what gets done And how much money can be spent. I know because I had one of them . It got to the point even the property manager got a little up set with the owner.i lived there for ten years . that was three years ago. The only reason Im not with this company now they dont have a house in the part of town where I was looking.looking forward to getting back with them! hopefully soon.

Young lady answering the phone in the morning cant seem to answer any of my questions and gets NOTICEABLY frustrated quickly. I just put in an application and am wanting to move forward with a specific Rental, but with none of my questions being answered Im not feeling very assured in the business or their rental process.Management also gets very defensive and upset when told there is an issue within the company, resorting to lies and false information.I will not be doing business with this place not now or in the future.

I stopped by the office seeking information about homes for sale and rental properties for rent. The office staff was very helpful especially the receptionist that greeted me when I came in the door. I just want to thank you for all the information given and to keep up the great service.

33 years ago I rented a home from Century 21/David Stanton I must say that I never had a problem with the company then. I have been back in acquaintance with the company for over 5 yrs now and haven’t had any problems. I must say that David Stanton is a very delightful and honest man.

If you are looking for worry free, professional, responsive, and conscientious property management, I suggest you do it yourself. This place did an okay job for my first 3 or 4 tenants, but the first time I had a bad tenant, I found out about it through complaints to my family from the neighbors. The property manager knew nothing about it. Then, they let the tenant get 3 months behind on rent, and never so much as notified me. When the tenant finally moved out, still owing three months back rent, they had done so much damage to the house that it was uninhabitable. The manger told me they could hire contractors to get it fixed up and rentable again, and took $5,000 from me for repairs. Six months went by with no word from the manager. (During this time I was moving from Kuwait to Hawaii, so I had my hands full and was operating on different time zones, but the manager never even bothered to e-mail me.) I finally decided to just put the house up for sale, but once inside, found out that the repairs my $5,000 had gone to were half-a$$ed and there are still at least hundreds of dollars worth of repairs still needed. Oh, and to top it all off, the manager had told me that the deadbeat tenants back rent and repairs bills had been turned over to a collection agency. No, all she did was report them to the credit bureau. That does absolutely nothing to help me get my money back. All in all, this place cost me about $8,000, and the costs are still rolling in. In a nutshell, if you hope to turn a profit or even just maintain the value of your property, dont let this team of amateurs anywhere near it. I wish I could give less than one star.

In February of 2011 i signed a lease with this place on a tiny apartment. All went fair until summer hit and i needed my air. They basically refused to fix it but did offer me another apartment. However I had to move myself at my own expense. The shortly gave me a small credit for having to pay fees to moved my power and cable which was nice. Attempted to go up on my rent but I refused to let them it was there fault i had to move. From there on out I only had trouble with them not providing pest control as they stated they would. If i wasnt home they wouldnt spray. DUHHHHH i freaking work and I cant just sit around an wait on someone who may or may not come by. Several times they were suppose to come by they never did because i asked someone to stay at my house those days. Fast forward to December of 2011 i got a letter stating my lease was up the 31st of January and we needed to be out. I promptly began to locate a new place for me and my children to live. So within a few days of the 31st of January we were out and we dropped off our keys to the office. I also didnt ask for or pressure them into returning my deposit because I knew there was some small damage to the base boards in the bathroom however nothing that would cost an additional 1000 dollars on top of my deposit money they had. Fast forward to today February 1st 2016 I get a phone call from a collections place telling me I owe them over $1000 dollars. Now mind you since 2012 I have received no communication from them in any way. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MINDS!!!!!!! If i owed you money why are you now 4 years later attempting to contact me??????? You are as crazy as I have heard you were!!!!!! OUT OF YOUR MINDS I TELL YOU!!!!! Do not rent from these people they are aweful!!!!!! They only got one star cause i had to click it not because they were even that good.

This company helped my family buy our first home and have gone above and beyond helping us transition from living in the home to renting the home out. Ms. Catherine is a wonderful professional person and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the Columbus area.

My family and I own a home in Phenix City, AL and we decided to go with David and Bea Staton at Century 21 All Star Realty. They sold us the lie that they loved the military families and prayed for us every weekend at church. They basically told us everything we were hoping to hear from a potential property manager just so they could us under contract and take our money from us. They didnt care about us nor our home. The bottom line was that they only wanted an extra $100 a month to fill their pockets regardless of whatever negative impact family and I were faced with having to overcome. For example, they approved a person to move in our house even though a negative background check came back on the individual. Furthermore, this person neglected to pay any of the monthly rent that was owed, and after 3 months of not receiving any rent this person continued to squat in our house for the next 10 months without any support from All Star Reality! By the time everything was said and done, my family and I were forced to spend several thousands of dollars in legal fees, attorney costs, and fixing repairs to the house in order to be able to finally rent the house again. All of this happened while I was deployed to Afghanistan. The owners of All Star Reality were constantly arguementive with my wife while I was overseas that I forced to spend my recovery time making several phone calls to them just to do the basic things like checking on the general status of the home each month. Practically, all the simple things youd expect from a property manager!!!Thank God my wife kept every single email from these people, because we were able to catch them trying to steal money from us! This company, these people are the damn devils and I pray that one day they will have to answer for the things that they did to us and other military families in that community! There are a lot more complaints that I have concerning David and Bea Stanton, but I think whoever reads this will understand the type of people that own and operate this company, and they will decide to do business with someone else. My next step is to file a complaint with Century 21 corporate.

We have been supporters of this agency for almost a decade. Throughout the years the agency has lost its reliability, courtesy and has become more self serving. We are a military family who rely on and pay for an agency to manage our property. This agency has allowed tenants to go without paying rent for months at a time without notice to us. In addition to charging us service fees without any notice such as emails, calls, letters or invoices. We end up having to hunt down the manager for questions that end up with Im sorry, but...it is extrememly disappointing such an agency has taken advantage and has been managing our investement poorly. Their poor managerial skills and out -to-date services are unreliable to property owners and tenants.I will not promote any other realitor, however, i will strongly advise you to go with any other realitor. You are not a priority to their bank account.

I rented a place through them for about 6 months. The staff was consistently rude and very off-putting. When I moved out it took well over a month and several phone calls to get my deposit back. I will not rent through them again.I talked with the property owner several times and it became clear that they were not being honest with him about what was going on with his property. He stopped by one day and I showed him around the house and all the damage that previous tenants had done that he had no idea about. If you are looking for a property manager Id look some where else.

Management is not above of shady business practices and will flat out lie in order to keep from giving you your deposit back, my experience with this company was very stressful these people are greedy and spiteful, do your research before you decide to do business with this company i wish someone would have warned me ,god bless and good luck.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. We began renting a house from them in Janurary of 2014. We renewed our Leases twice and both times the property manager forgot to come out to the property. Every time we spoke with the propery manager she was extremley unprofessional. Moving out was the BIGGEST headache of my life. I am military and the property manager took it upon herself to fax my orders to someone on post to make sure they were legit. This was done without my knowledge and its also illegal to do so on an unsecured line. Speaking of illegal activity, the propety manager also stated that we needed to keep on all utilities for up to a week after we move out. No, not happening. When i told her she cant make me and my family pay for something after we relenquish control of the house she became extremley unpleasant. She tried to tell me it was in the lease ( it wasnt) and that if we dont keep them on we will be charged a fee. I spoke with the utility companies and even they said it is unlawful to make me to so. So here I am waiting for our security deposit back and it has been 35 days. When i called their office two weeks ago the bookeeper stated she hadnt seen or heard anything regarding it and that she would talk to the property manager. One week later I get a voicemail from the property manager asking us if we were ever going to clear our check because they sent it out 3 weeks prior, 9 days after we moved out. I told her we never received it and that even the bookeeper had not seen or heard anything about it. I told her she was lying and that i wanted her to void out this previous check and to send us a new one. Still waiting for it! This entire business is just so shady and if we were still in the area i would take them to small claims court. Please, please, dont go to them. Corporate really needs to get involved with them.

If there is a bright center to the universe, this is the place farthest from it.

Very tough to deal with/ they refuse to send someone out to fix problems wit rental properties.

They dont work, racist. And they dont return the deposit, they keep it and they charge you extra. Some ridiculous demands, I rented in other companies and they always returned my deposit or part here they kept the deposit and charged me extra. I do not recommend it.
