We had trouble with our air conditioner early in the summer. Called Dubas and BOb came the next day. He was able to get it to work temporarily. Then the air died and in the heat of the summer. Bob and his dad came late in the day and installed a used unit to get us through until the busy time in the summer passed. It lasted through most of the heat spell and then it quit. We called and the next couple of days put in the new unit. We were pleased with the help and how quickly the new unit was installed. Very happy with the quick service and reasonable price!

I called Dubas when my AC was leaking. When they arrived they did a great job of getting the work done quickly. They also checked my AC and added Freon to it which was great. Very reasonably priced too!The only small complaint I have is the office never called me back and the techs showed up without any notice. Luckily my wife was home but it would have been nice to get a call saying we will be there in the afternoon.

I bought a house and had to replace the old furnace last winter and I felt Dubas Refrigeration was the best choice. Then this summer had to have a new a/c installed. Just like last fall, I was fortunate to have Andrew and Josh last fall and then again for the installation of the a/c. Two very fine and courteous young men.

First contacted in early June to get a quote. Jim was supposed to call before coming, but just showed up one day. Never did send me a quote - I had to call and ask for it. He said itd be appox. 3 weeks to come out and do the install. A month went by and no one showed up for the install. I called every week and kept getting strung along. Finally, over a month into it, I was told theyd show up that week to get things installed. No one showed up or called. The next week, I was told theyd be there Friday. No one showed up. No one called. I was just sitting there waiting for nothing. And my electrician was ready, on stand-by to come get things wired immediately afterwards. I called THEM, but Jim wasnt there. Asked the secretary to have Jim call me back, and he never did. The secretary always refused to give me his cell #, and he didnt call before coming out to give the quote, which now seems to have been on purpose so I wouldnt have his #. You can call the office and hear him in the background and the secretary will act like she doesnt know if hes there. Too bad 0 out of 5 stars isnt an option. Their quality of work is irrelevant since their customer service and communication are as negative as they could possibly be! Ive waited 2 months in the 90°+ heat for A/C to get installed for no good reason. They should have said up front they were too busy to get here before September and that I should use someone else. Simple as that! They dont deserve anyones business.

My air conditioner went out on wednesday the hot weather they were busy my compressor was fried burned up thy couldnt come till monday i knew they busy we decided to replace the out side unit and inside coil they came monday around 9 and were done about 11 they did a wonderfull job thank you Dubas very much jim

Very professional and responsive to my urgency.

Unprofessional, not punctual. Was referred to a friend on a Saturday. Set up an appointment for first thing Monday. No one showed so I called and they informed me that they lost my ticket. I went through all the information to set up another appointment. They said theyd be out the same day. Hours later I called back and they informed me that they dont service my area even though they assured me three times that they could. They never bothered to call and tell me, and instead waited until I contacted them. While on the phone the representative was very impolite and unprofessional. Never review businesses but this experience was so bad that I wanted to try and save someone else the hassle.

Made an appointment for a Wednesday, called them that morning and they tried to push me off for another day. I told them I was already set up for that day and had a person waiting to unlock the house. They said they would be there in the afternoon. Never showed up never called. Next day they tried calling to show up and do the work they said they would do the previous day, I went with another company that kept their word on when they would show up.

Water heater went out, called Dubas and they had one installed the next day. Great service and quality work.

They sold me a new furnace and heat pump In 1995. And 26 years it was having problems. They came the same day I called and got it working. I decided it was time to replace both the furnace and heat pump. I decide to have it replaced when the weather was warmer so they would not be out in the cold winter weather.
